Abstract

The present invention provides a print resin film laminated to a decorative sheet which has a design pattern to which a wiping printing is applied, wherein the design pattern has an excellent aesthetic design merit equal to or more than that of a conventional decorative sheet made of a polyvinylchloride resin film and has excellent surface physical properties such as staining resistance, solvent resistance and the like. The present invention also provides a decorative sheet to which such a print resin film is laminated. The print resin film laminated to a decorative sheet is produced by laminating following layers in order from the lowermost layer, wherein a design pattern printed layer is formed on a base resin layer made of a polybutylene terephthalate film which works as a groundwork for printing or a colored resin film, and the colored resin layer was embossed, ink is filled in the embossed recesses so as to form a wiping printed layer, and a surface protective layer which is selectively embossed is formed on the wiping printed layer, and a gloss adjustment layer is selectively formed on the surface protective layer. The print resin film laminated to a decorative sheet is adhered to a substrate such as a woody sheet, a metal sheet, an inorganic board or the like to produce a decorative sheet.

在構成基材之樹脂層上用—般方法施加印刷,爲保護印 刷層的表面而設置氨基醇酸樹脂、聚氨酯樹脂等塗層所構 成之裝飾薄膜, (2) 在構成基材之樹脂層上用一般方法施加印刷後,透過接 著劑層來積層透明的雙軸延伸聚酯膜所構成之裝飾薄膜, (3) 在聚氯乙烯膜上用一般方法施加印刷後,積層透明的聚 氯乙烯膜或雙軸延伸聚酯膜所構成之裝飾薄膜, 等等的裝飾薄膜,透過接著劑來積層於鍍鋅鋼板、合板或 MDF等基板上口 然而,積層上述(1)之裝飾薄膜後的裝飾板,由於裝飾 薄膜的強度不足,在實施V形開槽加工等的情形,加工時 會有裝飾薄膜裂開、角落部的油墨易剝離之問題,而不適 用於V形開槽加工等用途。積層上述(2)之裝飾薄膜後的裝 飾板,雖耐污染性、耐溶劑性等的表面物性優異,但其表 面薄膜缺乏柔軟性故軟化溫度高,而在施加壓花加工時, 壓花將不易壓入。積層上述(3)之裝飾薄膜後的裝飾板,由 4 有毒氣體及其所引起的有害物質而污染環境之虞,又有在 焚化時會弄傷焚化爐之虞,而有很大的問題存在。 〔發明所要解決的課題〕 本發明係以解決上述問題爲目的,其課題係提供出一 種装飾板積層用印刷樹脂薄膜,其具有和以往之使用聚氯 乙烯樹脂膜的裝飾板同等級以上的樣式特性,並具有施加 刮塗印刷而成之構圖模樣,又耐污染性、耐溶劑性等的表 面物性優異,並提供出積層有該樹脂薄膜之裝飾板。 〔用以解決課題之手段〕 申請專利範圍第1項之裝飾板積層用印刷樹脂薄膜, 係將基材樹脂層、印刷層、著色樹脂層、刮塗印刷層、表 面保護層、光澤調整層由下而上依序積層而成。 申請專利範圍第2項之裝飾板積層用印刷樹脂薄膜’ 係將著色樹脂層、刮塗印刷層、表面保護層 '光澤調整層 由下而上依序積層而成。 申請專利範圍第3項之裝飾板積層用印刷樹脂薄膜, 係將著色樹脂層、刮塗印刷層、表面保護層由下而上依序 積層而成。 前述裝飾板較佳爲’前述基板和裝飾板積層用印刷樹 脂薄膜之間是透過接著劑層來積層。 前述裝飾板較佳爲,前述基板是金屬板。 前述裝飾板較佳爲,前述基板是木質板或板材。 〔發明之實施樣態〕 本案的發明人等,爲了取代焚化時有產生有毒氣體及 其所引起的有害物質而有污染環境之虞的聚氯乙烯樹脂膜 ’針對所具的圖樣之樣式特性優異、耐污染性、耐溶劑性 等的表面物性優異之裝飾板積層用且爲可印刷之樹脂膜進 行努力硏究的成果,發現到,構成印刷基底的基材樹脂層 及著色樹脂層係使用聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,之後形成圖 樣印刷層,再於著色樹脂層上施加壓花加工來形成壓花凹 部後’用刮塗法在壓花凹部充塡油墨來設置刮塗印刷層, 在其上方是選擇性的施加壓花加工之表面保護層,又更上 方是選擇性的光澤調整層,而藉由從下而上依序進行積層 ’即可得出能滿足上述特性要求之裝飾板積層用的樹脂薄 6 用印刷樹脂薄膜1透過接著劑層3來積層於基板2上。 .本發明所用之基材樹脂層4及著色樹脂層6 ’較佳爲 使用固有粘度(IV値)爲1.0〜2.0之聚對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 薄膜,基於製膜性的考量,固有粘度爲1.5以上更佳’又 基於耐水經時性(耐水劣化性)的考量,固有粘度以h2以上 爲更佳。又,使用擠出機來進行基材樹脂層4的製膜時’ 混練著色顏料來形成著色樹脂層亦可。 圖樣印刷層5,係例如表現出木紋、石紋、天然皮革 的表面紋路、布紋、抽象花紋等的模樣,用以形成圖樣印 刷層5之油墨的展色劑,能使用例如硝基纖維素、醋酸纖 維素等纖維素衍生物、聚酯型聚氨酯樹脂等公然周知者, 其中基於密著及熱接著性等兩觀點則以硝基纖維素-醇酸 樹脂系油墨爲佳。 又,對著色樹脂層6施以壓花加工來形成壓花凹部7 後,用刮塗法在壓花凹部7充塡油墨來設置刮塗印刷層8 該聚酯樹脂的構成材料之一例,係使用具備以下的組 成之共聚物聚酯樹脂等。亦即,作爲樹脂構成用之柔性鏈 段’較佳爲使用聚乙二醇、聚四甲二醇等的聚亞氧院基乙 二醇,或是聚ε -己內醯胺、壬二酸、癸二酸、十二院二 酸、二聚物酸等具有H00C-〔 CH2〕n-COOH分子構造 之脂肪酸二羧酸,和脂肪族及/或脂環族二元醇所構成之脂 肪族聚酯等。 又,作爲樹脂構成用之硬鏈段,較佳爲擇自對苯二甲 酸乙二醇酯、對苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、環己烷二對苯二甲酸 甲二醇酯 '環己烷二甲撐環己烷二羧酸酯、丁烯2,6萘二 羧酸酯等的芳香族及/或脂環族酯單元中之至少之i所構成 σ 又’作爲醇成分,基於耐溶劑性的觀點以含有1,4 丁 二醇殘基爲佳,而在用以形成共聚物聚酯之所有醇成分中 ,1,4 丁二醇殘基較佳爲40莫耳%以上65莫耳%以下。 當要求和基板間具有更強的密著性畤,若令基材樹脂 夾合壓接同時進行熱融接積層,而製造出一片積層薄膜。 藉由在加熱下加壓以將著色樹脂層6的刮塗印刷層面融接 於表面保護層9,而製作出一片裝飾板積層用印刷樹脂薄 膜1。 又,在進行著色樹脂層6和表面保護層9的積層時’ 藉由使用壓花輥作爲上述熱輥子,即可同時實施積層和壓 花加工,而得出在表面保護層9的表面形成有壓花凹部10 之圖2所示的裝飾板積層用印刷樹脂薄膜lb。又由於著色 樹脂層6之壓花加工性優異,淸晰的刮塗印刷將變得可得 ’又由於尺寸安定性佳,要抑制起因於張力或熱之伸縮變 動也將變得可能,而能得出印刷圖樣和壓花圖案諧調而具 有高度樣式特性之壓花裝飾薄膜。上述積層作業和壓花加 工等過程,能在和以往的聚氯乙烯樹脂薄膜相同的條件下 進行作業。 又,在將圖2的裝飾板積層用印刷樹脂薄膜之著色樹 10 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210x 297公釐)
