Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the methods for diagnosis based on the measurements of skin parameters within the acupuncture points. The method provides for measuring the skin impedance in the representative points of twenty symmetrical Voll's meridians. More than three measurements are performed in each point with increasing pressure onto the measuring electrode. Each time, the value obtained in the midpoint of the second proportional pressure increment is recorded. The difference between the arithmetic means for the impedance measured in upper and lower limbs is used for the calculations of the lowering coefficient used for the adjustment. The adjustment value of the lowering coefficient is subtracted from each individual impedance value measured in each point. The adjusted data are used for calculations of the arithmetic mean for the impedance of the body as a whole. The physiological range is then set and the points of the symmetrical meridians where the values measured fall outside the limits of the physiological range. Finally, the data obtained upon electropuncture diagnosing are defined more exactly by the homeopathic assay in the points where the corresponding values are deviated.
