Abstract

The present invention relates to an assembling device without the use of tool and host computer case adopting the same. A fixed member is coupled to a frame formed with a support, and a fixing hole is disposed on one side of the fixed member. The assembling device includes a base and an engagement unit; the base contains a main body and an insertion part, and the engagement member contains an engagement member pivotally positioned on the main body and forming a interfering part and a snap part connected on the support wall such that the engagement member can be shifted between a connection position where the interfering part and the snap part are coupled and a release position; when the engagement member is located at the connection position, the engagement member and the snap part are mutually linked to fix the base and the support wall on relative positions, and the insertion part of the base is inserted in the fixing hole so as to relatively position the fixed member on the support wall.
