<tr><td><p> The invention relates to methods for producing pulp semi-finished product intended for the manufacture of paper and cardboard for various purposes. </ p>
<p> There are known methods for producing cellulose by treating wood with oxidizing agents [1]. The general disadvantages of these methods include high-energy cooking parameters and low selectivity of oxidizing agents. 10 </ p>
<p> A very mild way to delignify wood using oxidizing agents is also known, which consists in ; </ sup> that the production of cellulose is carried out in a cooking liquid containing peracetic acid and chlorine dioxide [2]. However, this method has known drawbacks, firstly, chlorine dioxide and peracetic acid are toxic and explosive substances that require 20 in their application of compliance with special precautions, and secondly, cooking is carried out in two stages. The second stage consists in processing the intermediate product with weak solutions of alkalis, 2 ί which is associated with additional material and energy costs? Finally, it should also be noted that chlorine dioxide and chlorine, in the presence of water or melt a'ti, form strong oxygen-halogen compounds 31 </ p>
<p> 2 </ p>
<p> Acids, which are dangerous corrosive agents. </ p>
<p> The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process, obtain high-quality cellulose vines and protect the environment. </ p>
<p> This goal is achieved by the fact that the pulping of the chips is carried out in a solution, consisting of an acid-type acid — UNC (K = H - CH3 - C 2 </ sub> H 5 </ sub> - CH 2 </ sub> C1-CC1 3 </ sub>) and hydrogen peroxide. </ p>
<p> The use of such cooking liquid will avoid the high costs of measures to ensure the safety of production and maintenance personnel. The organic acid is recovered by distillation, which allows for a closed production cycle and the elimination of environmental pollution. The pulping process takes place in one stage, which excludes additional treatment with alkali. ' The process is carried out at atmospheric pressure and low temperatures (60-100 ° C), which greatly simplifies its instrumentation. All this together provides high manufacturability and economic efficiency of the process. '</ p>
