A partition plate 130 is disposed between the bottom plate 110 and the mounting plate 120. A plurality of square vent holes 131 are defined in the partition plate 130.

The second conveying pipe 280 is provided with a welding portion 281 and a curling portion 282. The welded portion 281 is configured to convert the heat pipe 242 having a relatively small diameter into a second transfer pipe 280 having a small diameter. The heat pipe 242, the first conveying pipe 270, the second conveying pipe 280, and the third conveying pipe 290 are copper pipes.
