Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к станкостроению и предназначено дл  использовани  во фрезерно-расточных станках и обрабатывающих центрах. Известны металлорежущие станки с ус тановленной с возможностью перемещени  по станине стойкой с направл ющими, несущей инструментальную головку, и-столом дл  закреплени  детали 1J. Дл  повышени  жесткости конструкции, уменьшени  металлоемкости и габаритов станка в столе выполнены выемки дл  направл ющих стойки. На чертеже изображен предлагаемый станок, общий вид. Он содержит стол 1, который перемещаетс  по горизонтальным направл ющим 2, шпиндельную бабку 3, перемещение ко торой осуществл етс  по вертикальным на правл ющим 4, и подвижную стойку 5с направл ющими 6, заход щими в выемки основани  7 стола. Основание 7 имеет Т-образную форму. Стойка 5 передвигает с  по направл ющим 8 станины 9 перпен- дикул рно к перемещению стола 1. При этом основание 7 стола 1 устанавливает с  непосредственно на станину 9. Фрезерные и расточные операции могут выполн тьс  аналогично работам на фрезерных , расточных станках и обрабатывающих центрах с подвижными стойками известных конструкций. В предлагаемой конструкции станка подвижна  стойка выполнена с удлиненными направл ющими со стороны стола. Така  конструкци  позвол ет уменьшить нагрузки на направл51ющне стойки за счет згменьщени  нагрузочных моментов, которые передаютс  от силы резани .
