Abstract

Disclosed is a bottle-type container (10) that has a mouth (11), a body (12), shoulders (13) that connect the mouth and the body, a base (14) that seals the bottom end of the body, and a waist (15) that extends around the entire circumference of the body. The bottle-type container is provided with at least one indentation (20) formed above the waist, below the waist, or in the waist region. The upper surface of the indentation curves convexly upwards, and part of a longitudinal section of the upper surface of the indentation curves convexly towards the inside of the bottle-type container. As a result, the bottle-type container can be appropriately lifted without fingertips slipping from the waist section, even if the bottle-type container is heavy. The indentation is large enough to fit the first joint of a thumb and/or middle finger gripping the bottle-type container.

Description

Description of the Invention: I: Technical Field of Inventions 3 Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a bottle-shaped container for filling a beverage, for example, a bottle-shaped container made of synthetic resin. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In order to fill various beverages, bottle type containers such as synthetic resin bottle type containers are widely used. The cross-section of the bottle-shaped containers is mostly rectangular in order to be easily stored or transported to a refrigerator or the like. The bottle type container has a large size of about 2 liters. Such a large bottle type container sometimes cannot hold the body portion sufficiently by a human hand. Therefore, in recent years, in order to easily hold the bottle type container, it is common practice to form a waist portion in the body portion of the container, i.e., to form a wide groove extending in the circumferential direction. Further, Patent Document 1 discloses that the four corner portions of the waist portion are formed by a mortar-shaped curved portion which is curved toward the inside of the bottle-shaped container and whose width in the center longitudinal direction is wider than two arc-shaped extending in the vertical direction. In this case, since the finger portion and the palm portion are partially embedded in the waist, it is easier to hold the bottle type container. CITATION LIST Patent Literature PTL No. 2008-296920 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION 3 201116461 However, when a liquid is filled in a bottle type container, particularly a 2 liter bottle type container, The bottle type container becomes quite heavy. Therefore, when picking up such a bottle type container, the person must hold the body portion of the bottle type container with a very strong force, but when the body portion is held with a very strong force, the human hand sometimes slides relative to the body portion. As a result, the front end is slid out from the waist, and the entire bottle-shaped container is slid by the hand of the person. In particular, when the cap is removed from the mouth, the liquid of the bottle-type gull is developed to flow out from the mouth. Even when the bottle type container disclosed in the patent document i is used, although the finger and the palm are snap-fitted to the waist of the bottle type container, the front end is also slid out of the waist portion, and the bottle type container cannot be held. Thus, especially when the bottle type container is heavy, there is a problem that it is difficult to pick up the bottle type container because the front end is slipped out from the waist. The present invention is made in such a manner, and aims to provide a bottle type container which can be appropriately picked up even if the bottle type container is heavy, and the front end is not slipped out from the waist. In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the invention, there is provided a bottle type container, a body portion, a shoulder portion for connecting the mouth portion and the body portion, and a body portion for closing the body portion. The bottom of the lower end and the entire circumference of the main body portion = the waist portion 'including at least one concave portion formed above or below the waist portion or the curved waist region, and the upper portion of the concave portion is curved upwardly. A portion of the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the upper surface of the concave portion is curved into a convex shape toward the inside of the bottle-shaped container. ^P In the first invention towel, the front end of the finger received in the recess is fastened to the top of the recess 201116461. Therefore, even if the bottle type container is heavy even when the beverage is filled, it means that the front end is not easily slipped out of the concave portion of the container. Therefore, the container can be simply picked up. According to the second aspect of the invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the two concave portions that face each other are formed. That is, in the second aspect of the invention, since the two concave portions are opposed to each other, different fingers can be inserted into the respective concave portions. Therefore, the bottle type container can be easily and surely held. According to a third aspect of the invention, in the second aspect of the invention, the recessed portion has a sufficient size for accommodating the first joint of at least one of the thumb and the middle finger when the bottle type container is held. That is, in the third invention, the finger can be surely fastened to the upper surface of the concave portion. According to a fourth aspect of the invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the recessed portion (eighth) of the middle portion of the thumb or the middle finger is at least one of the center portion of the thumb or the middle finger. In the fourth aspect of the invention, in the fourth aspect of the invention, the above-mentioned upper surface of the concave portion is at least a sufficient depth. A curved surface or a plurality of flat surfaces. In the fifth invention, the upper surface of the concave portion can be easily formed. Further, when the upper surface of the concave portion 4 is composed of a plurality of flat surfaces, the bottle type container can be reinforced. According to the sixth invention In any one of the first to fifth aspects, the waist portion includes an upper and lower inclined portion inclined from the main body portion _ side, and a bottom surface of the two inclined 敎 grooves, the cross section of the groove bottom surface being slightly rectangular In the sixth invention, a bottle-shaped container having a more suitable structure is provided in the sixth aspect of the present invention. The center and the recess opposite it The circumferential distance between the centers is 140 mm to 165 mm. I: Embodiment: J DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following drawings, the same reference numerals are given to the same members. For the sake of easy understanding, the scales are appropriately changed. 1 is a perspective view of a bottle type container according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is the first drawing. A front view of the bottle container of the embodiment shown. The bottle container 10 shown in the drawings is formed of a synthetic resin such as polyparaphenyl 201116461 ethylene diacetate to form a capacity of about 2 liters. The preformed body is formed by biaxial stretching. Therefore, according to the present invention, the thickness of the container 10 is relatively small. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the bottle type container 1 is mainly filled with a liquid such as a beverage. The mouth portion 11, the main body portion 12 having a substantially rectangular cross section, the joint portion 11 and the shoulder portion 13 of the main body portion 12, and the bottom portion of the main body portion 12 on the side opposite to the mouth portion n are formed. The cover can be attached, but the cover is omitted for the sake of brevity. Fig. 3 is a bottom view of the bottle container shown in Fig. 1. In the bottom, a circular recess 18 is formed around the center line C0 of the vial container 10. Further, the plurality of bottom grooves 14a are radially extended from the circular recessed holes 18 to the outer surface of the bottle type 1 (refer to Fig. 2). The circular recessed holes 18 and the bottom groove 14a serve the purpose of reinforcing the bottom portion 14 of the bottle-shaped container 10. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the waist portion 15 extending in the circumferential direction of the main body portion 12 is formed at the center in the longitudinal direction of the main body portion 12. As shown in Fig. 2, the waist portion 15 is in the form of a wide groove, and extends from the upper portion 4b of the main body portion to the upper side inclined surface 15a, the lower portion of the main body portion 45, and the lower side inclined surface 15b, and the connection. The upper inclined surface 15a and the lower bottom inclined surface Hb are formed by the groove bottom surface 15c. With such a waist portion 15, the body portion 12 is divided into an upper portion 40 of the body portion and a lower portion 45 of the body portion. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line B_B of the bottle type container shown in Fig. 2. As shown in Fig. 4, the cross-sectional shape of the region including the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 is also substantially rectangular. Fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the bottle type container of the present embodiment. As can be seen from the figure of 201116461 5, the upper and lower edges of the upper inclined surface 15a and the lower inclined surface 丨5b respectively extend in the horizontal direction. Further, the bottom surface i5c of the waist portion 15 is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the bottle container 10. The longitudinal height of the entire waist portion 15 is 41.9 mm, and only the longitudinal height of the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 is 7 mm. Therefore, the thumb and the four fingers opposite thereto, such as the index finger, the middle finger, the ring finger or the little finger, and the portions of the finger and the associated palm are in close contact with the waist portion 15. Further, as shown in the figure, the lower side inclined surface 15b of the waist portion i5 is much larger than the upper side inclined surface 15a, and the lower inclined surface 15b is formed outward by a convex curved surface. Further, as is apparent from Fig. 5, in the front side of the bottle-shaped container 1A, the recessed portion 20 is formed in the region of the waist portion 15. As can be seen from Fig. 4, the recesses 20 are also formed on the back side of the bottle container 10 so as to oppose each other. Further, the recess 2' may be formed above or below the waist portion 15. In Fig. 5, the upper end and the lower end of the recessed portion 20 respectively extend over the groove bottom surface 15c in the longitudinal direction of the bottle-shaped container 1 and partially extend to the upper inclined surface 15a and the lower inclined surface 15b. Further, the edge portion of the recessed portion 20 is formed by the upper edge portion 21 formed on the upper inclined surface 15a, the lower edge portion 23 formed on the lower inclined surface 15b, and the intermediate edge portion 22 formed in the longitudinal direction across the groove bottom surface 15c. . Further, as shown in Fig. 5, the concave portion 20 has a flat bottom portion % of the concave portion, and the concave bottom surface 26 is formed of a rectangular shape extending in the lateral direction and a downward isosceles trapezoid having a bottom portion shared with the long side of the rectangular lower side. As can be seen from Fig. 5, it is concave. The bottom surface of the crucible 26 is specifically formed in the region of the bottom surface 15c of the groove. Further, the concave bottom surface 26 may have a shape different from that shown in Fig. 5, but is preferably large enough to accommodate the first joint of a human finger. 201116461 In Fig. 5, the lower edge portion 23 of the recess 20 is curved downward in a convex shape. Further, as can be seen from Fig. 5, the lower edge portion 23 is much larger than the upper edge portion 21, and the curvature radius of the lower edge portion 23 is much smaller than the radius of curvature of the upper edge portion 21. Since the lower edge portion 23 has such a shape that the human finger passes through the lower edge portion 23 from the outer surface of the main body portion 12, it can be easily accommodated in the concave portion 20. As can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5, the lower edge portion of the recess 20 is formed. The first and second C-shaped surfaces are adjacent to each other, and 34 is connected to the bottom surface of the recess. Both end portions of the first C-shaped curved surface 33 extending from the lower edge portion 23 are connected to the inclined surface 32' connected to the intermediate edge portion 22 and the concave portion bottom surface 26, and the second C-shaped curved surface 34 adjacent to the bottom portion of the four portions is not connected. On the inclined surface 32. Further, the second c-shaped curved surface 34 has two ribs 35 and % extending partially in the lateral direction. The ribs 35, 36 such as the dream can reinforce the recess 2 of the bottle container 10 in the lateral direction. In addition, the ribs 35, 36 achieve the purpose of slipping with respect to the fingers of a person. The upper edge portion 21 of the concave portion 2 is connected to the bottom surface % of the concave portion by the upper surface 31, and the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface 31 of the concave portion 20 are curved upward in a convex shape in the Fig. When the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface portion 31 and the like are substantially parallel with respect to the waist portion 15, when the bottle type is lifted, the human finger may fall into the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface 31. On the other hand, in the present invention in which the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface 31 are curved upward in a convex shape, the human finger does not fall into the upper edge portion 21 and the upper surface 31. In the fifth figure, the central portion of the lateral portion of the concave portion 20 is curved upward in the convex portion. The concave portion in the fifth figure is the length of the concave portion of the concave portion which will be described later. Although it is an arc shape, as long as the center part of the horizontal direction of the recessed part 20 becomes the largest, the part which is a linear part may be contained except the center part. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the concave portion shown in Fig. 6 taken along the line of the bottle type container of the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 a a 9 201116461. In particular, as can be seen from Fig. 7, the upper surface 31 is curved in a convex shape toward the inside of the bottle container 10 in the vicinity of the bottom surface % of the concave portion. The upper surface 31 may be formed of at least one curved surface and may also be formed of a plurality of flat surfaces. Since the recessed portion 20 has such a shape and size, when the human finger holds the bottle-shaped container 10, the front end of the finger received in the concave portion 2 turns into a curved portion which is fastened between the upper surface 31 and the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion. Therefore, even if the bottle-shaped container 10 is heavy when the beverage is filled, the tip end of the finger is not easily slid out by the concave portion 2〇. Therefore, in the present invention, the bottle type container 1 can be simply picked up. Further, since the pair of concave portions 2〇 are formed opposite to each other, different fingers such as a thumb and a middle finger can be inserted into the respective concave portions 2〇. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the bottle type container 1 can be easily and surely held. Further, in the present embodiment, the depth of the concave portion 20 (corresponding to the distance between the waist portion 15 and the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion perpendicular to the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion) is relatively deep. Each depth 01 of the recess 20 is 5 〇 1111 to 7 mm, preferably 6 mm. When the depth D1 is less than 5 mm, the front end of the finger becomes difficult to buckle on the curved portion between the upper surface 31 and the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion. On the other hand, when the depth D1 is larger than 7 mm, it is difficult for the front end of the finger to reach the curved portion between the upper surface 31 and the bottom surface 26 of the concave portion. Further, the lateral direction distance D3 of the concave portion 20 is 54 mm to 62 mm, preferably 58 mm. Since the recess 20 is of such a size, when the bottle container 10 is held, the first joint of at least one of the person's thumb or middle finger is sufficiently accommodated in the recess 20. Further, when the thumb and the middle finger of the person press the bottom surface 26 of each recess of the recess 20, the center axis of at least one of the thumb or the middle finger becomes more inside than the outer surface of the body portion 12 in the recess 20. As a result, the 10 201116461 thumb or middle finger can be securely fastened to the upper surface 31 of the recess 2 . Further, when the distance between the short sides of the cross section of the region including the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 is D2, the distance D2 is 67 mm to 74 mm. It is preferably 71 as the finger of the hand and the thumb other than the thumb. In the state of being naturally opened, it is easy to hold the object when it is 'holding the object'. Therefore, when the distance 〇2 is less than 67 mm, since it is difficult to hold with a narrow width, a strong force is applied to the front end of the finger, so that when the lid of the bottle-shaped container 1 is removed, the liquid in the bottle-shaped sifter 10 is easily made. It flows out from the mouth portion 11. On the other hand, when the distance is larger than 74 mm, it is felt that it is difficult to hold with a large width, and similarly, the liquid in the bottle-shaped container 10 is easily discharged from the mouth portion 11. Further, the total of the two concave portions, the ratio of the fruit sound (D1 + D2) to the distance D2 is about 0.16, and the ratio is preferably 〇 13 to 0·20. In this case, the bottle container 1 can be held more appropriately. Further, as can be seen from Fig. 4, the lower portion 45 of the body portion of the bottle container 1 has a substantially rectangular cross section, and its four corners. The portion 19 is formed as a round fox, and the section 40 above the body portion is also the same. In the present invention, the cross section of the groove bottom surface 15c of the hull portion 15 is also substantially rectangular in shape, and the four corner portions 16 are also formed in a circular arc shape. Fig. 8 is a side view showing the bottle type container of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1. In Fig. 8, when a person holds a bottle container, two fingers of a person, such as a thumb and a middle finger, are inserted into the opposing portions of the waist portion in the direction of the paper surface of Fig. 8. In the present embodiment, the longitudinal dimension of the waist portion 15 is 41.9 mm and relatively large, and the waist portion 15 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion. Further, referring to Fig. 5, as described above, the waist portion 15 is included. The structure of the upper inclined surface 15a and the lower inclined surface 15b. Therefore, the upper inclined surface 15a and the lower 11 S-201116461 side inclined surface 15b achieve the purpose of guiding, and the two fingers of the person are guided to the outer periphery of the groove bottom surface 15c. Further, in Fig. 4, a line A1 passing through the center of the two long sides of the cross section of the body portion 12 is shown. This line A1 is common to the lines connecting the centers of the two recesses 20 opposed to each other. The two points C1 and C2 disposed on the line A1 are located at the intersection of the extension of the circumferential direction of the groove bottom surface 15c and the line Ai. As shown in Fig. 4, the distance j) 4 from the one point C1 through the extension line of the groove bottom surface 15c and the groove bottom surface 15c to the other point C2 is 140 mm to 165 mm, preferably 150 mm to 156 mm. When the circumferential direction distance D4 is shorter than 140 mm, when the finger-length person holds the bottle-shaped container 10, the front end of the finger will pass over the concave portion 2〇. Further, when the circumferential direction distance D4 is longer than 165 mm, when the person with a short finger holds the bottle container 10, the front end of the finger cannot reach the curved portion of the upper surface 31 of the concave portion 20. When the circumferential distance D4 is in the range of 140 mm to 165 mm, the 瓿-shaped container 10 can be easily held by a person with a long finger or a short finger. Also, when the human hand is viewed from the side of the thumb and forefinger, the human hand is usually roughly C-shaped. The distance D2 size is determined such that the human hand does not need to open the finger excessively. Since the radius of curvature of the four corner portions 16 of the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 of the container 10 is relatively large, the container 10 conforms to the hand of a person having a substantially C-shape. Therefore, when the bottle type container 10 is held, the person does not need to open the finger excessively. Further, the four corner portions 16 of the groove bottom surface 15c of the waist portion 15 have a radius of curvature of 24 mm to 34 mm, preferably 28 mm to 30 mm. When two fingers of the person are inserted into the waist 15, two fingers of the person, such as the big thumb and the middle finger, the portions of the fingers and the associated palms are just adapted to the waist 15 and the upper inclined surface 15a. Thereby, the front end of the finger of the person can reach the curved portion of the face 31 of the 201116461. Therefore, if the human hand is raised in this state, the bottle container 10 is supported by two fingers of the person, such as the thumb and the middle finger, the fingers and the related palm. Therefore, when the bottle type container is picked up, it is not necessary to hold the bottle type container 10 with a strong force. Therefore, the bottle container 10 can be easily picked up. Further, since it is not necessary to apply a strong force at the front end of the finger, for example, even if the lid of the bottle type container 10 is removed, the liquid in the bottle type container 1 does not flow out from the mouth portion 11. Therefore, it is possible to stably pick up and carry the bottle type container. Here, referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 6, the upper portion 4 of the main body portion of the main body portion 12 is formed with a plurality of grooves 41 extending in the circumferential direction, and the lower portion 45 of the main body portion is formed in the circumferential direction. Extend most of the gullies. These gullies and servants achieve the purpose of elastically deforming the body portion 12 of the bottle-shaped container 1 in the longitudinal direction when the longitudinal force is applied to the bottle-shaped container 10. Usually, in order to attach a product label (not shown) to the upper portion of the main body portion to clearly see the product label (not shown), when the vertical rib is provided in the groove 41 of the upper portion 40 of the main body portion, only The lower portion 45 of the body portion of the body portion 12 is elastically deformed. Further, as shown in Fig. 6, the region between the shoulder portion 13 and the main body portion 12 is formed by a circular arc, and is formed in a region X between the groove 46 of the lower portion 45 of the main body portion and the lower portion 45 of the main body portion. 3 is also formed by an arc. Further, in Fig. 6, the lower portion of the main body portion 45 is located at the second groove as the representative of the region Χ3, but the other portions of the lower portion 45 of the main body portion are also the same. Further, as will be further described with reference to Fig. 5, the region χ 2 between the lower inclined surface i5b of the waist portion 15 and the lower portion 45 of the body portion is also formed by a circular arc. 13 S-201116461 As can be seen from Fig. 6, in the region XI, the radius of curvature R1 of the bottle-shaped container 10 is relatively large when viewed from the side, but is smaller than the radius of curvature of the shoulder portion 13 itself. Similarly, as can be seen from Fig. 2, in the region XI, the radius of curvature R1' of the bottle-shaped container 10 viewed from the front is also relatively large, but is smaller than the radius of curvature of the shoulder portion 13. Further, the radius of curvature R1 is smaller than the radius of curvature rule 3 in the region χ3, but smaller than the radius of curvature R2 in the region X2. Further, as compared with Figs. 5 and 6, it can be seen that the radius of curvature R2 in the region X2 is larger than the radius of curvature r3 in the region χ3. Further, the radius of curvature viewed from the side is preferably R16 to R20. The radius of curvature of the front view is imaginary (7) to ft., preferably R14 to R18. When the curvature radii R1, R1 are larger than the above values, when the force is applied to the bottle container 10 in the longitudinal direction, the shoulder portion 13 of the bottle container 1 is easily plastically deformed. As described above, the bottle-shaped container 10 is filled with a tiled carton (not shown) when it is transported, and a plurality of corrugated boxes are stacked in sequence. At this time, a very strong force is applied to each of the bottle-shaped containers 10 in the longitudinal direction. In the present embodiment, the 'radius of curvature R1, R1 is larger than the radius of curvature R2, R3, but much smaller than the radius of curvature of the shoulder portion 13 itself. Therefore, it can be said that the shoulder portion 13 is raised in the direction of the axis of the container 1〇. State. That is, in the present embodiment, since the curvature radii R1, R1 are smaller than the curvature radius of the shoulder portion 13, the angle of the shoulder portion 13 with respect to the horizontal plane becomes large. Therefore, that is, applying a very powerful force to the bottle-shaped container 10 in the longitudinal direction, you are punishing, the shoulder portion 13 and the waist portion 15 of the bottle-shaped container 10 are also almost shaped, and most of the applied force is transmitted straight to the body. Part 45 below. Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the longitudinal force is applied, the bottle-shaped container 10 is settled more than the waist portion 15 at the upper portion, and the lower portion 45 of the body portion is mainly elastically deformed. That is, in the present embodiment, even if a force is applied to the bottle-shaped container 10 in the longitudinal direction, the shoulder portion 13 and/or the waist portion 15 are not bent in the oblique direction. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the shoulder portion 13 and/or the waist portion 15 from being damaged by plastic deformation. In addition, as is apparent from Fig. 1 and the like, the shoulder portion 13 of the bottle-shaped container 10 is smooth across the entire circumferential direction, and no ridge portion or the like is formed. Therefore, even when the longitudinal force is applied to the bottle type container 10, no stress is concentrated on the ridge portion. Therefore, there is no plastic deformation of such a bulge. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the shoulder portion 13 of the bottle type container 10 can be prevented from being plastically deformed. Further, in the present embodiment, the bottle type container 10 is described by a synthetic resin. However, the bottle type container 10 may be formed of other materials such as glass.
