Abstract

本案關於一種互動影片發送系統及裝置，互動影片發送裝置包含儲存單元及通訊單元。儲存單元儲存一互動影片及一互動選單資訊。互動影片包含至少一互動片段，每一互動片段的畫面具有多個互動選項。互動選單資訊包含分別對應於各互動片段上的互動選項之複數指令。通訊單元發送互動影片及互動選單資訊至收視端裝置。收視端裝置接收遙控器之顏色功能鍵之控制訊號，並根據接收到控制訊號時正在播放的互動片段，執行與互動片段上的對應的互動選項相對應的指令。

Description

互動影片發送系統及裝置
本發明係有關於一種影片發送系統，特別是一種互動影片發送系統及裝置。
現行電視節目如需與收視觀眾互動，或是如電視購物，往往透過撥打電話的方式，使得觀眾必須花費電話費用，即便由電視台支付電話費用也造成電視節目製作成本增加。
因此，目前有些電視節目採用手機應用程式來與觀眾互動，例如讓觀眾票選比賽節目中喜愛的選手，然而觀眾如欲參與則必須準備支援應用程式的手機，電視業者為了因應不同手機平台，也需要開發與維護不同版本的應用程式，仍須付出相當的成本。
有鑑於此，本發明一實施例提出一種互動影片發送系統，包含一互動影片發送裝置、一收視端裝置及一遙控器。互動影片發送裝置包含儲存單元及通訊單元。儲存單元儲存一互動影片及一互動選單資訊。互動影片包含至少一互動片段，每一互動片段的畫面具有多個互動選項。互動選單資訊包含分別對應於各互動片段上的互動選項之複數指令。通訊單元發送互動影片及互動選單資訊。收視端裝置接收互動影片及互動選單資訊，並且播放互動影片。遙控器包含多個顏色功能鍵，並響應顏色功能鍵中的其中之一之觸發而產生一控制訊號，其中收視端裝置接收控制訊號，並根據接收到控制訊號時正在播放的互動片段，執行與互動片段上的對應的互動選項相對應的指令。
本發明一實施例還提出一種互動影片發送裝置包含儲存單元及通訊單元。儲存單元儲存一互動影片及一互動選單資訊，互動影片包含至少一互動片段，每一互動片段的畫面具有多個互動選項，互動選單資訊包含分別對應於各互動片段上的互動選項之複數指令。通訊單元發送互動影片及互動選單資訊，使得一收視端裝置播放互動影片時接收一遙控器之對應一顏色功能鍵之控制訊號，並根據接收到控制訊號時正在播放的互動片段，執行與互動片段上的對應的互動選項相對應的指令。
本發明一實施例另提出一種互動影片發送裝置，包含儲存單元及通訊單元。儲存單元儲存一互動影片及一互動選單資訊，互動影片包含至少一互動片段，每一互動片段的畫面具有多個互動選項，互動選單資訊包含分別對應於各互動片段上的互動選項之複數指令。通訊單元回應一收視端裝置之請求而發送互動影片至收視端裝置，其中收視端裝置接收響應該些互動選項的其中之一之觸發而執行與正在播放的互動片段上所被觸發的互動選項相對應的指令。
透過上述實施例之互動影片發送系統及互動影片發送裝置，能提供使用者互動影片，且透過簡單的操作互動選項，便可讓使用者對於互動影片進行互動操作，且適用於各種影片發送技術。
請參照圖1，係為本發明第一實施例之互動影片發送系統100的架構示意圖。互動影片發送系統100包含互動影片發送裝置200、收視端裝置300及遙控器400。參照圖2，係為本發明第一實施例之互動影片發送系統100的方塊示意圖。互動影片發送裝置200可由一個或多個伺服器所實現，包含儲存單元210及通訊單元220。
儲存單元210為非揮發性儲存器，可為快閃記憶體、硬碟或其他光學媒體、磁性媒體或固態儲存媒體等。儲存單元210儲存一個或多個互動影片，並且儲存與各互動影片相對應之互動選單資訊，於後將再詳述。通訊單元220可為支援數位視訊廣播（Digital Video Broadcasting，DVB）的通訊設備。數位視訊廣播包含衛星電視（DVB-S）廣播、有線電視（DVB-C）廣播、地面電視（DVB-T）廣播或手持式數位視訊廣播（DVB-H）。舉例來說，如圖1所示，若通訊單元220採用衛星電視廣播，則通訊單元220將電視訊號傳送至地面基站230，使得電視訊號經由地面基站230發射至衛星（圖未示），使得收視端裝置300可經由衛星天線（圖未示）收到電視訊號。在此，電視訊號包含互動影片500及對應之互動選單資訊。若通訊單元220為網路協定電視（Internet Protocol Television，IPTV）之通訊格式的通訊設備。通訊單元220連接網路240，以將電視訊號經由網路240傳送出去。在此，網路240可為區域網路（Local Area Network，LAN）或廣域網路（Wide Area Network，WAN）。
合併參照圖1及圖2，視採用的電視訊號傳送技術，收視端裝置300可為電視機310或連接電視機310之機上盒320。收視端裝置300包含處理單元330、記憶單元340、訊號接收單元350、訊息發送單元360、影音輸出單元370及遙控接收單元380。處理單元330電連接記憶單元340、訊號接收單元350、訊息發送單元360、影音輸出單元370及遙控接收單元380。
處理單元330可由一個或多個處理元件所實現，以控制所連接之元件。各處理元件可以是例如微處理器、微控制器、數位信號處理器、微型計算機、中央處理器、場編程閘陣列、可編程邏輯設備、狀態器、邏輯電路、類比電路、數位電路和/或任何基於操作指令操作信號（類比和/或數位）的設備等。
記憶單元340包含揮發式記憶體及非揮發式記憶體（圖未示）。非揮發式記憶體儲存處理單元330執行的程式碼、用戶資料、前述互動影片500及互動選單資訊等資料。揮發式記憶體儲存處理單元330執行程式時的暫存資料。在一些實施例中，前述儲存於非揮發式記憶體的部分資料也可以是儲存於揮發式記憶體中，例如互動選單資訊。
訊號接收單元350係支援與互動影片發送裝置200的影片發送技術相對應之通訊技術，並且可包含訊號處理電路或訊號處理軟體，以對所收到的通訊訊號進行訊號處理，以獲得互動影片500及互動選單資訊。影音輸出單元370可為螢幕及喇叭，以將互動影片500以影像與聲音形式輸出；或者可為影音傳輸介面（如HDMI、AV端子、色差端子等），以將以影像及聲音訊號形式輸出。遙控接收單元380用以接收遙控器400發出的無線訊號，其支援之無線通訊格式可例如為紅外線、射頻、藍牙等。
參照圖1，遙控器400係可控制電視機310或/及機上盒320，其具有多個顏色功能鍵410，顏色功能鍵410一般有四個，分別為紅色功能鍵410R、綠色功能鍵410G、黃色功能鍵410Y、藍色功能鍵410B。遙控器400還包含其他按鍵，例如電源鍵、數字鍵、頻道切換鍵、音量調整鍵等，此些按鍵已預設有特定的功能。而顏色功能鍵410一般不會定義其功能，本實施例則運用顏色功能鍵410讓使用者可與影片內容進行互動。遙控器400還包含電路板（圖未示），可偵測前述按鍵之觸發（如按壓、觸碰等操作方式），並無線發出對應被觸發的按鍵之控制訊號。此控制訊號包含對應於此按鍵之編碼，透過編碼的不同，可讓電視機310或機上盒320根據所收到的編碼，得知使用者觸發之按鍵為何者。
參照圖3，係為本發明第一實施例之互動影片500之示意圖。互動影片500係包含至少一互動片段510，在此以多個互動片段510為例。在一些實施例中，互動影片500還包含部分非互動片段（圖未示），亦即互動影片500中的部分片段可以是非互動片段。各互動片段510可分別為不同的場次。參照圖4，係為本發明第一實施例之互動片段510之畫面示意圖。互動影片500播放過程中，互動片段510的畫面521上具有多個互動選項511～514。在此，互動選項511～514係分別與遙控器400上的顏色功能鍵410相互對應。對應之方式可例如為互動選項511～514呈現與顏色功能鍵410相對應之顏色。亦即，互動選項511呈現與紅色功能鍵410R相對應之紅色；互動選項512呈現與紅色功能鍵410G相對應之綠色；互動選項513呈現與黃色功能鍵410Y相對應之黃色；互動選項514呈現與藍色功能鍵410B相對應之藍色。在此，互動選項514係排列於畫面521的右下角，然而本發明之實施例並非以此為限，係可配置於畫面上任何合適的位置。
在一些實施例中，互動選項511～514可分別對應不同的指令。此些指令係包含於前述互動選單資訊之中。並且，每一互動片段510上對應於同一顏色功能鍵410的互動選項511～514可對應為不同的內容。例如，在圖4所示之畫面521上，互動選項511的內容為「服裝」；互動選項512的內容為「飾品」；互動選項513的內容為「道具」；互動選項514的內容為「優惠」；在圖5所示之畫面522上，互動選項511的內容為「飾品」；互動選項512的內容為「場景」；互動選項513的內容為「服裝」；互動選項514的內容為「道具」；在圖6所示之畫面523上，互動選項511的內容為「歷史」；互動選項512的內容為「地圖」；互動選項513的內容為「天氣」；互動選項514的內容為「優惠」。
於此，將以圖6為例，說明互動選項511～514與指令之關係。合併參照圖2、圖6及圖7，圖7為顏色功能鍵410與圖6之互動選項511～514之對照關係圖。互動選單資訊包含對應於互動影片500之時間軸之各個時間點的互動選項511～514的內容與指令。在互動影片500播放的過程中，處理單元330會查詢互動選單資訊，並同步在畫面523上顯示對應的互動選項511～514的內容。如圖7所示，紅色功能鍵410R對應之互動選項511的內容為「歷史」。當使用者操作遙控器400而觸發紅色功能鍵410R之後，收視端裝置300之遙控接收單元380將接收到對應於紅色功能鍵410R之控制訊號。接著，處理單元330將自記憶單元340中查詢互動選單資訊，根據接收到控制訊號時正在播放的互動片段510，查詢與互動選項511相對應的指令，並執行之。在此，所述指令是顯示「歷史」選項的下一層選單。因此，畫面523額外顯示了互動選項515、516。互動選項515的內容為「年代」；互動選項516的內容為「場景」。在此，額外顯示的互動選項515、516是利用收視端裝置300之屏幕視訊控制系統（On Screen Display；OSD）顯示。互動選項515、516同樣具有對應於顏色功能鍵410之顏色。於此，互動選項515具有對應紅色功能鍵410R的顏色；互動選項516具有對應綠色功能鍵410G的顏色。若使用者對於此場景的年代背景感興趣的話，可操作遙控器400而再次觸發紅色功能鍵410R，如同前述的控制訊號傳送過程，收視端裝置300將再顯示「年代」選項的下一層選單，包含「70年代」、「80年代」、「90年代」、「現代」，如圖7所示。透過上述說明可知，對應於至少一個互動片段510的互動選項511～516係形成一階層式選單。藉此，可讓使用者單純的操作四個顏色功能鍵410，即可對於互動影片500進行互動操作。例如，承上述之例，當使用者接著觸發綠色功能鍵410G時，收視端裝置300將於畫面523上顯示關於此場景在80年代時空下的歷史資料。此歷史資料可儲存於互動選單資訊中，或者係經由儲存於互動選單資訊中的一網頁連結取得。換言之，前述對應於互動選項511～516之指令為進入下一層選單、顯示互動選單資訊中儲存之資料或顯示經由互動選單資訊中儲存之連結所取得的資料等。
在一實施例中，如圖4所示，使用者可以經由前述的操作，瀏覽互動片段510的畫面521中所顯示的物品，如瀏覽服裝、飾品、道具之詳細資料。也就是說，對應於互動選項511～514之指令係相關於畫面521上的物品，收視端裝置300會將對應於瀏覽過的物品的商品資訊儲存在記憶單元340中的暫存區341中。商品資訊可為商品編號，互動選單資訊還包含與商品編號對應之商品項目、內容說明、使用說明、廠商資訊等資料。因此，處理單元330可根據商品編號於互動選單資訊中查詢到對應商品的資料。於此，暫存區341可位於前述揮發式記憶體中，也可位於前述非揮發式記憶體中。當互動影片500播放完畢之後，收視端裝置300可經由訊息發送單元360傳送購買確認訊息至使用者裝置。購買確認訊息包含暫存區341中儲存之商品資訊，讓使用者可確認或選擇在觀看欲購買的商品。於此，購買確認訊息可以電子郵件、簡訊等形式傳送。訊息發送單元360可支援有線網路或無線網路，或者支援2G、3G、4G等行動通訊技術。在此，使用者裝置可為使用者擁有的手機、電腦等電子設備，或以使用者身分登入之手機、電腦等電子設備。
在一實施例中，訊息發送單元360可定時地傳送購買確認訊息至使用者裝置。在另一實施例中，使用者可透過遙控器400決定是否將暫存區341中儲存之商品資訊傳送出來。也就是說，使用者觸發遙控器400上的某一按鍵之後，響應遙控接收單元380接收到的該按鍵之控制訊號，處理單元330控制訊息發送單元360傳送購買確認訊息至使用者裝置。讓使用者在使用者裝置上操作確認欲購買的商品項目，以完成訂購商品作業。
在一實施例中，購買確認訊息係包含一網址連結，此網址連結導向至一購物網站之購物清單頁面，購物清單頁面預設包含暫存區341中儲存的商品資訊，可供使用者在購物清單頁面上確認欲購買此些商品中的何者。於此，訊息發送單元360還會傳送暫存區341中儲存之商品資訊至該購物網站，以供購物網站產生購物清單頁面。
在一實施例中，若互動影片發送裝置200之通訊單元220為網路協定電視之通訊格式的通訊設備，處理單元330可在屏幕視訊控制系統顯示暫存區341中的商品資訊，供使用者確認欲購買的商品。再由訊息發送單元360可將欲購買的商品項目傳送回互動影片發送裝置200，由互動影片發送裝置200將欲購買的商品項目傳送至購物網站，以完成訂購商品作業。或者，訊息發送單元360可直接將欲購買的商品項目傳送至購物網站，以完成訂購商品作業。
圖8係為本發明第二實施例之互動影片發送系統100的架構示意圖。圖9係為本發明第二實施例之互動影片發送系統100的方塊示意圖。合併參照圖8及圖9，與前述第一實施例之差異在於，本實施例之收視端裝置300為連網裝置390（如手機、電腦等，在此以手機為例），包含處理單元330、記憶單元340、影音輸出單元370、網路單元351及輸入單元381。處理單元330、記憶單元340、影音輸出單元370係如同前述第一實施例，於此不再重複贅述。網路單元351係為支援有線網路或無線網路之通訊模組。輸入單元381係可為觸控螢幕、滑鼠、鍵盤等輸入介面。連網裝置390之記憶單元340儲存一電腦程式產品，供處理單元330執行。透過此電腦程式產品，連網裝置390可連結至互動影片發送裝置200，以取得互動影片500及對應之互動選單資訊。
在第二實施例中，互動片段510的畫面同樣具有多個互動選項511、512、513、514，與第一實施例之差異在於，使用者能直接透過輸入單元381來觸發互動選項511、512、513、514。與互動選項511、512、513、514相對應之指令如同第一實施例所述，於此不再重複贅述。連網裝置390可顯示瀏覽過的商品項目，供使用者確認欲購買的商品。接著，由網路單元351將欲購買的商品項目傳送回互動影片發送裝置200，由互動影片發送裝置200將欲購買的商品項目傳送至購物網站，以完成訂購商品作業。或者，網路單元351可直接將欲購買的商品項目傳送至購物網站，以完成訂購商品作業。
綜上所述，根據本發明之實施例所提出之互動影片發送系統100及互動影片發送裝置200，能提供使用者互動影片500，且透過簡單的操作互動選項511～514，便可讓使用者對於互動影片500進行互動操作（如購物、觀看背景資料），且適用於各種影片發送技術。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種互動影片發送系統，包含：一互動影片發送裝置，包含：一儲存單元，儲存一互動影片及一互動選單資訊，該互動影片包含至少一互動片段，每一該互動片段的畫面具有多個互動選項，該互動選單資訊包含分別對應於該互動影片的時間軸上的各該互動片段的時間點的該些互動選項之複數指令；及一通訊單元，發送該互動影片及該互動選單資訊；一收視端裝置，接收該互動影片及該互動選單資訊，並且播放該互動影片；及一遙控器，包含多個顏色功能鍵，其中該些互動選項呈現與該些顏色功能鍵相對應之顏色，該遙控器響應該些顏色功能鍵中的其中之一之觸發而產生一控制訊號，其中該收視端裝置接收該控制訊號，並根據接收到該控制訊號時正在播放的該互動片段，執行與該互動片段上的對應顏色的該互動選項相對應的該指令。
  2. 如請求項1所述之互動影片發送系統，其中對應於該些互動片段的其中之一之該些互動選項形成一階層式選單，於該些互動選項的其中之一被觸發之後，顯示對應於該些顏色功能鍵的下一層的該些互動選項。
  3. 如請求項1所述之互動影片發送系統，其中該些指令中的其中之一相關於該互動片段的畫面上的一物品，該收視端裝置儲存對應於該物品之一商品資訊於一暫存區中。
  4. 如請求項3所述之互動影片發送系統，其中該收視端裝置傳送一購買確認訊息至一使用者端裝置，該購買確認訊息包含該暫存區中儲存之該商品資訊。
  5. 一種互動影片發送裝置，包含：一儲存單元，儲存一互動影片及一互動選單資訊，該互動影片包含至少一互動片段，每一該互動片段的畫面具有多個互動選項，該些互動選項呈現與一遙控器上的多個顏色功能鍵相對應之顏色，該互動選單資訊包含分別對應於該互動影片的時間軸上的各該互動片段的時間點的該些互動選項之複數指令；及一通訊單元，發送該互動影片及該互動選單資訊，使得一收視端裝置播放該互動影片時接收該遙控器之對應一個該顏色功能鍵之控制訊號，並根據接收到該控制訊號時正在播放的該互動片段，執行與該互動片段上的對應顏色的該互動選項相對應的該指令。
  6. 如請求項5所述之互動影片發送裝置，其中對應於該些互動片段的其中之一之該些互動選項形成一階層式選單，於該些互動選項的其中之一被觸發之後，顯示對應於該些顏色功能鍵的下一層的該些互動選項。
  7. 如請求項5所述之互動影片發送裝置，其中該些指令中的其中之一相關於該互動片段的畫面上的一物品，該收視端裝置儲存對應於該物品之一商品資訊於一暫存區中。
  8. 如請求項5所述之互動影片發送裝置，其中該些指令中的其中之一相關於該互動片段的畫面上的一物品，並將該物品新增至一購物清單中。
