Abstract

The present invention provides a wireless network telephone communication system. When a user applies for a user account, a database of the system is recorded with a data record for the new user, and the user account number includes a fixed IP (home address) and a changeable IP (care-of address), as well as a telephone number related to the fixed IP. When the user turns on the communication device, the communication device performs a log-in operation in the region of the location. After authentication, a mobile switching center (abbreviated as MSC) and a network operation center (abbreviated as NOC) will record the location of the mobile communication device. When there is a message looking for the IP and telephone number of a communication device, it is able to broadcast to the mobile communication device in the local area network where the mobile communication device is located. Furthermore, when the mobile communication device moves, the system establishes a data record for the mobile communication device in the visitor location register (abbreviated as VLR) and temporarily stores related user information, so that the MSC can continuously provide services to the mobile communication device moving everywhere. When the mobile communication device makes a telephone call and if it is an on-net call, depending on the mobile communication device with IP corresponding to the telephone number, the MSC will locate the local area network where the mobile communication device is located and send the message thereto. If the telephone number is identified by the MSC as one off the WLAN (wireless area network), the message is transmitted through a backbone network connected with a fixed wire network to a switching system of the fixed wire network, and then to the location where the telephone number is located through the switching system for performing speech communication and data transmission, thereby greatly reducing the communication cost for the user and thus saving telephone fee, and achieving the purpose of providing the network telephone with mobility and convenience.
