Abstract

A can for a beverage or a customary container is usually used for storage and distribution of food products and intended to be throw-out after use. The can contains a side wall, a base and a cover. The cover has an access to the products contained in the can, when the cover is removed or for the formation the hole in the cover. Directly under the cover of the can (10) there is the first chamber (38), which initially not contains a ready-to-drink beverage. The chamber is designed to receive the final beverage, and said first chamber is separated by dense wall (14; 214; 314) from the second chamber (16), which just contains the proper amount of drinking fluid (18). Said dense wall has a slot (20; 120; 220; 334) designed to accommodate a partition of impermeable filter device (24; 124). This device includes the shell with the proper number of substances (28) capable for formation the required beverage by extraction and/or infusion and has a tube (22; 122) designed to penetrate deep into the chamber (16) containing the liquid (18). The means for transferring the filtering device (24; 124) to position of consumption by consumer are provided. In this position a connection between the two chambers (38 and 16) through the filter device (24; 124) is get. When the can is influenced by a source of heat, the liquid from the lower chamber (16) is moved to the first chamber (38) passing through the said substance (28) and so thereby causing the formation of the beverage.
