Abstract
The present invention provides an improved motor structure, which comprises a stator set and a rotor set rotating with respect to the stator set. The rotor set comprises an empty outer-cylinder, a balance disk, and a shaft perpendicular to the balance disk and penetrating through the center of the outer cylinder and the center of balance disk. The rim of the outer cylinder has a bending part bending outwards and away from the shaft. At the rim of the balance disk, a recess slot is disposed at a position complementary with the bending part. The present invention also provides a calibration method for two-plane dynamic balance. The method is to measure the imbalance vibration vector during the rotation of motor; decompose the imbalance vector of motor rotation into first and second imbalance components by a dynamic-balancing machine; and calibrate the decomposed first and second imbalance components, the dispensing position of calibration is located at the recess slot of the balance disk and the bending part of the outer cylinder.
