TARIFNAME MEME KANSERI AMELIYATLARINDA TELLE ISARETLEMEDE KOMPLIKASYONLARIN ÖNLENMESINDE KULLANILAN APARAT Teknik Alan Bulus, meme kanseri ameliyatlarinda telle isaretleme ile ilgilidir. Özellikle, meme kanseri ameliyatlarinda telle isaretlemede komplikasyonlarin önlenmesinde kullanilan aparat ile ilgilidir. Teknigin Bilinen Durumunun Açiklanmasi ve Bilinen Teknik Problemler Meme ameliyatlarindan önce meme cerrahinin islem yapacagi yeri bulabilmesi için bu bölgenin özel bazi yöntemlerle isaretlenmesi gerekir. Meme hastaliklari tespiti için yapilan görüntüleme yöntemlerinde saptanabilen, ancak el muayenesinde belirlenemeyen süpheli alanlar görüldügünde, bu alanlarin ameliyatla çikarilmasi gerekebilir. Ameliyat öncesinde, meme cerrahinin uygulama yapilacak bölgeyi bulabilmesi için isaretleme yapmak gerekir. Isaretleme tel ile ya da radyoaktif madde yardimiyla yapilabilir. Islem radyoloji bölümünde, mamografi, ultrasonografi (US) ya da MR rehberliginde uygulanir. Ameliyatta çikarilan doku radyoloji bölümüne gönderilerek filmi çekilebilir. Spesimen grafisi denilen bu filmde dogru alanin çikarilip çikarilmadigi incelenerek cerraha bilgi verilir. Meme hastaliklarinda ve meme kanserinde kullanilan isaretleme yöntemlerinden biri tel ile isaretlemedir. Bu islem ameliyatla ayni gün yapilir. Lokal anestezi uygulandiktan sonra, içinde ince bir tel bulunan isaretleme ignesi görüntüleme rehberliginde süpheli bölgeye yerlestirilir. Daha sonra igne geri çekilir, tel içerde birakilir. Telin bir kismi memenin içinde, bir kismi disinda kalir. Disarida kalan kisim bantla meme üzerine yapistirilir ve telin yerini göstermek için film çekilir. Islem radyoloji bölümünde yapilir ve kisi oradan ameliyathaneye alinir. Yerlestirilen telin ucu çengel seklinde oldugu için dokuya tutunur ve kaymaz; ancak yine de yanlislikla teli çekmemeye özen göstermek, kolu fazla hareket ettirmemek gerekir. In particular, it concerns the apparatus used to prevent complications in wire marking in breast cancer surgeries. Explanation of the Known State of the Technique and Known Technical Problems Before breast surgery, this area must be marked with some special methods so that the breast surgeon can find the place to perform the procedure. When suspicious areas are seen that can be detected in imaging methods used to detect breast diseases but cannot be detected during manual examination, these areas may need to be removed surgically. Before the surgery, it is necessary to mark the breast surgeon so that he can find the area to be treated. Marking can be done with wire or with the help of radioactive material. The procedure is performed in the radiology department under the guidance of mammography, ultrasonography (US) or MRI. The tissue removed during surgery can be sent to the radiology department and its film can be taken. In this film, called specimen radiograph, the surgeon is informed by examining whether the correct area has been removed. One of the marking methods used in breast diseases and breast cancer is wire marking. This procedure is performed on the same day as the surgery. After local anesthesia is applied, a marking needle with a thin wire is placed in the suspicious area under imaging guidance. Then the needle is withdrawn and the wire is left inside. Part of the wire stays inside the breast and part of it stays outside. The remaining part is glued to the breast with tape and a film is taken to show the location of the wire. The procedure is performed in the radiology department and the person is taken to the operating room from there. Since the tip of the inserted wire is hook-shaped, it clings to the tissue and does not slip; However, care must be taken not to accidentally pull the wire and not to move the arm too much. In the surgery, the surgeon first finds the wire and then removes the tissue around it. However, there are risks of complications during this procedure. The breast cancer screening system is explained. It is not a technique that solves the complications experienced in wire marking mentioned above. Explanation of the Purposes of the Invention and the Problems Aimed to Solve Based on the current state of the technique, the purpose of the invention is to develop an apparatus that overcomes the problems in existing structures, brings many advantages, and is used to prevent complications in wire marking in breast cancer surgeries. Another aim of the invention is to develop an apparatus that prevents the wire inside the skin from sinking deeper (lung, heart) after marking. Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that the tumor area remains stable after being marked. Another purpose of the invention is to prevent complications in wire marking in breast cancer surgeries. In order to achieve the aims of the invention, an apparatus that provides many advantages and is used to prevent complications in wire marking in breast cancer surgeries has been developed. The marking needle (5) is placed in the suspicious area under ultrasound guidance. Then the marking needle (5) is withdrawn and the marking wire (1) is left inside. A part of the marking wire (1) remains inside the nozzle and a part remains outside. The part remaining outside is attached to the wire holder (3) and the cover (4) part of the product is tightened with a wrench to prevent the marking wire (1) from leaking inside. It is used by passing the marking wire (1) on the skin, screwing it and fixing it. Wire marking in breast cancer surgeries is created with the wire holder (3), which passes through the marking wire (1) and keeps part of it inside the breast and part of it outside, and the keyed cover (4) on the wire holder (3), which allows the position of the marking wire (1) to be fixed. The apparatus that allows this to be done has been developed. A marking wire hole (2) has been created through which the marking wire (1) passes through the wire holder (3). The cover (4) part is formed, which is mounted on the wire holder (3) in the form of a screw. A wire holder (3) has been created in connection with the marking needle (5), which allows the marking wire (1) to be sent to the suspicious area under ultrasound guidance.
