Description of the invention: [Technical field to which the invention pertains] The present invention relates to an ink cartridge, and more particularly to an ink cartridge having a plurality of stud pins. [Prior Art] In recent years, the development of inkjet printing technology has gradually matured. With the increasing demand for the quality of printed images, the accuracy requirements of various processes for inkjet production have also increased. Among them, ink E The orifice paper gold paper = The distance and direction between the ink droplets will affect the vertical direction of the ink droplets, which will affect the printing quality. Therefore, in order to improve the printing accuracy, how to stably maintain the orifice sheet on the ink E The fixed height between the paper and the paper becomes a technique. & * See the first and second figures, the first figure is the structural appearance of the conventional ink, and the second picture is the A-A direction sectional view of the first figure, as shown in the figure: The conventional ink E i includes a body U, a combination member, and a flexible circuit board 13'. As shown in the second figure, the body u has a plurality of ink supply channels 111 and a lower ink port 112. The assembly 12 is mainly composed of A printing wafer 14 and an orifice sheet 15 are adhered to each other, wherein the printing wafer 14 has a plurality of ink chambers 14 and ink will flow from the ink supply channel (1) into the ink chamber (4) and through the printing wafer 14 After the heating resistor (not shown) is heated, the ink droplets 16 are generated and ejected from the ejection orifices 151 of the orifice sheet 15 onto the surface of the sheet 17, and the assembly 12 is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board by the wires 18. As for the assembly between the conventional assembly 12 and the body U, 6 1277532 is coated with an epoxy resin (Epoxy glue) 19 for sealing around the ink supply channel 111 in the ink supply port 112, and then the assembly 12 is assembled. Correspondingly, the ink port 112 is heat-pressed, so that the assembly 12 is fixed to the inside of the ink port 112 under the body 11, and then an epoxy resin 19 is further coated at the gap between the assembly 12 and the flexible circuit board 13, and It is cured by UV light to fix the assembly 12 and the flexible circuit board 13 (as shown in the third figure).

However, the conventional method for fixing the assembly 12 and the body 11 is only based on the depth and time control conditions of the pressing of the assembly 12 to complete the assembly, and the following defects are liable to occur: 1. The epoxy resin 19 is excessively squeezed. In this case, the epoxy resin 19 blocks the ink supply flow path 111 to reduce the ink discharge area and affect the ink supply (as shown in the fourth figure). Second, the assembly member 12 is excessively bent due to the large inclination angle, which causes the wire 18 to be peeled off and the line short circuit to fail to operate normally (as shown in the fifth figure). 3. The orifice sheet 15 cannot reach the level, which causes the ink droplets to be ejected with an excessively inclined angle with the paper surface, and inferior printing results such as fine white lines or uneven color (as shown in the fourth and fifth figures). 4. The epoxy resin 19 is insufficient in the depression height, so that the adjacent two ink supply channels 111 are not completely separated, causing the two color inks to be mixed (as shown in the sixth figure). Therefore, how to develop an ink cartridge that can improve the above-mentioned defects is an urgent problem to be solved. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION 7 1277532 The main purpose of the present invention is to provide an ink cartridge having a stud structure, which is mainly provided with a plurality of stud structures in a bearing space of the ink cartridge body, and is formed by fixing a printed wafer and a perforated sheet. It can be seen from the above that the size, shape and position of the stud structure can be set at different positions in the bearing space according to requirements. As long as the printing chip and the stud structure are in abutment, the orifice sheet can be parallel to The ink jet medium is in the range protected by the present invention. For example, the ink cartridge 2 shown in FIG. 9( a ) may also be provided with a full circle of the pillar structure around the ink supply flow path 211 . In summary, the ink cartridge having the convex column structure has a plurality of convex column structures in the bearing space of the body, and when the assembly is fixed in the bearing space of the body by the adhesive, the convex column structure can The printing wafers abut each other such that the orifices of the assembly can be parallel to the inkjet medium and maintain a stable distance from the inkjet media such that the ink droplets are ejected through the orifices of the orifices to the surface of the inkjet media. It can maintain the vertical direction, allowing the ink droplets to fly to the inkjet medium or standard graphic drawings. In addition, it can avoid excessively squeezing the adhesive to excessively squeeze the outer sheet to block the ink supply flow path, causing the ink to not be smoothly inked. However, the printing purpose cannot be achieved smoothly; in addition, since the setting of the stud structure in the bearing space of the present case has fixed the height of the adhesive pressing, whether in the coating amount of the adhesive or the depth and time control of the pressing force, It is easy to obtain the best conditions, which in turn makes the variability of the ink tanning 12 -1277532 less. Therefore, the ink with the convex column structure in this case is of great industrial value, and the application is made according to law.
