Description
本發明是有關於一種燈具製造方法,且特別是有關於一種發光二極體燈具製造方法。
聖誕燈是聖誕節的重要裝飾品之一,而LED型聖誕燈更是熱門的聖誕節商品。
習知LED型聖誕燈的製作方法,都是先將燈泡型封裝LED與一對電源線電性連接在一起後,再藉塑膠射出成型的方式將LED與電源線的連接部份包覆起來,以防止外界的溼氣造成正負極的短路。
上述聖誕燈的製作方法之在塑膠射出步驟後,需要一段時間讓最後成品冷卻後才能進行後續包裝出貨。這對聖誕節期間大批的又急又趕的訂單來說,是一項很不利的因素。有鑑於此,市場上需要一種更快速的聖誕燈的製作方法。
因此本發明的目的就是在提供一種發光二極體燈具製造方法,其可有效地縮短發光二極體燈具組裝的時間,以符合市場大量製造的需求。
根據本發明之上述目的,提出一種發光二極體燈具製造方法,其包含以下步驟。提供一發光二極體及一對電源
線。電性連接發光二極體與對電源線。提供一預先成型之本體,以包覆發光二極體,其中本體由第一塑膠塊與第二塑膠塊所組成,以及接合第一塑膠塊與第二塑膠塊。
由上述可知,應用本發明之組裝方式除了製程的時間加快外,在發光二極體燈具的自動化生產上增加了不少的便利性,可減少人力的使用,對人力成本的節省,有相當的助益。
如上所述,本發明提供一種快速的發光二極體燈具的製作方法,能有效縮短發光二極體燈具最後組裝步驟的時間,以符合市場大量的需求。以下將以較佳實例來解說此發光二極體燈具的製作方法。
請參照第1圖,其繪示依照本發明一較佳實施例的一種發光二極體燈具的拆解圖。發光二極體燈具100包含本體101、電源線106以及燈泡型封裝發光二極體108,其中本體101是由第一塑膠塊102及第二塑膠塊104所構成,且包覆發光二極體108,而電源線106係電性連接發光二極體108。
請參照第2、3圖,其繪示第1圖之兩塑膠塊的放大圖。第二塑膠塊104具有一對定位孔104a位於接合面上,兩定位孔104a係位於第二塑膠塊104的兩側且彼此相對設置,而在相對於定位孔104a之處,係形成一對定位柱102a於第一塑膠塊102的接合面上。要說明的是,當第二塑膠塊
104與第一塑膠塊102接合時,定位柱102a卡合於定位孔104a中,以固接並定位第二塑膠塊104與第一塑膠塊102。此外,在本實施例中,係分別形成燈槽102d、104d於第一塑膠塊102與第二塑膠塊104接合面的一端,燈槽102d、104d的形狀不受限制,例如是具有一圓弧狀表面之凹槽。當第一塑膠塊102與第二塑膠塊104結合時,在燈槽102d、104d之間會形成一容置空間(圖未繪示),用以容納燈泡型封裝發光二極體108。
請繼續參閱第2圖及第3圖,為了容置兩電源線106,係在第一塑膠塊102與第二塑膠塊104上形成複數個線槽102c、102e、104b、104c。要說明的是,線槽可為單一內徑或具有不同內徑,其中,在第二塑膠塊104上,線槽104b的內徑係小於線槽104c的內徑,且線槽104b、104c以一固定距離形成於兩定位孔104a之間。此外,在相對於第二塑膠塊104之線槽104b、104c之處,係形成線槽102c、102e於第一塑膠塊102上,換言之,線槽102c、102e係形成於兩定位柱102a之間,且線槽102e的內徑係小於線槽102c的內徑。將兩塑膠塊102、104組合之後,電源線106係容置於線槽內,此外,由於線槽之間間隔一固定距離,因此兩電源線106之間能夠絕緣。除此之外,值得注意的是,內徑較寬的線槽102c與線槽104c之組合除了容納電源線106外,還能容納在製程中,因超音波製程而產生之多餘熔融狀態的塑膠。
承接上述,在本實施例中,係在第一塑膠塊102的邊
緣以及兩線槽102c、102e之間形成導熔線102b,其在後續進行超音波接合第一塑膠塊102與第二塑膠塊104時,可以增進第二塑膠塊104與第一塑膠塊102的接合效率。當然,導熔線102b不限制於形成於第一塑膠塊102上,在本實施例中,導熔線102b亦可形成於第二塑膠塊104上。
請參照第4圖,其繪示依照本發明一較佳實施例的一種發光二極體燈具的製作流程圖。在步驟402中,電性連接燈泡型封裝LED與一對電源線。在步驟404中,提供兩預先成型的塑膠塊本體,本體包含第一塑膠塊及第二塑膠塊。基本上,步驟402與步驟404可以同時進行或分別進行,同時進行步驟402與步驟404可以增加整個製程的速度。接著,在步驟406中,將兩塑膠塊組合並接燈泡型封裝LED,以形成一圓柱型之本體,最後,以超音波將塑膠塊接合而得到最後的成品。上述發光二極體燈具的流程利用超音波接合塑膠塊,使得組裝成品的速度大幅提昇。
在本發明之發光二極體燈具製造方法中,由於燈具之本體為兩塑膠塊所組成,藉由超音波製程將兩塑膠塊接合,可以使得燈具的組裝的時間有效地縮短,以符快速出貨的要求。
雖然本發明已以一較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作各種之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (7)
- 一種發光二極體燈具製造方法,包含:提供一發光二極體及一對電源線;電性連接該發光二極體與該對電源線;提供一預先成型之本體,以包覆該發光二極體,其中該本體由第一塑膠塊與第二塑膠塊所組成;形成複數個定位柱於該第一塑膠塊的接合面上;形成複數個定位孔於該第二塑膠塊的接合面上,其中該些定位柱與該些定位孔係彼此相對設置,當該些塑膠塊組合時,各該定位柱係卡合於各該定位孔內;形成複數個線槽於該第一塑膠塊及該第二塑膠塊上,以容納該對電源線,其中用以容納該對電源線中之任一的該些線槽為不同內徑,且該些線槽係形成於該些定位柱以及該些定位孔之間;分別形成一導熔線於各該塑膠塊之邊緣及該些線槽之間;以及藉由超音波接合該些塑膠塊。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具製造方法,其中該些線槽之間具有一固定距離形成於該第一塑膠塊之定位柱之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具製造方法,其中該些線槽之間具有一固定距離形成於該第二塑膠塊之定位孔之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具製造方法,其中當該些熱塑性塑膠塊組合時,將該對電源線置於該些線槽之間。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體燈具製造方法,更包含分別形成一燈槽於每一該些塑膠塊的一端且彼此相對設置。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之發光二極體燈具製造方法,其中各該燈槽具有一圓弧狀表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之發光二極體燈具製造方法,其中當該兩塑膠塊組合時,該些燈槽之間形成一容置空間,且該LED置於該容置空間內。
