TEKNIGIN BILINEN DURUMU Askeri alanda kullanicilarin uzun namlulu silahlarini veya kalkani daha rahat tasiyabilmeleri için gelistirilmis çözümler vardir. Vücuda baglanan sistem sayesinde kullanicilar kamerayi ellerinde tasimak yerine vücudu ile tasimaktadir. Ellerini sadece kamerayi yukari, asagi, saga, sola yönlendirmek için kullanmaktadirlar. KNOWN STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE There are solutions developed in the military field to enable users to carry long-barreled weapons or shields more easily. These have advantages and disadvantages compared to each other. In the field of cinema, there are multiple solutions offered to users as camera carrying equipment. The main purpose in the cinema industry is to reduce the vibrations caused by the movement of the camera operator and to provide a more ergonomic use by extending the time the operator carries the camera. The aim of the solutions developed for carrying weapons or shields in the military field is to reduce the load on the arms of military personnel, to enable them to free their hands, and to provide ergonomic use by extending the load carrying time. The main purpose of these systems, which were developed mostly as camera carrying equipment in the cinema industry, is to carry the equipment in a balanced manner without being affected by vibrations. Considering the place where the load is attached to the body in the systems consisting of parallel carrier arms and springs used as camera carrying equipment in the current technique, turning the load to the full right or full left causes the load to extend forward too much and creates a feeling of discomfort. The devices used in the current technique prevent the user from bending over. In the current technique, when the user does not support the shield with his hands, his body becomes an open target. The shield is angled forward. The devices used in the current technique do not have the possibility of quick disassembly and assembly. In the current technique, solutions extending forward over the user's head; It makes it difficult for the user to pass through low-height doors or similar areas. Additionally, in these systems, the user cannot fully protect himself. There is a possibility that the system may be damaged in case of a possible shooting by the user. Since the system that carries the load in these systems is positioned on the user's back, it creates an obstacle to loads that the personnel must carry on their back, such as a backpack. In the current technical invention numbered U55435515A, a system that allows carrying various equipment is mentioned. This system, which helps camera operators keep the camera stable while shooting, consists of springs with adjustable tension, pulleys, and supporting parallel carrying arms. Thanks to the body-mounted system, users carry the camera with their body instead of carrying it in their hands. They only use their hands to direct the camera up, down, right and left. The difference of the invention from similar equipment is that the system can provide the adjusted lifting force continuously throughout its mobility, that is, it has an iso-elastic structure. Due to this feature, the transmission of user-induced vibrations and oscillations to the camera is kept to a minimum. In the current technique, there is also an application numbered 2018/14978 for a transport equipment without iso-elastic feature. This system consists only of spring and parallel arms and has been developed to carry the camera in a stable and ergonomic way. Depending on the weight of the equipment to be carried, the spring tension and the lifting force it creates can be adjusted within certain limits. This system basically consists of parallel carrying arms and spring. In the patent with registration number 2018/14978 in the current technique, it is stated that "The invention is related to a steel vest or a tactical shield carrying apparatus attached to the human body that facilitates the carrying of the tactical shield used by security forces during conflict in open areas." Considering the position and mobility of the carrying handles mentioned in the patent, it is seen that they are far from ergonomic comfort. Since the system is not connected to the midpoint of the body, the shield cannot move equally when it is wanted to be turned to the right or left, and it creates ergonomic problems when the path of the shield when turned to the right or left is taken into consideration. Another disadvantage of the system is that when the center of gravity of the shields used and the point where the mechanism is connected to the shield are evaluated, the shield tilts forward when the shield is not supported by the hand. Tilting the shield forward causes the center of gravity to move away from the body, thus increasing the moment value affecting the body and increasing the feeling of discomfort in the user. Another disadvantage of the system is that it does not have a quick release system, considering the way the shield is mounted to the mechanism. The user has to lift the shield with his hand in order to separate the mechanism from the shield. Parallel carrying arms and spring-supported systems, which are preferred as camera carrying equipment, are not a suitable system for carrying a shield, since the main priority is to use the camera stably and due to the disadvantages mentioned above. Considering the shield geometry that can be carried in the relevant system, the center of gravity and the points where the shield is connected to the system, it is not possible for the user to provide effective protection without supporting the shield. It does not allow the weight of the shield, which is required to be carried in the military field, to spread over the trunk part of the body and leave the hands free. Even if the user does not have to carry the shield with his hand, he has to support the shield with his hand. The weight of ballistic shields increases depending on the threat levels encountered. It is not possible to use this system on shields weighing 14 kg or more. The horn extending forward from the top of the user's head makes it difficult for the user to carry the shield in places with low height. Since the equipment used in the system, such as pistons and bearing rollers, that help carry the shield are placed in the back area, they prevent the user from carrying loads such as bags on his back. In our invention, the disadvantages mentioned above have been eliminated. As a result, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems existing in the current technique, the need for a new economical, useful and practical transportation apparatus and the inadequacy of existing solutions have made it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the carrying apparatus used to carry ballistic protective shields, which was developed to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the relevant technical field, and is used to provide ballistic protection for personnel under military operations and conflict conditions. The most important purpose of the invention is that the user has the opportunity to get rid of the shield and the mechanism separately. Another important purpose of the invention is to not prevent the user from accessing the equipment that can be used during the operation, such as radio, flashlight, magazine, etc. on the ballistic vest. Another important purpose of the invention is that the user can carry the loads he needs to carry on his back, such as a bag, since no part is integrated into the back area. Another important purpose of the invention is that the user can move the shield symmetrically to the right and left without any discomfort. Another important purpose of the invention is that the user can easily bend and stand up with the load he carries.
