Abstract
本新型係關於一種具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其包括以可拆卸方式相組合的一固定裝置和一電子模組,於該電子模組的第一殼體的背面上設置有一第一結合部,而該固定裝置上設置有一第二結合部;第一結合部設置有一第一磁吸件和一第一卡扣組件;第二結合部設置有一第二磁吸件和一第二卡扣組件,而藉此提供一種可適當地縮短垂直長度,且可快速裝卸的電子裝置者。
Description
本新型係關於一種電子裝置,尤指一種具L形固定裝置的電子裝置者。
由於科技的發展,電子裝置於日常生活中扮演著相當重要的角色,使生活更加便利。為了增加使用上的便利性,結合不同功能的電子裝置為目前發展的趨勢,以行車記錄器為例,為提高行車的安全性,一般於車輛內通常會設置有行車記錄器,以記錄行車時的影像,來釐清事故發生時的情況責任歸屬。
又現有的行車記錄器主要係包含有一固定座及一電子模組,該固定座係用以固定於汽車的擋風玻璃上,該電子模組係可拆卸並可調整地連接至固定座上,並設置有錄像鏡頭及螢幕等電子元件,以配合記錄行車時的影像畫面。
惟現有行車記錄器的固定座係連接至電子模組的頂面,如此現有行車記錄器固定於擋風玻璃時,其電子模組相對擋風玻璃係具有一較長的垂直距離,所以當車輛行駛於路面較顛簸的路面,或進行緊急剎車時,電子模組容易因其較長的垂直距離而因震動或慣性而自固定座上脫離,如此不僅容易造成使用上的諸多不便,更甚者會影響到行車的安全性。
其次,因現有的行車記錄器具有較長的垂直長度,所以其不易遮蔽於汽車至內的後視鏡的後方,而呈外露狀,如此,行車記錄器的設置恐會影響到駕駛者的視線,反而容易降低行車的安全性。
因此,本創作人有鑑於現有電子裝置使用上的諸多缺失,特經過不斷的研究與試驗,終於發展出一種能改良現有缺失之本新型。
本新型之主要目的,在於提供一種具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其可適當地縮短電子裝置的垂直長度,避免電子裝置因震動或慣性而脫離,而能藉此達到提高方便使用性之目的者。
為達上述目的,本新型係提供一種具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其包括有: 一電子模組,該電子模組具有一第一殼體和一第一結合部;該第一結合部設置於該第一殼體的一背面上,且該第一結合部為一凹設在第一殼體面上的方形凹槽,該第一結合部包括一第一磁吸件和一第一卡扣組件;該第一磁吸件設置於該第一殼體內,該第一卡扣組件設置於該第一結合部之至少一對角線之兩端;以及 一固定裝置,其以可拆卸方式與該電子模組相結合,其具有一第二殼體和一第二結合部;該第二結合部設置於該第二殼體上,而該第二結合部是配合凹槽狀的第一結合部呈方形凸塊狀,該第二結合部包括一第二磁吸件和一第二卡扣組件,該第二磁吸件設置在第二殼體內並可與第一磁吸件以磁力相吸,又該第二卡扣組件設置於該第二結合部之至少一對角線的兩端且與該第一卡扣件以可拆卸方式相卡扣。
藉由上述技術手段,本新型可適當地縮短電子模組固定於平面上的垂直長度,如此即使因道路顛簸造成的晃動、行車加減速產生慣性力或其他外力影響,電子模組仍不會與連接固定裝置相互分離,可提高使用的方便性。
另外,當本新型的電子裝置係為一行車記錄器時,可將本新型的電子裝置適當地隱藏於汽車室內後視鏡的後方,如此不僅可提高汽車室內整體外觀的完整性與美觀性外,亦可避免因電子裝置的設置而影響到駕駛的視線,以提高行車的安全性。
本新型主要係提供一種具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,請參閱圖1至圖3所示,本新型的可快速裝卸的電子裝置主要包含一電子模組10及一固定裝置。
電子模組10可為行車記錄器,其具有一錄像鏡頭,該錄像鏡頭可記錄動態影像,並將所記錄的影像儲存至記憶體中保存,電子模組10另具有一第一殼體12和一第一結合部14,該第一殼體12係構成電子模組10的外型,第一結合部14設置於第一殼體12的一背面上,在本實施例中,第一結合部14是呈方形凹槽狀,且設置於第一殼體12設置錄像鏡頭的一面,第一結合部14具有一第一卡扣組件142和一第一磁吸件144。
第一卡扣組件142設置於第一結合部14之至少一對角線之兩端,具體而言,第一卡扣組件142具四個分別設置於第一結合部14之四個端角的卡扣部,各卡扣部可為扣孔或鉤部,該第一磁吸件144是內嵌於第一殼體12內。
該固定裝置可包含有一固定座20和一連接裝置30,該固定座20具有一固定部22、一連接部24和一角度控制環26,該固定部22具有一固定件,其可使固定座20固定於一任意平面上,連接部24自固定部22相對於固定件的一端凸伸形成,連接部24遠離固定部22一端具有一調整件,調整件的外周上具有一螺紋,且調整件可形成有一弧形空間,該角度控制環26套設於調整件外,角度控制環26與調整件的螺紋相螺合,藉此弧形空間環繞形成於調整件和角度控制環26之間。
連接裝置30以可轉動方式連接於固定座20,連接裝置30具有一第二殼體32、一延伸件34和一第二結合部36。此外,連接裝置30內可設有全球衛星定位系統,該第二殼體32構成連接裝置30的外型。
延伸件34自第二殼體32凸伸形成。具體而言,延伸件34遠離連接裝置30的一端為一球體,球體以可轉動方式設置於調整件的弧形空間內,即延伸件34夾持於調整件和角度控制環26之間。具體而言,當角度控制環26與調整件的螺紋完全螺合時,弧形空間會縮小而使延伸件34無法相對固定座20轉動,進而固定連接裝置30與固定座20間的角度,藉此,使用者可藉由調整角度控制環26螺合於調整件的程度,達到固定子裝置30與固定座20間角度的功效。
第二結合部36設置於第二殼體32上,其中該第二結合部36可為一凸設在第二殼體32面上的方形凸塊,以配合呈凹槽狀的第一結合部14,第二結合部36具有一第二磁吸件362和一第二卡扣組件364,該第二磁吸件362內嵌於第二殼體32內,第二磁吸件362可與第一磁吸件144以磁力相吸,該第二卡扣組件364係設置於第二結合部36的至少一對角線的兩端,具體而言,第二卡扣組件362可為四個分別設置在第二結合部36四個端角的彈性勾片。
另外,於第一結合部14及第二結合部36間可設置有至少一個彈性墊圈40,其中彈性墊圈40的數量可為兩個。
於使用時,先將固定座20固定於一平面上,於本實施例中,將固定座20固定於車子的擋風玻璃,再將電子模組10利用第一卡扣組件142的彈性勾片與第二卡扣組件364的卡扣部相互卡合,而與連接裝置30相互組合,達到快速連接電子模組10和連接裝置30的功用。
另外,藉由於第一磁吸件144和第二磁吸件362間的磁力作用,可使電子模組10和連接裝置30間更易於結合,且結合地更穩固,又利用設置於第一結合部14與第二結合部36間的彈性墊片40,除可提高第一結合部14與第二結合部36間的結合強度外,亦可對第一結合部14與第二結合部36因生產成型時所產生的尺寸誤差提供一補償作用,使第一結合部14與第二結合部36能順利地組合。
因本新型的第一卡扣組件14係設置在電子模組10之第一殼體12的背面,故可適當地縮短電子模組10透過固定座20吊掛於平面上之垂直長度,如此即使道路顛簸導致的晃動或因行車時加減速產生的慣性力,亦不會使電子模組10自固定裝置上脫離,增加使用上的便利性。
另外,因本新型的電子模組10吊掛於平面上之垂直長度已適當地縮減,整體外觀設計可更為扁平,如此,當將該電子裝置設置於汽車的擋風玻璃上時,可將電子裝置隱藏於汽車室內後視鏡的後方,如此不僅可提高汽車室內整體外觀的完整性與美觀性外,亦可避免因電子裝置的設置而影響到駕駛的視線,以提高行車的安全性。
另請配合參看圖4,由圖中可看到,於本新型之另一實施例中,固定裝置係為單一平板狀的結構,而構成一平板狀的第二殼體32A,該第二結合部36A係凸設於第二殼體32A的一側面,用以與第一殼體12A上的第一結合部14A相互配合組合,又第二結合部36A上的第二卡扣組件364A係為設置於第二結合部36A至少一對角線上的彈性勾片,用以配合凹設於第一結合部14A內壁面至少一對角線之凹槽的第一卡扣組件142A相互卡扣結合。

Claims (7)
- 一種具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其包括有:一電子模組,該電子模組具有一第一殼體和一第一結合部;該第一結合部設置於該第一殼體的一背面上,且該第一結合部為一凹設在第一殼體面上的方形凹槽,該第一結合部包括一第一磁吸件和一第一卡扣組件;該第一磁吸件設置於該第一殼體內,該第一卡扣組件設置於該第一結合部之至少一對角線之兩端;以及一固定裝置,其以可拆卸方式與該電子模組相結合,其具有一第二殼體和一第二結合部;該第二結合部設置於該第二殼體上,而該第二結合部是配合凹槽狀的第一結合部呈方形凸塊狀,該第二結合部包括一第二磁吸件和一第二卡扣組件,該第二磁吸件設置在第二殼體內並可與第一磁吸件以磁力相吸,又該第二卡扣組件設置於該第二結合部之至少一對角線的兩端且與該第一卡扣件以可拆卸方式相卡扣。
- 如請求項1所述之具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其中該第一卡扣組件具有四個分別設置在第一結合部四個端角的卡扣部;該第二卡扣組件具有四個分別設置於第二結部之四個端角的彈性勾片。
- 如請求項1或2所述之具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其中固定裝置係具有一連接裝置及一固定座,該固定座與該連接裝置以可轉動方式相結合,該第二殼體和該第二結合部係設置於連接裝置上。
- 如請求項3所述之具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其中該固定座具有一固定部、一連接部和一角度控制環;該連接部相對於該固定部設置在該固定座上,該連接部以可轉動方式與該連接裝置結合,該角度控制環以可轉動方式設置於該連接部上。
- 如請求項4所述之具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其中於第一結合部與第二結合部間另設置有至少一個的彈性墊圈。
- 如請求項1或2所述之具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其中於第一結合部與第二結合部間另設置有至少一個的彈性墊圈。
- 如請求項1所述之具L形固定裝置的電子裝置,其中該固定裝置係為單一平板狀的結構而構成一呈平板狀的第二殼體,該第二結合部係凸設於第二殼體的一側面。
