Figure 12 is a perspective view showing the mating of the grommet of the suede remover in accordance with the present invention. As shown in Fig. 12, the projection 62 is provided on the outer surface of the grommet bracket 6 and the hole is formed in the grommet 7 at a position corresponding to the projection 62. It is fixed to the base bracket 6 in such a manner that the projection 62 is inserted into the holes of the retaining ring 7. Thereafter, an annular retainer 63 is placed over the projection 62 so that it is sinfully prevented from separating from the grommet bracket 6. The grommet 7 is made of a flexible material such as a stone oxide or rubber. The grommet bracket 6 is fitted into the recess 40 of the top plate 39. The grommet 7 can be attached to the grommet branch 6 only by a press fit. The X Ml Bu's adhesive can be applied between the grommet bracket 6 and the grommet 7 or can be selectively selected after the grommet 7 is placed over the grommet bracket 6 by super-wave fusion Fixed to each other. ® 疋 In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, a perspective view of a T1 - 3 n _ 坂 39 of a rechargeable suede remover illustrates the adjustment of the height of a grommet 7. In this embodiment, the mountain & gutter 64, the circumferential groove 65, and the locking hole 66 are formed on the outer peripheral surface I· of the top plate 39. A locking projection 67 is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the grommet bracket 6. The locking projection 67 of the 'assist ring bracket 6 is inserted into the recess 64 of the top plate 39, moved to a desired distance, and in turn rotated in the circumferential direction along the selected circumference 65, the & It is locked to the corresponding locking hole 66. Here, the ankle ring 7 can be adjusted to various heights of 15 201210561 degrees depending on the number of in-circle grooves 65 and the locking holes 66. Figure 14 is a view showing the connection of the collecting tray 4 to the output shaft 14. As shown in Fig. 14, a shaft hole 68 is formed in the rear surface of the collecting tray 4 so that the output shaft 14 projecting from the gear box 13 of the motor 12 can be fitted to the shaft hole 68. If the output shaft 14 is inserted too deep into the shaft hole 68, the magnet 38 may be separated from the collection tray 4 by the output shaft 14 (refer to the middle view of Fig. 14). Therefore, a plug 69 is integrally provided at a predetermined position of the collecting tray 4 such that an appropriate space is formed between the output shaft 14 and the magnet 38. Therefore, when the output shaft 14 is fitted to the shaft hole 68, the magnet 38 can be prevented from being separated by the collecting tray 4 even if the force is excessively applied to the output shaft 14 or/and the collecting tray 4' due to the thrust of the output shaft 14. Referring to Fig. 15, the grinding disc 5 is made of metal. A grinding protrusion 79 having a triangular shape is provided on the surface of the grinding disc 5 to enhance the suede removal effect. Since the edge of the abrasive projection 79 is sharper, the suede removal effect is increased. Accordingly, preferably, the abrasive projections 79 comprise abrasive projections 79-2 or 79-4, the sidewalls of which are concave such that their edges are sharper. Figure 16 is a side cross-sectional view showing a portion of a rechargeable blueprint remover in accordance with still another embodiment of the present invention. Figure 17 is a view showing a battery and a resistor of the embodiment of Figure 16. The gearbox 13 is firmly fixed to the motor 12. The output shaft 14 protrudes from a central portion of the gear case 13. The component board 16 is connected to the control board 17 by a connector 19. An electric wire 23 for supplying power to the motor 12 from the battery 21 is connected to the module board 16. The control board 17 includes an LED 30 and a slide switch 71. The circuit structure is simpler than the above embodiment. In this embodiment, the power source is supplied directly from the battery 21 to the motor 12 at 16 201210561. The rpm (revolutions per minute) of turning on/off the power source and the motor 12 is controlled by manipulating the slide switch 71. The slide switch 71 includes a switch lever 72. The switch lever 72 is inserted into one of the connecting portions 74 of the push button 73. The slide button 73 is made of a flexible material such as rubber and silicone resin. The switch lever 72 of the slide switch 71 is moved by pushing or pulling the connecting portion 74 of the slide button 73. Thereby, the i*pm of turning on/off the motor or motor 12 is controlled. For example, the slide switch 71 has three contact points (not shown). One contact point is used in a closed state and the other contact point is used in a low speed operating state. In the low speed maneuver state, the power source of the battery 21 is supplied to the motor 12 by a resistor 76. Preferably, resistor 76 includes a cement resistor that can withstand high power. However, the resistor 76 is not limited to this type. That is, any resistor that can withstand high power can be used as the resistor 76. The last contact point is associated with a high speed operation. In this state, the power source is directly supplied from the battery 21 to the motor 12' without passing through the resistor 76. The battery 21 is connected to a connector 77' such that the supply or interruption of the power supply is determined in accordance with a circuit operating the slide switch 71. The portion of the suede remover that is not in Fig. 16 is the same as that of the above embodiment, so that further explanation will be omitted. Connectors 19 and 77, wires 23' - capacitors H78 and the like are mounted to the component board 16. The slide switch 71, the slide button 73, and the LED 3 are connected to the control board n. In this embodiment, although the slide switch 71 is illustrated as being used as a switch, various types of switches, such as a push switch, a toggle switch, a touch switch, an -SMD switch, a rotary switch, etc., can be used. Make a switch. As shown in Fig. 17, the battery 21 is surrounded by the protective layer 75 to prevent the battery 21 from being scratched or contaminated. The resistor 17 201210561 76 preferably includes a cement resistor and has a semi-circular shape such that the battery 21 is mounted in a body bore having a "cylindrical shape". The third view of the πth diagram shows a cross-sectional view of the present, in which the battery 21 and the cement resistor 76 are mounted. Figure 18 is a perspective view showing a portion of a rechargeable blue and multiple detacher in accordance with still another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment ten, (4) skin removal benefits - the body 200 has an - hourglass shape' whose diameter increases from the middle to the both ends. If the body 2_ having an hourglass shape is formed by injection molding, the fine parting line is inevitably formed on both sides of the outer surface of the body 2, which occurs when the two injection molding substances are attached to each other; this deteriorates Exterior. In order to improve this, at least two longitudinal slits 201 are formed on both sides of the outer surface of the body 2, as shown in Fig. 18. In the case of the body 200, since the diameter thereof increases from the middle to the both ends, when it is used, the body 2〇〇 can be prevented from slipping off from the user's hand. In addition, if a separate mount is used, the suede remover can be easily and stably placed on the mount. Each of the longitudinal slits 2〇1 may have the same depth and width along the longitudinal direction of the body 200, or alternatively, its depth and width may vary with position. In the following, the operation of the rechargeable skin remover according to the present invention will be described in detail. 8 The motor 12 is operated by operating a switch 27 provided on the outer surface of the body 1. Further, the gear case 13 integrated with the motor 12 is operated by the operation of the motor 12. Thereby, the output shaft 14 connected to the gear case 13 rotates. Further, the rotational speed of the output shaft 14 can be controlled by operating the switch 27 by changing the rpm of the motor 12. To this end, the various components that are mounted to the component board 16 are grouped such that they are organically combined and can be controlled on a circuit basis. Depending on the environment, only the motor 12 can be provided without the use of the gearbox 13. Typically, motor 12 has a rotating shaft. The collecting tray 4 connected to the output shaft 14 also rotates when the output shaft 14 rotates while the motor is running. Further, the grinding disc holder 43 is rotated together with the collecting tray 4 because the stopper projection 42 of the grinding disc holder 43 is fitted into the hole 41 of the collecting tray 4. Finally, the grinding disc 5 is also rotated by being attached to the grinding disc holder 43 by the burying process. A polishing projection 79 is provided on the entire surface of the grinding disc 5. Therefore, when the grinding disc 5 is rotated, the grinding projection 79 removes the suede from the skin of the user such as the foot. The removed skin is collected in a collecting space 36 formed in the collecting tray 4 via a through hole 37 formed in the grinding disc 5. Further, since the magnet 38 is provided on the collecting tray 4, and the grinding disc holder which is provided with the grinding disc 5 by the metal grinding disc 5' is prevented from being detached from the main body when the grinding disc 5 is rotated. Furthermore, since the output shaft 14 is made of metal, the collecting tray 4 can be more reliably prevented from being detached from the output shaft 14 when it is rotated. As described above, with reference to Fig. 15, the abrasive projection 79 has a triangular shape, and preferably, it includes an abrasive projection 79-2 or 79-4 having a concave side wall such that its edge is sharper. This further enhances the suede removal effect. At the same time, the fixing projection 3 and the coupling recess 40 are formed in the top plate 39 provided on the first end of the body 丨. A grommet holder 6 having a grommet 7 made of a flexible material such as silicone or rubber is attached to the attachment recess 4''. The grommet 7 serves to prevent the suede removed from the skin by the grinding disc 5 from being scattered around. In other words, the suede removed from the skin of the user, such as the foot, is collected in the collection space 36 or the grommet 7 of the collection tray 5. Thus, since the removed suede can be collected in a predetermined space, the work of removing the auxiliary skin can become hygienic. In addition, the 201210561 rechargeable suede remover 100 of the present invention has a waterproof function, so that the surface of the top plate 39, the collecting tray 4, the grinding disc holder 43, the grinding disc 5, the grommet holder 6 and the retaining ring 7 can be easily cleaned with tap water. . Further, after the use of the suede remover 1〇0, the top portion is covered by the top cover 2 in such a manner that the top cover 2 is attached to the fixing projection 3 provided on the surface of the top plate 39. Meanwhile, when the switch 27 is pressed, the conductive contact terminal 28 provided in the switch 27 is in contact with the contact point 29. At this time, the power is transmitted to the motor 12 through the circuit. Therefore, the motor 12 operates. The LEDs 30 provided on the control board 17 indicate the operation of the suede remover ι by changing the color, or the charging condition of the battery 21. To charge the battery 21, a plug of a battery charger (not shown) widely used in the home is connected to the jack 1A. Next, a predetermined current flows through the electric wire 23 and the rechargeable battery 21 ^ changes depending on the state of charge of the battery 21 'LED 30'. In general, the battery 21 being charged is indicated in green. A state in which the battery 21 is not being charged is indicated in red. In addition, a state in which the motor 12 is operating is indicated in blue. The circuit structure can be formed by a combination of various components provided on the component board 16 and the control board 17, and those skilled in the art will (10) understand the circuit structure. The body is closed by the end cap 11 after the battery 21 is completely charged to prevent dust or the like from entering the body 1. The method of operation and the charging method of the embodiment using the cement resistor are similar to those of the other embodiments. The use of the shutter in the present invention preferably includes the slide switch 71, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, a 1 switch can be used. Further, the operation method and the charging method of the rechargeable skin remover having the longitudinal slit 2 () 1 of the body 200 are the same as those of the other (4), and therefore no further explanation is required. 20 201210561 As described above, the rechargeable suede remover according to the present invention solves the problem of the conventional manual suede remover, forcing a user to perform a grinding operation with his/her arm strength, and thus Physical fatigue.
