Description

The invention relates to medical technology and is intended for the edectrocoagulum of this excretory duct. A device for electrocoagulase semen of the excretory duct, containing two branches with annular handles and conductors, is known that the first electrically isolated joint ij is connected with a joint. However, such a device does not ensure the integrity of the skin during operations. The purpose of the invention is the possibility of carrying out operations without violating P1 of the integrity of the skin. This goal is achieved by the fact that there are needle electrodes on the working jaws of the branches, with the needles of one branch located 1Ы between the needles of the other branch, and each needle electrode on the side of attachment to the branch is covered with an insulation layer equal to the thickness of the skin. FIG. 1 shows a device for the electro-coagulation of a seed excretory duct in FIG. 2-Electrode. The device contains two 1 ei 2 wires connected by an electrically insulated hinge 3, conductors 4, needle electrodes 5, with the needles of one electrode placed between the needles of the other branch, and each electrode from the side of the attachment to the branch is covered with a layer 6 of insulation equal to the skin thickness. ; The device works as follows. During the operation, string 1 and 2 are closed against the stop into the limiter 7, as a result of which the pin electrodes 5 pierce the skin and this output duct. Thereafter, a diametric current is supplied through the conductors 4. In the intervals of the needle electrodes, the semen of the outflow duct is coagulated. The proposed device allows operations to be carried out without disturbing the skin. The study of this excretory duct 3 weeks after its electrocoagulation with this device covers the full cicatricial impassability for 1-2 cm.
