Önceki Teknik Günümüzde kisilere konut sigortasinda sahip olabilecekleri teminatlar evdeki esyalarin boyutuna ve agirligina göre belirlenmekte ve müsteriler kendilerine sunulan teminatlar arasindan seçim yapmaktadirlar. Teknigin bilinen durumunda söz konusu konut sigortasi teminati olusturma süreci, yetkili bir kisi tarafindan esyalarin ve/veya evin incelenerek manuel olarak deger belirlenmesi ile yürütülmektedir. Ancak konut sigortalarina artan talep ile birlikte tüm esyalar ve evler için degerleme yapilmasi ve konut sigortasi teklifi olusturulmasi süreci hem is gücü hem de zaman açisindan oldukça zahmetli bir hale gelmektedir. Bu sebeple mevcut teknikte bulunan çalismalar ve eksiklikler göz önünde bulunduruldugunda kisilerin evlerinin içerisinde yer alan esyalarin fotograflarini yüklemeleri ile yapay zeka algoritmasi sayesinde ev içinde yer alan nesnelerin konumlarina göre risk degerinin hesaplanmasini, esyalara özel fiyat belirlenmesini ve sigorta yaptirmak isteyen kullaniciya özel bir teklif sunulmasini saglayan bir sisteme ihtiyaç duwldugu anlasilmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda yer alan USlOS28962B2 sayili Birlesik Devletler patent dokümaninda, hizmetler için yapay zekaya dayali maliyet tahminlerini saglayan bir sistemden bahsedilmektedir. Söz konusu bulustaki sistemde AI analizi bir hizmetin maliyetini tahmin etmek için kullanilmakta, ögelerin sayisini, boyutunu ve agirligini tespit etmekte ve bu verileri maliyete çevirmektedir. Ev hizmeti saglayicilari, bir teklifi güncellemek için tüketiciler tarafindan gönderilen bilgileri daha da artirmaktadir.
