Abstract

A new kind of module keyboard for desktop computers that separates keyboard components into two groups. One group of components becomes a detachable and user-serviceable module, while the other group stays as the base module. The detachable module contains essentially the keycap portion that contributes to more malfunctioning of present day keyboard. The base module contains the electrical circuitry membrane and PCB that has longer durability than the keycap portion. Depending on applications, the detachable module can be further broken into more sub-modules. Keyboards manufactured following present invention are modular in nature, and are conducive to reducing the costs for keyboard services and exchanges, costs for curing future environmental hazards and costs for fitting suitable user keycaps for swapping among different languages and computer applications.

Description

【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖是一般鍵盤之主要零組件分解示意圖; 15 第二圖是一般應用於鍵盤之一鍵帽致動單元示意圖; belongs] The present invention relates to a keyboard, and more particularly to a keyboard for generating different electronic signal outputs correspondingly after pressing. [Prior art] 5 As shown in the first figure, it is the basic structure of a keyboard that is applied to general desktop computer equipment and used by the user to input electronic signals such as different numbers and numbers. According to the assembly of a general keyboard, a plurality of keycaps 51, a plurality of holding mechanisms 52, a 10 frame 53, and a top holding plate 54 are sequentially included from top to bottom. , An upper enclosure 55, a plurality of key actuating mechanisms 56, an electrical circuit 57, a bottom holding plate 58, and a bottom enclosure 59 o 15 A plane is formed above the cap 51 for printing representative symbols such as letters, numbers, or control keys. In addition, a representative manner such as letters, numbers, or control keys can be attached to the plane by means of labeling. Regardless of whether it is printed or labelled, the goal is to make it easier for users to recognize when typing. In addition, a neck portion 511 protruding downward can be formed under the keycap 51. Each positioning unit 52 is a smoke-like hole for correspondingly accommodating the neck 511 of each keycap 51, and can fix the position of the keycap 51 and guide the direction of its upward and downward movement. The frame 53 is combined with the positioning units 52 to fix their relative positions. Description of the invention (2). According to the current manufacturing process, most of the frame 53 and the positioning unit η * upper cover μ are integrally formed. Way to make. The upper pressing plate 54 is an optional component, which can provide a certain rigidity for pressing and positioning the lower component. The actuating unit 56 is correspondingly located below each keycap 51, and is used to support the keycap 51 and provide its ability to rebound and return to its original position. As far as computer keyboards on the market are concerned, the design of Zhimeng ^ 56 can have a lot of different mechanisms. The picture shows a bowl of 10-shaped type placed on the corresponding keycap 51. The actuating unit 56 made of a rubber material forms a so-called single-dome rubber / sheet structure. As shown in the second figure, the actuating unit 56 is a scissor switch design. It can use an intersecting balance bar like a scissors-type, and cooperate with the rubber sheet below to provide the keycap ^ rebound and return to the original position. Role. In addition, the actuating unit 56 (not shown in the figure) has a button (such as a coil spring 15 spring located below the keycap 51), an elastic iron piece, or even a rubber or plastic button with closed air bubbles inside. And other designs. Some older models have a structure in which the coil spring and the keycap 51 are integrated in advance. 20 The circuit unit 57 is a flexible printed circuit board (pCB) or a printed circuit board (pCB). The circuit contacts corresponding to the keycaps 51 are designed to trigger the corresponding operations when the keycap 51 is pressed. Contact to generate an electronic glycoside signal and send this signal to the computer. The lower pressing plate 58 is also an optional component, and its function is to provide a certain rigidity to press and position the above-mentioned components. The entire keyboard reuses the combination of the upper cover 55 and the lower cover 59 to fix all the groups 5 1222593 玖, the invention description (3) pieces to an H, and only exposes these keypads to 5 metre for the user to press. When applied to a notebook computer, the main structure of the keyboard is similar, but the keyboard of the notebook computer is built into the system, so there is no structure of the upper cover 55 and the lower cover 59. 5 However, according to the current structure and assembly method of the conventional keyboard, it is often a combination of all components into a single structure and make it a complete set. The package can be sold with a computer system. When applied to a desktop computer, the entire keyboard is an independent device, and when applied to a notebook computer, it is more integrated with the entire system, so it is not designed to allow 10 users to disassemble the keyboard by themselves. And, in order to prevent users from dismantling and causing artificial perversion, most keyboards are covered by a limited period and conditional product warranty. Usually, some warning stickers are attached to the keyboard assembly screws to warn users. Destruction or removal of these warning stickers due to self-disassembly will invalidate the product warranty of the keyboard. It can be seen that the integrated structure design and assembly method of the keyboard for a long time have a lot of influence on the consumer behavior of the user and the entire keyboard industry. In terms of today's technology, although most keyboards have very high quality and durability, in daily use, environmental factors are often unpredictable. The keyboard is affected by oil, water or beverage on the hand, or even in the air. Pollution of dust and particles may cause poor use of the keyboard. The first part 511 of the ω ugly II ΙΙΜΑΛΙ- and the smoke of the positioning unit .51 5 1 It is difficult to drop pressure 'or it cannot spring back to its original position after pressing, resulting in a poor operation. However, the existing design cannot allow the user to simply remove these substances, and it will inevitably affect the mechanical function of the keyboard. Because of the keyboard's conditional product warranty system, in order to avoid the warranty failure of the products that are still within the warranty period, the only option is to return the keyboard to the manufacturer for repair or replace it with another new keyboard. Five-disk manufacturers do not count keyboard recycling as cost, so the cost of replacing a new keyboard to the customer is always cheaper than returning the keyboard for repair. Therefore, millions of keyboards are discarded every year in storage boxes, warehouses, and garbage dumps, resulting in wasted millions and even tens of millions of dollars in costs, and the electronic components in discarded keyboards can also be environmentally friendly to the environment. Hazard, but no one 10 thinks about how to recycle these keyboards and come up with more environmentally friendly ways to solve these problems. [Summary of the Invention] Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a method for assembling a partially replaceable modular keyboard and a keyboard product thereof, thereby greatly reducing 15 I keyboard products that are still under warranty due to small defects. The cost of being returned for replacement or repair. Another object of the present invention is to provide a production method and structure of a keyboard which is more environmentally friendly to the producer. Another object of the present invention is to form a replaceable 20 module design by using the keyboard word keys, so that the applicability of the keyboard in different languages, different input methods, etc. becomes more diversified. Another object of the present invention is to provide a modular design for easy disassembly, exchange, and swapping of the keyboard, so that users can repair and assemble by themselves. 7 1222593 发明, description of the invention (5) Then 'the method of assembling the keyboard of the present invention mainly consists of selectively combining elements such as a keycap, a positioning unit, a frame, an actuating unit, and a circuit unit included in the keyboard, The upper assembly module and the lower assembly module constitute one of the easily disassembled groups, so that the upper assembly module can be alternately separated from the lower assembly module 5 groups. The assembly module, the lower assembly module, and a combination device that provide an easy assembly and disassembly function of the upper assembly module and the lower assembly module are formed according to this method. Among them, the upper assembly module includes a plurality of keycaps, a plurality of which respectively correspond to the keycaps 10, 15 and 20, and a frame M that fixes the positioning units. The lower assembly group includes a circuit unit. The multiple support keycaps are used to trigger the activation of the circuit unit. The early 7L can be selectively installed in the upper assembly module or the lower assembly module. [Embodiment] The foregoing and other technical contents, features, and effects of the present invention will be clearly understood in the following detailed description of several preferred embodiments with reference to the drawings. The keyboard assembly method of the present invention originates from a simple concept, that is, breaking the traditional integrated and integrated way of the keyboard, and dividing the basic components of the keyboard into two modules, namely an upper assembly module and a lower assembly module, so that The upper assembling module and the lower assembling module can be easily disassembled by the user. As far as this example is concerned, the upper assembly module is a removable module (job module), while the lower assembly module is relatively non-removable, or it is called a basic module. (Basemodule). As shown in the third figure and the fourth figure, according to this keyboard assembly method, the present invention describes the first-best embodiment of the keyboard (6). The basic components are roughly similar to the conventional ones, including a plurality of keycaps 11, a plurality of positioning units 12 corresponding to the keycaps 11, a frame 13 fixed to the fixed units 12, and a plurality of corresponding supporting keycaps 11 respectively. And a circuit unit 15 for triggering the actuation units 14 to generate corresponding signals, so that the keycap 11, the positioning unit 12, and the frame 13 together constitute an upper assembly module 2, and the circuit unit 15 and The actuation unit 14 collectively constitutes an assembly module 3. In this example, the upper assembly module 2 further includes an upper cover 16 and the lower assembly module further includes a lower 10 10I? An upper cover plate 18 and a lower cover plate 19 may be further combined above and below the actuation unit 14, respectively. According to the conventional structure, the upper cover plate 18 and the lower cover plate 19 are also optional components. In this way, with a coupling device (described later), the upper assembly module 2 and the lower assembly module 3 can be easily assembled or separated. 15 Referring to the fifth and sixth figures, it is a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the first preferred embodiment is that the upper cover 16 belongs to the lower assembly module 3 and the upper assembly module 2 Only the keycap u, the positioning unit 12 and the frame 13 are included. Similarly, the upper assembly module 2 and the lower assembly module 3 can still be easily assembled or separated by a coupling device. 20 As shown in the seventh to tenth figures, the second preferred embodiment is used for further explanation. Since the upper assembly module 2 includes a plurality of keycaps u, it can be divided into a plurality of times according to the function of the keycap 11 Module 21. The upper assembly module 2 shown in the seventh figure may be composed of a three-piece sub-module 21 in accordance with a distinguishing manner such as a main letter key, a control key, and a function key. And the eighth figure shown in the eighth figure, the invention description (7) assembled module 2 is even more! Assembled by the six-piece sub-module 21 on the ninth figure, the module 2 is divided into the main letter keys: two, The composition state of the seven-piece sub-module 形成 is formed. In another example, the tenth figure 'is a design method of the seven-chip sub-module 21 extending from the ninth figure, and can be applied to a so-called ergonomic keyboard. As shown in the tenth figure, the assembled module 2 can also be connected to a plurality of sub-modules 21 by folding, which makes it more convenient to store and carry. 1〇 ▲ | As shown in the twelfth figure, it is the third preferred embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the read = one preferred embodiment is that the actuation unit 14 is in contact with the keycap 11 and the nibble 7012. The frame 13 and the upper cover 16 together constitute the upper assembly module 2, and the lower assembly module 3 includes only the circuit unit 15 and the lower cover 17. Among them, the optional upper cover plate 18 and the lower cover plate 19 can be respectively located on the upper assembly. Module 2 and lower assembly module 3. 15 * #As shown in the thirteenth figure, it is the fourth preferred embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the third preferred embodiment is that the upper cover 16 can also belong to the lower assembly module 3, and the rest of the structure is the same. , Which will not be explained one by one here. In order to achieve easy assembly and disassembly of the upper assembly module 2 and the lower assembly module 3, a junction 20 coupling device 4 is provided between the upper assembly module 2 and the lower assembly module 3. The following are specific examples. A feasible combination device 4 is not limited to this. As shown in the fourteenth and fifteenth drawings, the second preferred embodiment is used as an illustration. The upper assembly module 2 is combined with a lower assembly module 3 by using a combination device 4 and the combination device 4 has a plurality of screws 41 so that These screws 41 can be inserted through the upper 10 玖, invention description (8) downwards through the appropriate position of the upper assembly module 2 and then locked in a screw-lock manner at the relative position of the lower assembly core group 3 (shown in the fourteenth figure). , Or make these screws pass from bottom to top through the appropriate position of the lower assembly module 3 and then lock them at the opposite position of the upper assembly module 2 by screwing (as shown in Figure 15 by loosening the screws 41, the upper assembly module 2 can be separated from the lower assembly module 3. As shown in Fig. 16 and Fig. 17, another type of the combining device 4 is shown, which has a frame connected to the upper assembly module 2. Below the outer edge of the body 13, the upwardly bent convex piece 42, and-corresponding to the groove provided at the inner edge surface of the upper cover 16 of the lower assembly module 3 for the convex piece 42 to be fastened, the convex piece 42 faces outward A horizontally extending convex rib is formed at the place. When the upper two mounting module 2 and the lower assembly module 3 are joined, the convex piece 42 may For the sake of sex, the convex ribs 421 are inserted into the grooves 43 to form a dry position. By flipping the convex pieces 42 in the opposite direction to deform elastically, the convex ribs 421 and the grooves 43 are disengaged from each other, and the fastening can be released. State, the upper assembly module 2 is separated from the lower assembly module 3. In application, four coupling devices 4 can be used at the same time around the opposite sides of the upper assembly module 2 and the lower assembly module 3. As shown in the eighteenth figure, The first preferred embodiment is used to explain another combination of 44-grooves 45. The convex piece M is downwardly extended from the upper edge of i 16 located on the upper group, Wu, ′, and 2 and It is slightly flared, and a groove 45 is provided at the corresponding position of the lower assembly 3, using a tab: spring: deformed into the corresponding groove 45 to form a cooperation between the upper assembly module 2 and the lower f 3, And after applying-determining force grams and grooves ... fixing force, the elasticity of the convex piece 44 becomes 1222593 玖, the description of the invention (9) the groove 45 can separate the upper assembly module 2 and the lower assembly module 3. As shown in FIG. 19, another design of the coupling device 4 is provided, which has a movable portion provided at the edge of the frame 13 of the upper assembly module 2. A bolt 461 and a flange 462, and at the inner edge of the upper cover 16 of the lower assembly module 3, a recessed hole 463 for engaging the movable bolt 461 and a groove for engaging the flange 462 are provided correspondingly. 464, and the upper assembly module 2 can approach the lower assembly module 3 horizontally from the side direction, so that the flange 462 interferes with the groove 464 until the movable pin 461 reaches the recessed hole 463 and the movable pin 461 elastically enters the recessed hole 463. After it is inside, the positioning effect of the latch / plug can be formed. On the contrary, as long as the engagement between the movable pin 461 and the recessed hole 463 is removed by 10, the flange 462 and the recessed 464 groove can be disengaged from each other by horizontal and reverse movement. The upper assembling module 2 can be separated from the lower assembling module 3. Another associating device 4 will be described with reference to the twentieth figure, which has a protruding piece 471 provided on the edge of the frame 13 of the upper assembling module 2 and extending outward. And 15 correspond to one of the accommodating grooves 472 for accommodating the tabs 471 and a slidable block for preventing the tabs 471 from coming out of the accommodating grooves 472 at corresponding positions on the inner edge of the upper cover 16 of the lower assembly module 3. Lock pin 473, when the tab 47 丨 enters the receiving groove 472, it can form a snap-fit, and the horizontally sliding lock pin 4 can be elastic Above the convex piece 471, the convex piece 471 is blocked from detaching from the accommodation groove 472, so that it has the effect of positioning. When it is released, it is only necessary to flip the lock pin 473 horizontally to make the valley groove 472 open. The protruding piece 47 丨 is moved out of the accommodating groove 472, so that the upper assembly module 2 is separated from the lower assembly module 3. As shown in the first figure, another combination device 4 is also shown, which has one. It is also placed on the lower edge of the frame π of the upper assembly module 2 with an l-shaped hook piece 12 1222593 12, description of the invention (10) 48 and-corresponding to the upper cover 16 of the lower assembly module 3 for fishing L-shaped groove 482 of the hook 481 of the buckle, when assembled, the fishing piece 481 of the upper assembly module 2 is mated into the groove 482 β, and then the upper assembly module 2 is moved a short distance in the horizontal direction. The hook piece 481 and the groove 482 are combined with each other by the fishing buckle 5. When the hook piece 481 and the groove 482 are disengaged, the upper assembly module 2 is disengaged, and the upper assembly module 2 can be assembled from below. Group 3 is separated. Summarizing the above, the keyboard assembly method and its products of the present invention selectively combine the main components of the keyboard into one of the easy-to-disassemble one of the upper 10-pack module 2 and the lower-assemble module 3. The application can have the following advantages: 1.
