In order for the parts to have the desired mechanical and/or physical properties, coatings can be applied to the parts using different methods in the state of the art. Although each method has advantages and disadvantages, the appropriate coating method is selected according to the optical transmittance and electrical conductivity properties expected from the part and the coating process is carried out with the selected method. The coating process takes place with very small thickness controls. Although thin film coating is a very sensitive process, the precise determination and application of parameters is of vital importance in terms of the quality of the coating, meeting the optical transmittance and electrical conductivity properties. The electroplating method, one of the thin film coating methods, is frequently used in industry because it can be applied to large-sized parts on an industrial scale. A method for electroplating control is mentioned in the US patent application document. In the method, the current applied to the object to be coated during electroplating is measured with a current sensor and the current information is received in order to perform the necessary operations, the processed current information is sent to the HMI (Human Machine Interface) by the measurement system, the processed data is sent to the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) by the HMI. ) is sent, receiving data from the HMI and saving it in the memory, controlling the output values of the rectifier by the PLC, and controlling the current supplied to the electroplating bath by the rectifier according to the control of the PLC, and the current measurement values stored in the memory. Comparing and calculating the set current values is mentioned in the patent application document originating from the States, continuously coating the continuously moving "roll-to-roll" sheets with the electroplating method, and determining the film thickness of a section of the "roll-to-roll" sheet. and based on this, creating a thickness signal is mentioned. In continuous electroplating, it is mentioned that the thickness of the film is adjusted by using the thickness signal of a certain region of the film, and the thickness measurement is carried out using an XRF (X-Ray fluorescence) head or probe measuring instrument. The measuring device can move in x, y or 2 axes. In the state of the art, in the electroplating method, according to the requirements expected from the coating, the user determines the electroplating parameters such as current density magnitude, current application time and current turn-off time, pulsed current waveform before the plating process starts, and the plating process is carried out according to the determined parameters. Thanks to an electroplating system developed with this invention, the desired microstructure, optical transmittance and electrical conductivity properties are obtained from the coating by updating the coating parameters by making real-time measurements of the coating during the coating process applied by the electroplating method. Another purpose of this invention is to obtain feedback from the coating process about whether the coating is as it should be during the coating process and the microstructure expected from the coated parts. Electroplating system Coating unit Surface resistance measurement unit Surface topography measurement unit Processor unit Rs) Surface resistance RMS) Surface topography A) Current density Ta) Current application time Tk) Current turn-off time Ç) Solution (E) Electric current 4613ITR (L) ) Coating layer The electroplating system (1) consists of a body (2), at least one substrate (3) on which various physical and/or chemical processes are applied, by depositing at least one coating layer (L) on top of the substrate (3). A coating (4) that enables the mechanical and/or chemical properties of the substrate (3) to be improved, at least one coating unit (5) that enables the application of the coating (4) with the electric current (E) applied on the solution (Ç) contained therein, the substrate ( 3) and/or at least one surface resistance measurement unit (6) in which the surface resistance (Rs) of the coating (4) is measured, and at least one surface topography measurement unit in which the surface topography (RMS) of the substrate (3) and/or coating (4) is measured. It contains the unit (7) (Figure -1). The electroplating system (1) of the invention compares the surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) measurement data of the substrate (3) and/or coating layer (L) with the coating (4) parameter values predetermined by the user, It contains at least one processor unit (8) that enables real-time and feedback application of the coating (4) process by updating the coating (4) process parameters almost completely in each coating layer (L) (Figure -1, Figure -2). Thanks to the coating (4) process applied on the substrate (3), the coating (4) creates nucleation in the desired microstructure and thus the part has mechanical and or chemical properties such as high hardness strength, high tensile strength, high corrosion resistance, desired electrical conductivity, high optical transmittance. It is ensured to have it. The coating (4) can be applied in the form of a thin film, and it can be applied in the desired number of layers according to the optical transmittance and electrical conductivity properties expected from the substrate (3). Various solutions (C) determined according to the expected physical and/or chemical properties of the solutions (C) in the coating unit (5) and the electric current (E) applied to the solution (C) ensure the dissociation of the solutions (C) into ions. In this way, the ions separated from the anode reach the surface of the gold (3) located in the cathode, where coating (4) is desired, and the coating (4) process is carried out. The coating (4) process is carried out in a single step by applying the coating layers (L) consecutively using the electroplating method on the substrate (3) on which the coating (4) process is to be performed, in the coating unit (5). After the coating (4) process is completed, in order to understand whether the coating (4) meets the requirements expected from the part or not, the coating (4) and the base (3) are removed from the coating unit (5) by the user and the surface resistance of the coating (4) is measured in the surface resistance measurement unit (6). The surface topography (RMS) of the coating (4) is measured in the resistance (Rs) or surface topography measurement unit (7). The coating (4) and base (3) are put into use if they meet the requirements expected from the part, and the base (3) and coating (4) that do not meet the requirements expected from the part are discarded. In the application of the coating (4) process, thanks to the real-time application of surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) measurements, the coating (4) process is carried out faster, as well as feedback can be received from the coating (4) process during the coating (4) and this feedback Since the necessary parameter changes are made according to the notification, coatings (4) that meet the requirements are obtained and coatings (4) that cannot be discarded are obtained. Processor unit (8); By comparing the measurement results made in the surface resistance measurement unit (6) and surface topography measurement units (7) with the ideal reference parameter values of the coating (4) process predefined by the user, the coating (4) process parameters are calculated according to each parameter deposited on the substrate (3). It updates after the application of a coating layer (L) and allows the coating (4) process to be applied in real time and with feedback. After applying the coating layer (L) in the coating unit (5) and before surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) measurements are carried out, the substrate (3) and coating (4) are washed with pure water and measurements are carried out after drying using a nitrogen gun. Atomic After determining the surface area at resolution, the theoretical thickness is calculated depending on the solution (D) yield (concentration). Depending on the morphological features desired to be obtained through the previous experimental parameter optimization study, ideal reference parameter sizes predefined by the user are applied for flow-time graphs, process parameters and time-dependent changes. In addition, the surface resistance (Rs) is proportional to the thickness. As the thickness increases, the amount of charge carrier concentration and conductivity increases. However, increasing carrier concentration causes reflection of the electromagnetic wave. The incoming electromagnetic waves are reflected with the plasma frequency value depending on the carrier concentration. In metals, the plasma frequency in the UV region makes their surfaces reflective. With the invention in question, by bringing the thickness to the nm level, the carrier concentration is reduced and the optical transmittance increases. During surface resistance (Rs) measurement, thickness measurement is also carried out indirectly. With this method, measurement is performed using reference data. After measuring the surface resistance (Rs) for samples with ideal structure, the thickness of the material can also be calculated. As another alternative, the thickness data of the coating (4) can be obtained by applying the necessary equations regarding the relationship between surface resistance (Rs) and thickness for the materials studied on 4613ITR (Figure -1, In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1), the coating (4). ) process; determining the substrate (3) to be coated (4), measuring the surface resistance (Rs) of the substrate (3) before the coating (4) process (II), determining the surface topography of the substrate (3) before the coating (4) process ( RMS) measurement (III), the measured surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) values of the substrate (3) are combined with the surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) values of the substrate predetermined by the user in the processor unit (8). ) by comparing the parameters of pulsed current density (A), current application time (Ta) and current off time (Tk) and applying the first coating layer (L) to the substrate (3), determining the surface resistance (Rs) of the coating layer (L). and/or surface topography (RMS) measurement (V), reverse current density (A) calculated by the processor unit (8), current application time (Ta) and current in case the coating layer (L) thickness is greater than the thickness predetermined by the user. Applying the closing time (Tk) parameters to the coating layer (L), using the measured surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) values of the coating layer (L) as the surface resistance (Rs) and surface resistance (Rs) of the coating layer (L) previously determined by the user. By comparing the surface topography (RMS) values with the processor unit (8), the pulsed current density (A), current application time (Ta) and current off time (Tk) parameters to be applied to the next coating layer (L) are updated and the new parameter values are applied to the next coating layer. application (VI) to the layer (L), pulsed current density (A) determined in real time by the processor unit (8) in order to reach the final surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) value predetermined by the user, application time (Ta). and the application of the closing time (Tk) parameters in the required repetitions and the coating (4) applied with the steps (VII). The base (3) surface is activated. Before applying the first coating layer (L), the surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) of the substrate (3) are measured. The type of current used in the invention may vary depending on the application of the coating (4), and constant current or pulsed current can be applied depending on the thickness and morphology of the coating (4). The reason why pulsed current is generally preferred in the electroplating method is that it can obtain a smooth, homogeneous and very fine-grained coating (4). In the invention, pulsed current is preferably applied. In a recipe where surface activation is carried out with metal, the desired optical transmittance and electrical properties are achieved by applying a constant current with a certain current density. Reverse current (A) is generally applied when the thickness of the surface is greater than the desired amount. In some applications, depending on the desired feature, reverse current application is included in the prescription section before measuring the surface resistance (Rs) and surface topography (RMS) properties, for example for plasmonic applications with certain D and d values. IV. In this step, the phase of the electroplating method called flash or strike, in which high current intensities are given in a short time, is applied. IV. In this step, relatively lower current values are applied for longer periods of time compared to the flashing stage (Figure 1, Figure -2, Figure 6, Figure 7). In an embodiment of the invention, it allows the electroplating system (1), coating unit (5), surface resistance measurement unit (6) and surface topography measurement units (7) to be placed on it and the coating (3) and/or coating (4). It contains a body (2) that enables the application of effective coating (4) with a fully automatic transport function between units. Body (2); By allowing the coating unit (5) to be placed on the surface resistance measurement unit (6) and surface topography measurement units (7), it ensures the rapid and effective transfer of the substrate (3) and/or coating (4) between the units. Thus, the system It can operate fully automatically without the need for any technician or user (Figure -1). In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) includes a thin film coating (4) applied on the substrate (3) from Au material with a thickness between 1-100 nm and having the desired electrical conductivity and optical transmittance values. With the invention, pure gold thin film coating (4) with thicknesses between 1-100 nm can be achieved and coatings (4) with the desired electrical conductivity and optical transmittance values can be obtained (Figure -3. In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) is used to adjust the current densities. (A) Contains a processor unit (8) that allows to obtain a coating (4) with a thickness of nm, which almost completely converges to the theoretically calculated electrical conductivity and optical transmittance values of the base (3) and/or coating (4), thanks to its calculation in nm level. In this way, the microstructure, electrical conductivity and optical transmittance values obtained in theoretical studies enable much more targeted values to be obtained in industrial applications, while minimizing the number of waste (3) and coating (4) that have to be discarded after the coating (4) process. The current density (A) can be adjusted to determine the superficial grain size (D (Lateral grain size) in the x direction) and thickness (d (thickness) in the y direction) of the coating (4) with sub-nm precision and to control its morphological properties ( Figure -1, Figure -2, Figure 3, Figure -4, Figure -5, Figure -8, Figure -7). In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) calculates the reverse current density (A), current application time (Ta) and It contains a coating (4) that reaches the coating layer (L) thickness value predetermined by the user by applying the current closing time (Tk) parameters to the coating layer (L). In this way, if more current density (A) is applied than necessary, reverse current is applied to the coating layer (L) and the targeted coating layer (L) thickness is achieved (Figure 2). In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) enables almost homogeneous coating of coatings (4) with thickness control between 0.1-20 nm and thickness between 0.1-100 nm in the coating unit (5), thanks to the calculation of current densities in the range of (A) nm. It contains the processor unit (8). In this way, the desired electrical conductivity and optical transmittance values can be obtained (Figure -3, In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) provides electromagnetic shielding thanks to its ability to have the desired microstructure, surface resistance (Rs) and/or surface topography (RMS) properties. It contains a coating (4) that can be used for purposes such as ice protection, optical filter, low visibility (Figure -3, Figure -4, Figure -6, Figure 7). It contains a coating (4) that can be used in infrared detectors and sensors thanks to the plasma resonance in the neck, and the use of sine waves during the combined application of pulsed and reverse current is included in the recipes of the coatings (4) that provide plasmonic properties (Figure -7). The coating system (1) includes a coating (4) that allows it to be applied to patterned structures with nm precision and can be used in advanced optical applications such as metamaterials for electromagnetic applications and Fabry Perot cavity systems. The invention can be applied on patterns comparable to atomic layer deposition (ALD) suitable for masking technology (1 photon/Zphoton) at the lowest thicknesses obtained according to the state of the art. Using the method, metamaterials operating at optical frequencies can be produced (Figure 3, Figure 4, Figure 8. In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) provides high current density (A) values between 10-1000 A/m2 and a time between 0.1 ms - 1 s. It contains a coating unit (5) that almost completely prevents the formation of dendritic growth in the microstructure of the coating (4) and allows the application of the coating (4) with the desired physical and/or chemical properties by ensuring homogeneous nucleation, using the following values: Optical transmittance properties are achieved homogeneously on the entire surface of the coatings (4) applied to industrial parts with complex geometries. Similarly, the formation of undesirable crystal growth modes such as Wolmer - Weber growth mode is prevented (Figure -3, Figure -4, Figure -5, Figure -). 6, In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) can be applied in the form of an Au thin film with a thickness control of 0.1 nm and a thickness of 1-100 nm, by using high current density (A) values between 10-1000 A/m2, and thus the desired microstructure, electrical It contains a coating (4) that has conductivity and optical transmittance values. Thus, coatings (4) with optical transmittance and electrical conductivity properties of various sizes can be obtained according to the optical transmittance and electrical conductivity properties expected from the part in various applications (Figure -3, Figure -4, Figure -5, Figure -6, Figure -7). In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) includes a surface resistance measurement unit (6) in which the surface resistance (Rs) measurement is carried out by two-point probe, four-point probe methods or a Hall measuring device. Van Der Pauw measurement methodology is mostly used by taking full square samples (Figure 1). In one embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) includes a surface topography measurement unit (7) in which surface topography (RMS) measurement is carried out by atomic force microscope (AFM) or surface profilometer methods. Surface topography (RMS) is generally determined using atomic 4613ITR force microscopy (AFM). Surface profilometer can also be used for topography measurement (Figure 1. Figure 5). In an embodiment of the invention, the electroplating system (1) uses the coating unit (5), which visually displays the microstructure of the coating layers (L) by TEM or SEM methods, by comparing the obtained microstructure images with the microstructure images predefined by the user and by using the machine. It contains a processor unit (8) that ensures almost complete convergence to the process parameters predetermined by the user after each coating (4) process. In this way, the processor unit (8) visually compares the coating (4) microstructures with reference values and performs machine learning. It ensures that an even more perfect coating (4) is obtained with each coating (4) performed with its help (Figure 3, Figure 4). 4613i'TR 4613ITR i Select the metal to be coated I Detect the surface resistance Detect the surface roughness the intake density automatically: or Pulsed current Reverse current HIV" apply time to "YU-" to a certain column Reduce the current and apply the pulsed current for a certain time and repetition 4613ITR o 2 4 6 a 10 4613ITR 4613ITR Transpaiancv ('36) 'I 'I I I ' I 1 I Wavelengm (nm) Wavelonglh (nm) TR TR
