處理單元601,若接收到訂單狀態修改請求,則將貨幣兌換訂單的訂單狀態修改為已取鈔狀態,所述訂單狀態修改請求用以請求在用戶到達取鈔櫃檯且未取鈔時將所述貨幣兌換訂單的訂單狀態修改為已取鈔狀態;
可選地,作為一個實施例,處理單元601:若在接收到所述貨幣兌換系統伺服器發送的申請退款請求時,所述貨幣兌換訂單的訂單狀態為已取鈔狀態,則確定拒絕所述申請退款請求;

發送單元701,若確定接受用戶端發送的申請退款請求,則向貨幣兌換公司伺服器發送所述申請退款請求;
可選地,作為一個實施例,如圖7所示出的,用於貨幣兌換的裝置700還包括處理單元703;
接收單元702,接收所述貨幣兌換公司伺服器發送的第一通知資訊,第一通知資訊用以通知所述貨幣兌換訂單的訂單狀態為已取鈔狀態;

Obviously, the described The embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, rather than all the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to facilitate the understanding of the embodiment of the present invention, firstly, the order status of the currency exchange order in each stage of the embodiment of the present invention is introduced here. As shown in Figure 1, the order status includes the initial status, confirmed status, paid status, dispensed status, withdrawal status, overtime non-withdrawal status, refund request status, refund status, and failed status . Among them, the initial state: After the user selects a currency on the mobile phone client and places an order, the currency exchange system server generates a currency exchange order. Confirmed status: The currency exchange company server receives the order request and confirms that the user can place the order normally. Paid status: The user pays for the currency exchange order. Cash distribution status: The currency exchange company has completed distribution of cash for users. Withdrawal status: The user goes to the currency exchange company to complete the withdrawal. Overtime non-withdrawal status: The user did not withdraw money from the currency exchange company within the specified time, and did not apply for a refund within the specified time. Refund application status: The user applies for a refund after successful payment and before withdrawal. Refunded status: The currency exchange system has refunded the user. Failure status: The server of the currency exchange company confirms that the user cannot place an order normally, the user fails to pay, fails to dispense money for the user, and fails to withdraw money.
The method for currency exchange according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the order status shown in FIG. 1.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for currency exchange according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method of FIG. 2 is executed by a device for currency exchange.
As shown in Figure 2, at S202, if an order status modification request is received, the order status of the currency exchange order is modified to a cash withdrawal state, and the order status modification request is used to request that the user arrives at the cash withdrawal counter And when the money is not withdrawn, the order status of the currency exchange order is modified to the money withdrawn state.
It should be noted that the method of the embodiment of the present invention requires the following rules to be agreed in advance: (1) The staff of the currency exchange company needs to modify the order status when the user arrives at the cash withdrawal counter and does not withdraw the cash (2) The currency exchange company's The staff must provide cash withdrawal services for users only when the order status of the currency exchange order is cash withdrawal status.
Optionally, in some embodiments, at S202, the order status of the currency exchange order is modified to the cash withdrawal status, including: if it is determined that the order status of the currency exchange order is the cash dispensed status when the order status modification request is received , The order status of the currency exchange order is changed from the dispensed state to the withdrawn state.
Further, in some embodiments, if it is determined that when the order status modification request is received, the order status of the currency exchange order is not the cash dispensed status, then the order status of the rejected currency conversion order is modified to the cash withdrawal status.
That is to say, when modifying the order status of the currency exchange order, the pre-status check is performed first, and the order status is modified if the rules are met, otherwise the order status is not modified. This can ensure that the funds of users and currency exchange companies are not lost.
For example, if the order status of a currency exchange order is one of the initial status, confirmed status, paid status, refund request status, refunded status, and failed status when the request to modify the order status is received, the order is not correct The status is modified. Only when the order status of the currency exchange order has been dispensed when the order status modification request is received, the order status is changed from the dispensed state to the cash withdrawal state, which can prevent the currency exchange company from being a user In the case of cash distribution, the order status is changed to the cash withdrawal status, which causes asset losses to the user if the user cannot withdraw the cash.
Or for another example, if the order status of the currency exchange order is refunded when the order status modification request is received, the order status is refused to be changed to the cash withdrawal status, that is, if the refund has been given to the user, the user is not allowed to withdraw cash , And then will not provide users with cash withdrawal services, which can avoid the asset loss caused by the currency exchange company after the user withdraws the cash after the refund.
At S204, first notification information is sent to the currency exchange system server, where the first notification information is used to notify the currency exchange server that the currency exchange order has an order status of a cash withdrawal state, and the currency exchange system The server is used for rejecting the refund request sent by the user terminal when the order status of the currency exchange order is the cash withdrawal status.
That is to say, at S204, if the order status has been modified to the cash withdrawal status, this status is synchronized to the currency exchange system server. Afterwards, if the currency exchange system server receives a refund request sent by the client, the currency exchange system server will reject the refund request. In this way, it is possible to avoid asset losses to the currency exchange company caused by the user applying for a refund while withdrawing money.
In the embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the method shown in FIG. 2 further includes: if the order status of the currency exchange order is the cash withdrawal status when the request for refund from the server of the currency exchange system is received, then It is determined that the refund request is rejected; the second notification information is sent to the server of the currency exchange system, and the second notification information is used to notify the server of the currency exchange system that the refund request is rejected. Since the order status is changed to the cash withdrawal status when the user arrives at the cash withdrawal counter and the cash is not withdrawn, the order status of the currency exchange order is already cash withdrawal during the actual cash withdrawal process, even during this process When receiving a refund request sent by the server of the currency exchange system, the refund request will also be rejected, which can avoid the asset loss of the currency exchange company when the user applies for a refund while withdrawing money.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for currency exchange according to another embodiment of the present invention. The method in FIG. 3 is executed by an apparatus for currency exchange, and the apparatus for currency exchange may be, for example, a currency exchange system server.
As shown in FIG. 3, at S302, if it is determined that the refund request sent by the client is accepted, the refund request is sent to the server of the currency exchange company.
Optionally, in some embodiments, if it is determined that when the request for refund application is received, the order status of the currency exchange order is the status of dispensed or paid, then it is determined to accept the request for refund.
It is understandable that at S302, accepting the refund request sent by the user terminal means that the user is allowed to apply for a refund, but whether the refund can be given to the user in the end depends on the information provided by the currency exchange company.
Further, in some embodiments, the method shown in FIG. 2 further includes: receiving first notification information sent by a server of a currency exchange company, the first notification information being used to notify that the order status of the currency exchange order is a cash withdrawal status; If it is determined that the status of the currency exchange order when the refund request is received is the cash withdrawal status, it is determined that the refund request is rejected. That is to say, if the order status of the currency exchange order is the cash withdrawal status when the request for refund is received, it is determined that the user is not allowed to apply for a refund.
At S304, the second notification information sent by the server of the currency exchange company is received. The second notification information is when the server of the currency exchange company receives the refund request when the order status of the currency exchange order is in the cash withdrawal state The cash withdrawal status is the state in which the currency exchange company server has modified the currency exchange order when it receives the order status modification request. When making banknotes, the order status of the currency exchange order is modified to the state of withdrawn, and the second notification information is used to notify that the refund request is rejected by the server of the currency exchange company.
Optionally, in some embodiments, after receiving the second notification information sent by the server of the currency exchange company, it is confirmed that the user's request for refund is rejected by the server of the currency exchange company, and then the client that applies for the refund request is sent Send notification information to notify the client that the refund request is rejected, so that the user is notified that the refund application has failed.
Optionally, in other embodiments, if the currency exchange order's order status is not in the cash-withdrawn state when the exchange company server receives the refund request The redemption system server sends a notification that the refund request is accepted. After receiving the notification, the redemption system server will refund the user who applied for the refund according to the agreement.
It can be seen that, in the method shown in Figure 3, after the currency exchange system server sends a refund request to the currency exchange company server, if the currency exchange company server determines the order status of the currency exchange order when the refund request is received The currency exchange company server will reject the refund request and send a second notification to the currency exchange system server that the refund request has been rejected, so that the currency exchange system server rejects the user Request for a refund. Since the order status of the currency exchange order is changed to the cash withdrawal status before the user actually withdraws the currency, even if the user is actually withdrawing the currency, the currency exchange system server sends a refund request to the currency exchange company server. The refund application request will also be rejected, so as to avoid the capital loss caused by the successful withdrawal of the user's money and the successful application of the refund when the user's request for the refund is received while the user withdraws the money.
