又,圖13表示在本發明之電子顯示裝置設置帶狀物之 electronic display device for displaying text information and image information on a display screen. In particular, the invention has electronic text information and image information for display. Electronic display device with portable e-book (e-book device) function. [Prior Art] Conventionally, a portable electronic display device called an e-book has been disclosed. The electronic display device displays electronic data-based text information or image information on a display screen. In order to be portable, a user can read text information or image information with the feeling of reading a book. Furthermore, in order to change only the read electronic data, different contents can be displayed, and a single electronic display device can be used to view a plurality of contents. Also, there are conventionally known electronic books that display two screens, imitating the shape of a book. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-276466 discloses an electronic book capable of displaying two screens. Fig. 14 is a diagram showing an example of the appearance of a conventional e-book. An electronic book (electronic display device) 101 in which two display screens 102a and 102b disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1 1-276466 are connected by a hinge portion 104 is a page-turn switch 113, 114, and a mode. The setting switch 115, the bookmark setting / cancellation switch 116, and the bookmark / index transfer switch 117 that sequentially display only the bookmarked page with the bookmark and the index page in order, are configured with only the minimum operation switches required for the operation of the e-book. By. Thereby, the operability and miniaturization of the e-book are improved. 200301458 Also, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-175191 discloses a one-handed support type display device capable of performing two-screen display. The one-handed support type display device disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-175191 is connected in such a manner that the left and right display panels form an unfolded state, and the left and right display panels are set so that Fixed at any angle within the range of about 110 ° ~ 170 °. Thereby, the user can stably hold the entire one-handed support type display device with only one hand. However, for example, in the e-book disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-276466, as shown in FIG. 14, operation switches are arranged side by side under the left and right screens. In the case of holding the e-book with one hand, due to the balance of left and right weights, the e-book is mostly held by holding the connection portion of the two left and right display panels from below. When the e-book is held with one hand, The hand for holding cannot operate the operation switch. Also, in particular, the most frequently used switches are page-turning-relation e-books. Regarding the page turning action, there are two actions with symmetry of "operation to advance to the next page" and "operation to return to the previous page". In response to each action, there are two page turning switches. In order to make the symmetry of the page turning operation clearer, as shown in FIG. 14, the two page turning switches are arranged on the basis of the vicinity of the connection portion (hinge portion) of the left and right display panels, and are arranged at The left and right symmetrical positions away from the connecting portions of the two display panels. Therefore, in particular, it is impossible to perform the operation of the most frequently used page turning switch with one hand 'holding the e-book. In addition, regarding the one-handed support type display device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-175191, although the one-handed support type display device can be held with one hand, 2 有关 301458 does not disclose the configuration of the operation switch. Therefore, its It is not disclosed that the operation is performed with only one hand for holding. As described above, in the conventional technology, although the electronic display device can be held with one hand, it cannot be operated with one hand holding the electronic display device. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an electronic display device capable of holding and operating with only one hand, and in particular, an electronic display device capable of performing frequent page turning operations with only one hand . In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the electronic display device of the present invention is configured such that an operation switch is provided at a hinge portion connected to a display screen that is a two-screen symmetry axis. With this configuration, the electronic display device can be held and operated with only one hand. Furthermore, in the configuration of the present invention, the operation switch is disposed within a predetermined distance from one end portion of the hinge portion. With this configuration, the end of the hinge portion can be held, and even when the electronic display device is held with one hand, the operation switch disposed within a predetermined distance can be operated with the held one hand. Furthermore, in the "structure of the present invention", the above-mentioned predetermined distance is within a range of a single finger held by the electronic display device. With this configuration, it is possible to reliably perform the operation of the electronic display device using a single finger holding the electronic display device. In addition, in the configuration of the present invention, the user is arranged with an operation switch within a range reachable by a single finger of the end portion with the 200301458 square end portion held with one hand. With this configuration, even when the electronic display device is held with one hand only by holding the end of the hinge portion, the operation switch disposed within the reach of the single finger can be operated, and only with Hold and operate the electronic display device with one hand. Furthermore, according to the configuration of the present invention, a switch for changing the display form is operated in an open relationship. With this structure, one-handed holding of the electronic display device can be used to perform page turning, screen scrolling of the display, setting and display of the bookmark page, display of the index page 75, rotation and enlargement and reduction of the display, and the like. Various operations such as changing the display mode. Furthermore, according to the configuration of the present invention, a switch for turning pages or a switch for scrolling are operated. With this configuration, the page turning operation performed particularly frequently on the electronic display device can be performed with one hand holding the electronic display device. Furthermore, according to the configuration of the present invention, the on / off rotary switch is operated. With this configuration, an easy-to-operate operation switch can be realized, and operability can be improved when the operation switch is operated with one hand holding the electronic display device. Furthermore, in the structure of the present invention, the rotational opening relationship is provided to rotate around the axis of the hinge portion or an axis substantially parallel thereto. According to this structure, a highly operable rotary switch can be realized. Furthermore, the structure of the present invention is provided with a concave portion 2ϋϋ30l458 or a convex portion on the surface of the rotary switch. According to this structure, the surface friction force of the rotary switch can be increased, the force for rotating the rotary switch can be reliably transmitted to the rotary operation of the rotary switch, and the operability of the rotary switch can be improved. Furthermore, in the structure of the present invention, the rotation opening relationship is exposed on the back of the display screen. With this configuration, the rotary switch can be operated from the back of the display screen. Furthermore, the configuration of the present invention is in a connected state or a non-connected state when the rotary switch is turned by a predetermined angle or more. With this structure, the generation of the signal from the rotary switch can be controlled only when the rotary switch is rotated by a predetermined angle or more, so that improper operation can be prevented. Furthermore, in the configuration of the present invention, two electric switches are provided on the rotary switch. When the rotary switch is rotated at a predetermined angle or more in one direction, the one electric switch is in a connected state or a non-connected state. When the rotary switch is turned in a direction above the predetermined angle by the other party, the electric switch on the other side of the electric switch which is different from the aforementioned one is in a connected state or a non-connected state. With this configuration, it is possible to control the generation of various signals by the rotation direction of the rotary switch. Furthermore, the configuration of the present invention performs a predetermined process in accordance with the above-mentioned connected state or non-connected state. With this configuration, the predetermined processing can be performed only when the rotary switch is rotated by a predetermined angle or more. 10 20U301458 Furthermore, in the configuration of the present invention, the above-mentioned predetermined processing is a page turning processing or a screen scrolling processing. With this structure, the page can be scrolled or displayed only when the rotary switch is turned above a predetermined angle. Furthermore, according to the configuration of the present invention, when the rotary switch is rotated at a predetermined angle or more for a predetermined time or more, the processing is different from the predetermined processing. According to this structure, a plurality of different operations can be further performed by using the rotary switch. Furthermore, in the structure of the present invention, a process different from the above-mentioned predetermined process is a page skip process. According to this structure, by operating the rotary switch, the page jump operation can be performed as frequently as the page turning. Furthermore, the configuration of the present invention is capable of changing at least one of the rotation of the display on the display screen, the enlargement and reduction of the display, the vertical writing display, and the horizontal writing display. According to this structure, for example, the electronic display device can be rotated by 90 ° and used to enlarge and reduce characters and images. The display can be performed in languages with different descriptions such as Japanese or horizontal English. Easy-to-see electronic display. Further, the structure of the present invention is provided with an operation switch capable of performing the same operation as the operation switch even in a place other than the hinge portion. With this configuration, the same operation can be performed with another switch even if the operation switch that can be operated with one hand is not operated. 11 200301458 Furthermore, in the structure of the present invention, a belt is provided at one end portion of the hinge portion. With this configuration, it is easy to insert the ribbon into the finger of one hand holding the electronic display device, and even if it leaves the one hand held, it is possible to prevent the electronic display device from falling. Furthermore, the structure of the present invention includes a content storage mechanism inserting unit, and the content storage mechanism can insert the content stored in the display screen in advance, and read out and display the content from the content storage mechanism. With this configuration, the electronic display device of the present invention can be used as an electronic book that reads content from a content storage device such as a portable storage medium. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment of an electronic display device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external view of an expanded state of an electronic display device of the present invention. The electronic display device (e-book) 1 shown in FIG. 1 has two members 3a and 3b, respectively, in which display screens 2a and 2b are embedded, a hinge portion 4, a rotary switch 5, an operation switch group 6, and a content storage mechanism insertion portion. 7. The fitting portions 8a and 8b. The component 3a having the opposite display screen (the display screen on the left in FIG. 1) 2a and the right component 3b having the other display screen (the display on the right in FIG. 1) 2b are connected by a central hinge portion 4 is connected, and the hinge portion 4 is used as a base axis to form a structure that can be opened and closed in two directions (left and right) by being unfolded. Thereby, the two display screens 2a and 2b can be set to the expanded state, and therefore it can be set to the same form as a general book, magazine, or the like. 12 200301458 Especially for general books, comics, etc., it is created on the premise that it is read in a two-screen expanded state. By setting it to two-screen display, the original can be faithfully displayed. Further, when the electronic display device 1 is not used, the display screens 2a and 2b can be protected because the display screens 2a and 2b can be closed in cooperation with the two display screens and the closed state is fixed by the fitting portions 8a and 8b. The display screens 2a and 2b are preferably, for example, a liquid crystal display mechanism using liquid crystal. By using the liquid crystal display mechanism, the depth direction (thickness) of the display screens 2a and 2b can be made thin, so that the electronic display device 1 can be made portable and miniaturized. A rotary switch 5 is provided in the hinge portion 4, and the rotary switch 5 is rotatably provided around the axis of the hinge portion 4 (i.e., the rotation axis when the two display screens 2a and 2b are opened and closed). The rotary switch 5 is preferably arranged in a range reachable by a single finger when the end of the hinge portion 4 is held with one hand. The rotary switch 5 is an operation switch with a page turning function. The rotary switch 5 is rotated from left to right around the axis of the hinge portion 4 (that is, the rotary switch 5 is turned from the lower side of FIG. 1). Observe, rotate clockwise (rotate right)), or rotate from right to left (β 使, turn the switch 5, from the lower side of Figure 1, view counterclockwise (rotate left) Direction rotation), thereby changing the display of the display screens 2a, 2b to the next or previous page display operation. In this embodiment, although the rotary switch 5 is used as an operation switch for turning pages, it may be provided as an operation switch having other functions. The detailed structure of the rotary switch 5 will be described later. In addition, depending on the language of the content, for example, in the case of Japanese articles, 13 200301458 can be changed to vertical display, and in English articles, it can be changed to horizontal display. In addition, even for the visually impaired, the display can be enlarged and easy to read. Also, although not shown in the figure, the electronic display device 1 may be provided with a sound output mechanism such as a speaker, and when displaying text information or video information, it may also output contents with sound. Next, the internal structure of the electronic display device of the present invention will be described. Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing the internal structure of the electronic display device of the present invention. The electronic display device 1 has internal configurations of a central processing unit (CPU) 10, a rotary switch signal input unit 11, an operation switch group signal input unit 12, a content reading unit 13, and a display unit 14. The central processing unit 10 is a processing unit that performs main processing related to the electronic display device 1. For example, the central processing unit 10 is a processing unit such as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). In addition, the rotary switch signal input section 11 is used to supply a signal generated by the operation of the rotary switch 5 to the processing section of the central processing section 10, and the operation switch group signal input section 12 is used to supply the operation switch group The signal generated by the operation of 6 is supplied to the processing section of the central processing section 10. The rotary switch signal input unit 11 can process a plurality of signals. For example, as will be described later, two signals related to page turning can be performed (that is, a signal from the right-handed switch 55 and a signal from the left-handed switch. 56 signals). The content reading section 13 is used to transfer the content specified by the signal from the rotary switch signal input section 11 or the operation switch group signal input section 12 from the portable storage medium (contents) inserted into the content storage mechanism insertion section 7 Storage unit) read the processing department. The display unit 14 is a processing unit for displaying the content read by the content reading unit 13 and processed by the central processing unit 10 on the display 14 20U301458 screens 2a and 2b. Next, a detailed configuration of the rotary switch 5 will be described with reference to an enlarged view of a part of Fig. 1 shown in Figs. 3A, 3B, and 3C. Fig. 3A is an enlarged view of a part of the rotary switch shown in Fig. 1 (part P of Fig. 1), Fig. 3B is a sectional view of a-b of Fig. 3A, and Fig. 3C is a sectional view of c-d of Fig. 3A. As described above, the rotary switch 5 is an operation switch having a page turning function by using the axis of the hinge portion 4 as the rotary axis. A concave portion 51 or a convex portion 52 is provided on the surface of the rotary switch 5. The concave portion 51 or the convex portion 52 is used to increase the surface friction force of the rotary switch 5. In order to reliably transmit the force applied to the rotary switch 5 to the rotary operation of the rotary switch 5, the concave portion 51 or the convex portion is used. The groove formed by 52 is disposed slightly parallel to the rotation axis 53. In addition, in order to assist the hooking force of the user's fingers during operation, for example, only one protrusion may be provided, or protrusions or grooves may be provided in a regular or irregular arrangement. Moreover, an adhesive member may be disposed on the surface of the rotary switch 5, and when the rotary switch 5 is operated, the finger of the user can be prevented from sliding. The rotary switch 5 has a gap 54 having a predetermined angle in the circumferential direction. The gap 54 is used to actuate a switch that converts the rotary motion of the rotary switch 5 into an electric signal. Regarding the operation of the switch by the rotary operation of the rotary switch 5, the configuration of the switch portion of the rotary switch 5 will be described together. Next, the configuration of the switch section of the rotary switch 5 will be described. Fig. 4 is a sectional view of e-f of Fig. 3B. The rotary switch 5 is a gap 54 with a predetermined angle around the rotary axis. The gap 54 is provided with: a right-handed switch 15 200301458 5 5 for generating an instruction signal for switching the display on the next page; and a left-handed switch 56 is used to generate an indication signal for switching the display on the previous page. Next, the ON / OFF states of the right-handed switch 55 and the left-handed switch 56 will be described with reference to detailed configuration diagrams of the right-handed switch 55 and the left-handed switch 56 shown in Figs. 5A, 5B, 6A, and 6B. First, the right-handed switch 55 will be described. Fig. 5A is a sectional view g-h of Fig. 4 'showing the OFF state of the right-handed switch. 5B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line g-h in FIG. 4 and shows the ON state of the right-handed switch. The right-handed switch 55 is in the OFF state in a normal state without an external load, but when the switch movable portion 61 is pushed up, the right-handed switch 55 is turned on, and the right-handed switch signal input portion is turned on. Send ON signal. When the rotary switch 5 is rotated clockwise (to the right), the position of the gap 54 changes together with the rotation. In addition, when the rotary switch 5 is rotated only at a predetermined angle (for example, 15 ° or 25 °), an edge portion (herein referred to as a contact portion) 63 of the rotary switch 5 forming the gap 54 and the switch movable portion When 61 is contacted as if it is further rotated, the contact portion 63 pushes the switch movable portion 61 upward. In this manner, the switch movable portion 61 is pushed up to turn the right-handed switch 55 into an ON state. Further, even when the right-handed turning switch 55 is turned on, it is possible to further set the angle of the game where the turning switch 5 is turned at a predetermined angle (for example, 5.), thereby making it soft. Structure, thereby improving operability. The ON signal indicating the ON state is supplied to the rotary switch signal input section 11 and then further transmitted to the central processing section 10. In the central processing unit 10, 16 20U301458, according to the ON signal, for example, it is judged that the page turning operation from left to right (the operation of transferring to the next page in a general library or comics) has been read, and the corresponding page is read. The content is supplied to the display unit 14 and displayed on the display screens 2a and 2b. When the ON signal lasts for more than a predetermined time (for example, 3 seconds), and the ON signal is supplied to the central processing unit 10 for more than a predetermined time, the central processing unit 10 may perform, for example, page skip processing of 10 pages at a time. deal with. On the other hand, the left-handed switch 56 has the same structure. FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line i-j in FIG. 4 and shows an OFF state diagram of the left-handed switch. FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line i-j in FIG. 4 and shows the ON state of the left-handed switch. When the rotary switch 5 is turned counterclockwise (turning left) by a predetermined angle (for example, 15 ° or 25 °), the contact portion 64 of the rotary switch 5 is the movable portion 62 of the switch of the rotary switch 56 Push down, and the ON signal is supplied to the rotary switch signal input section 11 from the right rotary switch 55. According to the ON signal, the central processing unit 10 judges, for example, that the page turning operation from the right to the left has been performed (the operation of transferring to the next page in the case of a general library or manga), reads the content corresponding to the previous page, and supplies After reaching the display unit 14, it is displayed on the display screens 2a and 2b. When the ON signal lasts for more than a predetermined time (for example, 3 seconds) and the ON signal is supplied to the central processing unit 10 for a predetermined time or longer, the central processing unit 10 may perform other processing such as page skip processing. In addition, the rotary switch 5, the right-handed switch 55, and the left-handed switch 56 are preferably, for example, springs can be installed. When there is no external load, the right-handed switch 55 or the left-handed switch 56 can be returned to OFF, respectively. The position of the state. In addition, the structure and mechanism of the rotary switch 5 are not limited to the right-handed switch 55 and left-handed switch 56 connected to the above electrical connection 17 2 上述 301458. If the signal can be generated as the rotary switch 5 rotates, Any composition is acceptable. For example, a light-emitting element that emits light such as infrared rays may be provided in the rotary switch 5 and a light-receiving element may be provided in the member 3a. According to this structure, as the rotary switch 5 is rotated, the light from the light emitting element is leaked from the small hole provided in the rotary switch 5 first, and then the presence or absence of the light leaking from the small hole is detected by the light receiving element. , Can detect the rotation of the rotary switch 5. According to the above-mentioned embodiment, since the rotary switch 5 which is rotated around the axis of the hinge portion 4 is set at the hinge portion 4 and the rotary switch 5 is rotated, the predetermined page turning and the like can be performed. Therefore, the periphery of the end portion of the hinge portion 4 of the electronic display device 1 can be held with one hand, and the rotary switch 5 can be operated with the one hand for holding, so that the electronic display device 1 can be performed with only one hand. Keep and operate. Fig. 7 is an external view of a closed state of the electronic display device of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 7, the rotary switch 5 is exposed on the rear surface of the electronic display device 1 (opposite to the surface on which the display screen exists). When the electronic display device 1 is used, the rotary switch 5 can be operated from the rear surface. For this reason, for example, in a fully-filled tram, particularly when the two display screens 2a, 2b cannot be expanded, the rotary switch 5 can be operated from the back, which is very practical. In addition, since the rotary switch 5 can be turned even when the electronic display device 1 is turned off, the rotary switch 5 must be disabled when the electronic display device 1 is not used. Here, for example, a magnet and a magnetic sensor may be provided in advance near the two fitting portions 8 of the pair, and the closed state of the electronic display device may be detected by the magnet and the magnetic sensor, and the rotary switch 5 may be turned. 18 200301458 The electrical connection is invalid and the rotary switch 5 is locked to realize it. Further, in addition to the rotary switch 5 using the shaft of the hinge portion 4 as a rotation axis, various shapes of operation switches may be provided. Figs. 8 to 11 show an example in which an operation switch having another configuration is provided instead of the configuration in which the rotary switch 5 is provided in the hinge portion 4 described above. Fig. 8 is a configuration diagram of an example in which the longitudinally rotating operation switch of the present invention is disposed at a hinge portion. In Fig. 8, a rotary switch 71 having an axis slightly perpendicular to the axis of the hinge portion 4 is provided in the hinge portion 4. Fig. 9 is a configuration diagram of an example of a button-shaped operation switch provided in the hinge portion of the present invention. In FIG. 9, the operation button is provided in the hinge part. In the configuration of Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, instead of the rotary switch 5 shown in Fig. 1, an operation switch having a shape different from that of the rotary switch 5 is arranged on the hinge portion 4. Fig. 10 is a configuration diagram of an example in which a rotary switch is arranged on a member near the end of the hinge portion of the present invention. In Fig. 10, a rotary switch 73 is provided in the vicinity of the end of the hinge portion 4 and within reach of a finger. FIG. 11 is a configuration diagram of an example of a button-shaped operation switch disposed on a member near the end of the hinge portion of the present invention. In Fig. 11, a button switch 74 is provided around the end portion of the hinge portion 4 and within reach of a finger. In Figs. 10 and 11, in place of the rotary switch 5 shown in Fig. 1, an operation switch is disposed around the end portion of the hinge portion 4. As shown in Figs. In addition, in FIGS. 10 and 11, in particular, when the lower end portion of the hinge portion 4 is held by the right hand, the operation switch is arranged only on the left member 3 a of the position that is easily operated by the thumb of the right hand. It can be arranged on the right-side member 3b or on both sides 3a, 3b. Above, according to the structure shown in Figs. 8 to 11, it is also possible to hold the periphery of the end portion of the hinge portion 4 of the electronic device 19 200301458 display device 1 with one hand, and further to operate the switch with one hand for holding. Therefore, the holding and operation of the electronic display device 1 can be performed with only one hand. 12 is an external view of the electronic display device of the present invention in an unfolded state, showing a configuration diagram in which a rotary switch is arranged in the center of the hinge portion, and a configuration diagram in which the rotary switch is arranged in the center of the hinge portion. As the electronic display device 1 can be further miniaturized and lightened, as shown in FIG. 12, even if the rotary switch 5 is arranged in the center of the hinge portion of the electronic display device 1, the one-handed holding of the electronic display device 1 is> The purpose can also reach the rotary switch 5.
