(54) МЕХАНИЗМ ВКЛЮЧЕНИЯ И ВЫКЛЮЧЕНИЯ РЕМЕННОГО ПРИВОДА(54) MECHANISM OF SWITCHING ON AND OFF THE BELT DRIVE

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению , в частности к механизмам включени  и выключени  ременных приводов рабочих органов комбайнов. Известны механизмы включени  и выключени  ременных приводов, включаюш,ие ремень , ведущий, ведомый и нат жной шкивы, устройство дл  отвода ведомой ветви ремн  от ведуш,его шкива и ограждение, ограничивающее величину провисани  ведущей ветви ремн  1. Недостаток известных механизмов заключаетс  в том, что устройство дл  отвода ведомой ветви.ремн  от ведущего шкива не обеспечивает полной потери контакта ремн  со шкивом, в результате чего ремень изнашиваетс . Цель изобретени  - повысить надежность работы механизма включени  и выключени  ременного привода. Это достигаетс  тем, что устройство дл  отвода ведомой ветви ремн  от ведущего шкива снабжено зажимом ремн , выполненным в виде подпружиненного упора и подвижного упора, который подсоединен к нат жному шкиву т гой. На фиг. 1 изображена схема предлагаемого механизма; на фиг. 2 - вариант схемы с поступательно движущимс  упором; на фиг. 3 - то же с двум  упорами; на фиг. 4то же с подпружиненными и подвижными упорами. Механизм включени  и выключени  ременного привода имеет ведущий шкив 1, ведомый щкив 2, ремень 3, нат жной щкив 4, устройство дл  отвода ведомой ветви ремн  от ведущего шкива 5, поворотный рычаг 6, т гу управлени  7, двуплечий рычаг 8 с подвижным упором 9, подпружиненный упор 10, т гу 11, ограждение 12. Рычаг 6 св зан с нат жным щкивом 4 и с т гой управлени  7, Нат жной шкив 4 соединен т гой 11 с двуплечим рычагом 8. Ремень 3 находитс  между подвижным упором 9 и подпружиненным упором 10, расположенных у схода ведомой ветви ремн  3 с ведущего щкива I. Ограждение 12 ограничивает от провисани  ведомую ветвь ремн  3. Упор 9 можно сделать двигающимс  поступательно (см. фиг. 2). Оба упора 9 и 10 огут быть подвижными (см. фиг. 3). Подпружиненным упором может быть подвижный упор 9 (см. фиг. 4). Механизм включени  и выключени  ремённого привода работает следующим образом . В рабочем положении нат жной шкив 4 прижимает ремень 3 к ведущему 1 и ведомому 2 шкиву. Упоры 9 и 10 в рабочем положении разомкнуты. При отводе т гой 7 нат жного шкива 4 от ремн  3 т га 11 поворачивает двуплечийрычаг 8 и упоры 9 и 10 зажимают ведомую ветвь ремн  3 и отвод т её от поверхности ведущего, шкива 1. При этом передача выключаетс . Предлагаемое устройство обеспечивает повышение надежности выключени  привода .The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular, to mechanisms for switching on and switching off belt drives of combine working bodies. The disadvantage of the known mechanisms is that the device for removing the driven branch of the drive pulley does not ensure complete loss of contact between the belt and the pulley, as a result of which the belt wears out. The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the mechanism for switching on and off the belt drive. This is achieved by the fact that the device for removing the slave branch of the belt from the driving pulley is provided with a belt clip, made in the form of a spring-loaded stop and a movable stop, which is connected to the pull pulley with a pull. FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the proposed mechanism; in fig. 2 - variant of the scheme with progressively moving emphasis; in fig. 3 - the same with two stops; in fig. 4the same with spring-loaded and movable stops. The mechanism for switching on and off of the belt drive has a driving pulley 1, a driven jaw 2, a belt 3, a tension jaw 4, a device for removing the driven branch of the belt from the driving pulley 5, a swivel lever 6, a steering arm 7, a two-shouldered lever 8 with a movable stop 9 , spring-loaded stop 10, t gu 11, guard 12. Lever 6 is connected with tensioning pin 4 and control 7, Tension pulley 4 is connected by pull 11 to two shoulder arm 8. Belt 3 is between movable support 9 and spring loaded stop 10, located at the gathering of the slave branch of the belt 3 with the leading shchivka I. In the working position, the tension pulley 4 presses the belt 3 against the drive 1 and the driven 2 pulley. The stops 9 and 10 are open in the working position. When retraction of the thrust 7 of the tension pulley 4 from the belt 3 tons ha 11 rotates the double-shouldered lever 8 and the stops 9 and 10 clamp the driven branch of the belt 3 and move it away from the surface of the driving pulley 1. At the same time, the gear is turned off. The proposed device provides increased reliability off the drive.
