Abstract

A process of applying adhesives on two sides of vertical blind plates, which comprises the following steps: (1) guiding the cloth through tension adjustment device to the coater; (2) pressing down the coating knife to the rear side of plate and adjusting the coating knife to the required coating amount on the cloth; (3) drying the coated cloth through first dryer and second dryer; (4) cooling the warm cloth through several water cooling rollers; (5) winding the cloth; (6) coating adhesive on the back side of cloth according to the same procedure so as to complete coating on both sides of cloth; (7) transporting the cloth to the cutter to be cut into vertical blind plates.
