Description
Костно-пластическа фиксаци , а в последующем и сращение позвонков , наступает с сохранением физиологического лордоза и кифоза позвоночника.the arms 9 and the rods 1 press the bone grafts to the arms 9 and the spinous processes 10. Thus, the spine and bone grafts are fixed, which feed not only from the vertebrae I, but also from the side of the soft tissues, surround them, and their device through the holes 2. In orthopedic and trauma practice, there are often situations when it is necessary to immobilize the spine. For example, in the case of widespread osteochondrosis of the spine, only immobilization brings it either relief to the patient or complete elimination of pain. Currently used grafts of long tubular bones for this purpose, when fixing the spine, deprive it of physiological bends and weakly stimulate the formation of a bone block at the fixation level (spongy bone has a large stimulating property, and grafts almost the entire length of a compact bone). However, the cancellous bone grafts do not fix the spine and constant slight movements in the gypsum corsets, applied after the grafts are placed on the spine, lead to the formation of resorption zones of the grafts and nonunion of the vertebrae at the site of their laying, i.e. and not all over. The proposed device allows the spine to be firmly fixed and at the same time to fix the grafts throughout. Osteoplastic fixation and, subsequently, fusion of the vertebrae, occurs with preservation of physiological lordosis and kyphosis of the spine.
