200946072 IX. Description of the invention: [Technical field to which the invention belongs] Take a stool specimen and treat the gastrointestinal disease, especially the ulcer of the digestive tract. A fecal 'fecal suspension' must be taken in advance. Less will lead to sensitivity. On the other hand, if it is, transportation is not convenient. It is also very important to check a certain amount when the specimen is inspected. For example, it is known that the pick-up rod is attached to the front end or the front end by taking the specimen, and the present invention relates to a picking container. Diluted into a stool sample diluted solution and stored. [Previous technique] Detection of occult blood in feces is known as a screening method for gastrointestinal bleeding, which is a diagnosis of hemorrhagic diseases such as right cancer. It is very important to carry out the detection of occult blood in the feces, and it is necessary to suspend it in an appropriate liquid and adjust the amount of the taken feces (fecal specimen) if it is too low, so it is important to take a sufficient amount. If the amount of stool specimen is too large, it will become a source of malodor. In addition, after the inspection is over, the excess fecal derivation problem will be dealt with. Therefore, it is often taken and checked steadily. In the past, various literatures have been proposed for containers for feces. Patent Document 1 proposes a picking stick which is provided with a pick-up brush. The brush with the brush is rubbed over the surface of the stool and can be easily attached from the surface to the various parts of the stool. However, in this method of picking up the brush, there is a problem that the stool sample which enters between the brushes is not easily dissolved in the diluted solution. In addition, since the manufacturing process of the picking bar with such a picking brush is not easy, there is a problem that the cost is high in the whole of 200946072. Patent Document 2 proposes a feces container in which a middle plug is provided in a reagent container, and by rotating the middle plug, the rod is mounted so as to be freely slidable from the reagent container. In terms of the convenience of the container, there is a health advantage because it cannot prevent the feces from being accidentally contaminated with clothes and the body. However, since the manufacturing process of the picking container is not easy, there is a problem that the yield is not good, and there is a problem that the manufacturing cost is also high. On the other hand, in the conventional picking rod, the shapes as shown in Figs. 4A and 4B have also been proposed. In this example, a concave portion is provided on the round bar type of the picking bar, and a stool sample is taken in the concave portion. However, in the case of a round bar type squeezing rod having such a recess, when the amount of take-up is small and the remaining scum is scraped off, air is mixed as shown in Fig. 4C, resulting in less amount of take-up. Therefore, it is difficult to take a stool sample that is sufficient in terms of diagnosis. [Patent Document 1] JP-A-H08-285845 [Patent Document 2] JP-A-9-3 35 1 9 [Description of the Invention] [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention has a problem in view of the above-described problems, and its object It is a kind of picking container that can stably and adequately take a stool sample regardless of the characteristics of the stool of the object to be inspected, and is more suitable for transportation (especially mailing). [Embodiment] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a feces container according to an embodiment of the present invention. In Fig. 1, the toilet bowl 10 of the present invention is a feces container, and 200946072 is characterized in that it has a picking rod 5 having a flat picking portion 52 provided with a through hole 55 and an engaging portion 51; 1 , which is rotatably engaged with the engaging portion 51 of the picking rod 5; the scraping portion tip 2 having the hole 23 through which the flat picking portion 52 of the picking rod 5 is inserted, and screwed to The grip 1 is provided; the lower end 3 of the scraping portion has a hole 35 through which the flat type picking portion 52 of the picking rod 5 is inserted, and is engaged with the top end 2 of the scraping portion; and the reagent container 4 is engaged The scraping portion lower end 3 and the flat type picking portion 52 of the picking rod 5 are accommodated; and the scraping portion lower end 3 includes a receiving portion 31 (Fig. 11A, Fig. 11B) for storing the remaining feces; And a sealing portion 32 (Fig. 11A, Fig. 11B) which is in close contact with the flat type picking portion 52 of the aforementioned picking bar 5 to scrape off the remaining feces', and to prevent the solution of the reagent container 4 from leaking out. Way to seal. The hole 35 provided in the lower end 3 of the scraping portion is formed in the sealing portion 32 and has a shape substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the flat picking portion 52 of the picking bar 5. In addition, when the squeezing rod 5 is withdrawn from the squeezing portion 2, the squeezing of the grip 1 and the squeezing portion 2 is released, so that the inside of the reagent container 4 to be described later can be prevented. Flying (p. l〇A ~ 10E). (Picker Stick 5) As shown in Fig. 1, the picking stick 5 is composed of the engaging portion 51 and the picking portion 52, and is usually integrally formed. The material of the picking rod 5 is not particularly limited, but it is suitable for people to store, and even has a hardness which is harder than the material of the reagent container 4 to be described later, and is exemplified by synthesis of, for example, ABS or PS. Resin. The engaging portion 51 has a hooking projection 53, a front end portion 54, and a sealing portion 200946072 5 6 钩 a hooking projection 53 is protruded from the outer peripheral wall of the engaging portion 51, and the hooking projection 53 is hooked on the protruding portion The hooking projection 12 of the inner peripheral wall of the grip 1 to be described later is used to rotatably engage the picking rod 5 to the grip 1 to be described later. Fig. 2A and Fig. 2B are perspective views showing the state before and after the engagement of the picking bar and the grip, respectively. As shown in Fig. 2A, when the feces rod 5 is pressed into the inside of the grip 1, the hooking projection 53 of the picking stick 5 will pass over the hooking projection 12 of the grip 1, as shown in Fig. 2B. The hook is hooked to the hooking projection 12. Thereby, the picking stick 5 is rotatably engaged with the grip 1. The distal end portion 54 has a shape of a hemispherical shape, a conical shape, or the like, as shown in Figs. 2A and 2B. The distal end portion 54 is rotatably held by the distal end portion accommodating portion 11 provided in the grip 1 when the ratchet rod 5 is engaged with the grip 1 described later. Thereby, the picking stick 5 and the grip 1 are tied in two places, that is, the hooking projection 12 and the hooking projection 53, and the front end portion accommodating portion 11 and the front end portion 54 are temporarily fixed, and the picking stick 5 is held in the grip. The inside 1 is freely rotated and stably engaged. The sealing portion 56 has a columnar shape as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B. The diameter of the sealing portion 56 is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the screw portion 2 1 of the scraping portion distal end 2 to be described later. In this way, when the screw portion 21 is inserted into the screw portion 21 of the scraping portion distal end 2 to be described later, the sealing portion 56 is in close contact with the inside of the screw portion 21 of the scraping portion distal end 2, in case the liquid of the reagent container to be described later When leaking to the accommodating portion 31, the solution is prevented from leaking from the gap between the screw portion 21 and the sealing portion 56 of the scraping portion distal end 2 to the outside. Preferably, the sealing portion 56 has a diameter smaller than a diameter of the upper portion of the lower portion of the sealing portion 56 (on the side close to the flat picking portion 52) so as to be inserted into the top end 2 of the scraping portion 200946072, which will be described later. When the screw portion 21 is inserted, it is guided and smoothly inserted (Fig. 11A, Fig. 1 1 B). The picking portion 52 has a flat plate shape as shown in Fig. 1, and the picking portion 52 is provided with a through hole 55 penetrating in the thickness direction. The shape of the picking portion 52 is not particularly limited as long as it is a flat shape. For example, when the front end of the picking portion 52 is in the R shape, the picking stick 5 is inserted into the lower end 3 of the scraping portion, which will be described later. 5 itself becomes easy to rotate, and is smoothly inserted into the inside of the lower end 3 of the scraping portion. The size of the picking portion 52 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately designed according to the shape and size of the through hole and the size of the flushing container. The shape of the through hole 505 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a combination of square and circular shapes, and a polygonal shape (triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon, etc.). The size of the through hole 55 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately designed in accordance with the size of the picking portion 52, the amount of picking, and the like. In order to maximize the amount of pick-up corresponding to one through hole, it is preferable that the size and shape of the front surface and the back surface of the picking portion 52 are substantially the same. Since the through-hole 55 is thereby passed through, the stool sample becomes easily dissolved in contact with the solution in front and on the reverse side. The through hole 55 is preferably 'on the front side and the back side of the picking portion 52, and the position of the hole is shifted in the longitudinal direction of the picking portion 52. Fig. 6A is a longitudinal sectional view showing an example of a flat type of picking portion having a through hole, and Fig. 6B is a longitudinal sectional view showing another example of a flat type picking portion having a through hole. The form in which the through hole 55 penetrates from the front surface of the picking portion 52 to the back surface is not particularly limited. For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, the through hole 55 may be linearly penetrated, or may be as shown in FIG. 6B. It is shown that it is penetrated in two stages in a stepped manner. Here, the angle is the angle at which the straight line connecting the front surface and the back surface and the straight line connecting the front side end and the back side end of the through hole 55 are perpendicularly formed from the longitudinal direction of the picking portion 52 (Fig. 6A, 6B)). The angle 0 1 is preferably 30 to 60°, more preferably 40 to 50°, and most preferably 45° or so. As shown in FIG. 6A and FIG. 6B, the position of the hole in the through hole 55 is shifted in the front surface and the reverse side of the picking portion 52, and the air contained in the stool sample taken by the through hole 55 is easily leaked. It is possible to increase the amount of take-up equivalent to one through hole. The number of the through holes 505 is not particularly limited, and can be appropriately designed depending on the amount of the picking, the size of the rod, and the like. For example, the amount of the through holes can be determined by assigning the amount of the required amount of suction to the amount of the through hole. The amount of pickpocket equivalent to a through hole varies depending on the nature of the stool. Therefore, in the case of feces which are not easy to take, a rod for increasing the number of through holes can be used, and in the case of easily used feces, a rod for reducing the number of through holes or the like can be used. (Clip 1) The grip 1 is screwed into the grip 1 by the tamper-evident rod 5 so as to be rotatably engaged with the tip end 2 of the scraping portion. Fig. 1 A is a longitudinal cross-sectional view showing a state in which the picking bar, the grip, the tip end of the scraping portion, and the lower end of the scraping portion are in mesh with each other, and Fig. 11B is a view showing the picking stick and the grip viewed from the side. A longitudinal cross-sectional view of a state in which the tip end of the scraping portion and the lower end of the scraping portion are in mesh with each other. -11 - 200946072 As shown in Figs. 11A and 11B, the grip 1 has a front end portion accommodating portion 1 1 , a hooking projection portion 1 2 and a screw portion 13 . The front end portion accommodating portion 11 is provided at the inner upper end of the grip 1, and houses the ij end portion 54 of the tamper bar 5. Since the size of the end portion accommodating portion 11 is larger than the distal end portion 54 of the feces rod 5, the distal end portion 54 of the feces rod 5 is rotatably held by the distal end portion accommodating portion 11. The splicing protrusion 12 is attached to the inner peripheral wall ' of the grip 1 when the squeezing rod 5 is pressed into the grip 1 and the hooking projection 53 of the tamper stick 5 is attached. The hooking projection 12 of the grip 1 is passed over and hooked to the hooking projection 12 as shown in Fig. 2B. Thereby, the grip 1 and the picking rod 5 are rotatably held. As described above, since the grip 1 and the picking rod 5 are tied in two places, that is, the engaging projection 12 and the hooking projection 53, and the front end housing portion 11 and the front end portion 54 are temporarily fixed, the grip is gripped. The central axis of 1 and the central axis of the picking bar 5 are maintained in a parallel relationship, and the preventive rod 5 is prevented from becoming unstable in the grip 1. The screw portion 13 is provided on the lower portion of the grip 1 as shown in Fig. 1 1A and Fig. 1B, and is screwed to the screw portion 21 of the scraping portion distal end 2 to be described later. The material of the grip 1 is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include ABS, low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, polycarbonate, and polypropylene. (Scrapping portion tip 2) The scraping portion tip end 2 has a hole 23' through which the picking stick 5 is inserted and screwed to the grip 1. As shown in Figs. 11A and 11B, the screw portion 21 is provided at the upper portion of the scraping portion distal end 2. The diameter of the hole 2 3 through which the pick-and-place rod 5 is inserted is -12-200946072 which is substantially the same as the diameter of the upper portion of the sealing portion 56 of the picking bar 5 in the screw portion 21'. As a result, when the sealing portion 56 of the rat rod 5 is inserted into the screw portion 21, it can be brought into close contact with the inside of the screw portion 21 of the scraping portion distal end 2, and the reagent container 4 to be described later can be sealed. The lower end of the top end 2 of the scraping portion is engaged with the lower end 3 of the scraping portion which will be described later. Examples of the method of meshing include ultrasonic welding and press-fitting. Although the material of the top portion 2 of the scraping portion is not particularly limited, it is preferably a sealing portion 56 from the viewpoint of improving the sealing property of the sealing portion 56 of the rat rod 5 and the screw portion 2 1 . The soft material, specifically, a low-density polyethylene resin or the like can be cited. (Scrapping portion lower end 3) The lower end portion 3 of the scraping portion has a hole 35 through which the ratchet rod 5 is inserted, and the upper end is engaged with the scraping portion distal end 2, and the lower end is engaged with the reagent container 4 to be described later. As shown in FIG. 11A and FIG. 11B, the scraping portion lower end 3 has a accommodating portion 31 for accommodating the remaining feces, and is in close contact with the restoring rod 5, and prevents the solution of the reagent container 4 to be described later from leaking and sealing. a sealing portion 32; and an engaging portion 38 that is in close contact with the reagent container 4, the engaging portion 38 having a convex portion 37. The lower portion of the accommodating portion 3 1 has a funnel shape, and the rinsing rod 5 is guided so as to be smoothly inserted into the sealing portion 32 from the accommodating portion 31. The cross-sectional shape and size of the sealing portion 32 are substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape and size of the picking portion 52 of the picking bar 5. Therefore, the upper end of the sealing portion 32 (the portion that is coupled to the accommodating portion 31) can scrape off the remaining feces adhering to the feces portion 52 when the feces portion 52 is inserted into the sealing portion 32. The remaining feces that have been scraped off are stored in the accommodating portion 31. Further, since the sealing portion 32 is in close contact with the picking portion 52, it prevents the -13-200946072 • solution of the reagent container 4 from leaking from the gap between the picking portion 52 and the sealing portion 32. In the sealing portion 32, the hole 35 through which the picking portion 5 is inserted has a cross-sectional shape that is substantially the same as the cross-sectional shape of the flat picking portion 52. For example, if the cross-sectional shape of the picking portion is a slightly elliptical shape (Fig. 3A), a square (Fig. 3B), or a hexagon (Fig. 3C), the cross-sectional shape of the hole 35 is also the same in the sealing portion 32. shape. The engaging portion 38 is for engaging the reagent container 4. Preferably, the outer peripheral wall of the engaging portion 38 is provided with a convex portion 37 to be fitted to the concave portion 41 provided on the inner peripheral wall of the reagent container to be described later. Thereby, the lower end portion 3 of the scraping portion and the reagent container 4 are engaged. The lower end 3 of the scraping portion of the picking container of the present invention is preferably further provided with a guiding portion. Fig. 7A is a perspective view showing the lower end of the scraping portion having the guiding portion, and Figs. 7B and 7C are views showing the upper end of the lower end of the scraping portion having the guiding portion. In Fig. 7A, in order to see the shape of the accommodating portion 31, the engaging portion 38 is omitted. As shown in Figs. 7A, 7B, and 7C, guide portions 33 and 33 are provided on both sides of the central portion of the accommodating portion 31 in the width direction of the inserted toilet portion 52. ® Fig. 8A, Fig. 8B, and Fig. 8C show a perspective view, a side view, and a front view, respectively, of an example of a guide portion, and Figs. 9A, 9B, and 9C show the other of the guide portions, respectively. A perspective view, a side view, and a front view of the example. As shown in Figs. 8B and 9B, it is preferable that the upper end of the guide portion 33 has an inclined surface. Thereby, when the front end of the picking portion 52 comes into contact with the inclined surface of the guiding portions 3 3 and 3 3 , the picking bar that is freely rotationally engaged with the grip 1 due to the horizontal direction force received from the inclined surface 5 will rotate, and the direction of the picking portion 52 will be adjusted to be aligned with the 14-200946072 hole 35 of the lower end of the scraping portion 3 and smoothly inserted. The sloped surface can be either a flat surface or a curved surface. The cross-sectional shape of the guide portions 33, 33 may be a slightly semicircular shape or a square shape as shown in Figs. 8A and 9A. In terms of molding, the width hi of the upper portion of the guide portion 33 is smaller than the width h2 of the lower portion (Fig. 8C, Fig. 9C). As shown in Fig. 7B, the width h2 of the guide portion 33 is preferably equal to or greater than the width W of the picking portion 52. Further, the distance g between the guide portions 33 and 33 is equal to or greater than the thickness T of the picking portion 52, and is smaller than the width W of the picking portion 52. The aforementioned distance g and the aforementioned width W are preferably g$0.8W, more preferably g$〇.7W, and most preferably gS0.6W. Thereby, as shown in Fig. 7C, when the picking portion 52 is inserted between the guiding portions 33, 33, the angle of rotation (0 2) can be controlled in the range of about 45 to 60 °. The rod 5 can be smoothly inserted into the sealing portion 32. The material of the lower end 3 of the scraping portion is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include ABS, low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, poly-deesterate, and polypropylene. In the toilet bowl of the present invention, since the scraping portion (including the scraping portion top 2 and the scraping portion lower end 3) and the picking rod 5 are freely attachable and detachable, other shapes of the picking rod or cotton may be attached. It is used for other purposes. (Reagent container 4) The reagent container 4 is connected to the upper end of the scraping unit 3 for accommodating the reagent. The inner peripheral wall of the reagent container 4 is provided with a recess 41 which is fitted into the convex portion 37 of the engaging portion 38 of the lower end of the scraping portion 3 so as to be coupled to the lower end 3 of the scraping portion. The lower end of the reagent container 4 is as long as it can be removed from the container. The fecal sample taken out can be taken out, and it is not particularly limited. For example, the type of nozzle -15-200946072 and the type of piercing can be cited. Among them, the type of the nozzle is preferable because the stool sample diluent can be easily taken out. The front end of the nozzle 42 will be open and can be closed with the nozzle cover 7. The hole diameter of the nozzle 42 may be appropriately determined from the viewpoint of operability at the time of taking out the diluent. In order to remove the solid matter of the stool sample dilution mixed in the diluted stool sample and take the solution out to the outside, it is preferable to have the filter 6 on the solution nozzle 42. The shape of the filter 6 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a spherical shape, a cylindrical shape, a conical shape, a combination of two or more cylinders, and the like. The material of the filter 6 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a polymer sintered body, a nonwoven fabric, a polyethylene fiber, a filter paper, a foamed polyurethane, and a ceramic. The material of the reagent container 4 is not particularly limited, and a transparent or translucent material is preferable in order to allow the operator to confirm the inside of the reagent container 4 at the time of picking up or taking out the diluent. Further, in order to allow the diluent to be easily taken out from the nozzle 4 2 after the rinsing, it is preferable to have a softness which allows the surface to be recessed with gentle hand pressure. For example, low density polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, etc. can be cited. [Industrial Applicability] With the feces collection container of the present invention, it is possible to provide a feces container which can stably adopt a sufficient and quantitative fecal specimen regardless of the characteristics of the stool to be inspected, and is suitable for mailing.
