Abstract

A decentralized payment system based on biological features includes an acquiring server, a biological feature server, and a blockchain server. The acquiring server receives an acquiring data and a biological feature authentication data. The biological feature server authenticates user identification according to the biological feature authentication data. When the biological feature server determines that the biological feature authentication data matches the user identification, the biological feature server determines whether a payment institution of a payment account is the same with an acquiring institution. When the biological feature server determines that the payment institution is different from the acquiring institution, the blockchain server transmits a payment message to another blockchain server of the acquiring institution to require the payment account to pay the payment of the acquiring data.
