Abstract

Эта мера нагрузки может представлять объем доступного / избыточного трафика, который может перенести данный сетевой элемент, и является относительной мерой, которая учитывает полный объем ресурсов, доступный в системе, и объем ресурсов, которые свободны для перенесения только "важного" или "существенного" трафика, с использованием описанного способа взвешивания.
