Özellikle sivillerin ve askeri personelin güvenliğinin sağlanması için istihbarat, keşif ve gözetleme görevlerini yerine getirecek çözümlerle milli güvenliğin bekâsının güvence altına alınması gerekmektedir. Söz konusu buluş ile, sivillerin ve askeri personelin güvenliğinin sağlanması amacıyla istihbarat, keşif ve gözetleme görevlerini daha az riskle ve daha az maliyetle yerine getirerek milli güvenliğin bekâsının güvence altına alınması için atmosferin stratosfer katmanında istenmeyen müdahalelere maruz kalmaksızın önemli görevlerin icra edilebileceği ve yenilenebilir enerjinin kullanımı sayesinde uzun süreli uçuşların gerçekleştirilebileceği bir insansız hava aracı kullanmak mümkün olmaktadır. Sivillerin ve sınır güvenliğinin sağlanması amacıyla askeri faaliyetlerin yürütülmesi, harekat planlamalarında kullanılacak bilgilerin toplanması ve raporlanması, düşman unsurların faaliyetlerine karşı önceden hazırlıklı olunması, araç kullanım maliyetlerinin düşürülmesi mümkün hale gelecektir.
