Claims (1)

Изобретение относитс  к электронике. Известен кварцевый резонатор, содержащий пьезо злемеит с злектродами на его поверхностн, каждый из которых состоит из двух частей внешней, расположенной по периметру пьезоэлемента, и внутренней соединенных между собой перемычкой, а также злементы креплени  с контактными вьшодами. Цель изобретени  - уменьшение габаритов и повы шеиие устойчивости к механическим воздействи м. Предлагаемый кварцевый резонатор отличаетс  тем, что на каждом элементе креплени  расположен электрод, форма которого аналогична форме внешней части электрода пьезоэлемента. При этом пьезозлемент посредством электродов жестко св зан с элементами креплени . На фиг. 1 показано предлагаемое устройство, общий вид; на фнг. 2 изображен электрод пьезоэлемеита . Кварцевый резонатор содержит пьезозлемент 1, злектроды 2, элементы креплени  3 и расположен ные на иих электроды 4, контактные выводы 5. Элементы креплени  3 изготовлены из кварца той же ориентации по отношению к кристаллографическим ос м, что и пьеэоэлемент 1. Пленка на пьезоэлементе , образующа  электроды 2, состонт из слоев хрома толщиной до 6,01 мкм, серебра - до 0,2 мкм и золота- до 0,02 мкм. Пленка на элементах креплени , образующа  электроды 4, состонт из слоев хрома толщиной до 0,01 мкм, серебра - до 0,2 мкм и олова - до 1 мкм. При наложенни элементов креплени  3 с электродами 4 на пьезоэлемент I с злектродами 2 и при чагреве в вакууме сопрнкасающиес  металлические пленки соедин ютс , образу  объемь герметично изолированные от окружающей среды. FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a general view; on fng. 2 shows the electrode of piezoeleite. The quartz resonator contains piezoelement 1, electrodes 2, fastening elements 3 and electrodes 4 located on them, contact leads 5. Attachment elements 3 are made of quartz of the same orientation with respect to crystallographic axes as piezoelement 1. The film on the piezoelectric element forming electrodes 2, a cone of chromium layers up to 6.01 microns thick, silver up to 0.2 microns and gold up to 0.02 microns. The film on the fastening elements forming the electrodes 4 is composed of chromium layers up to 0.01 microns thick, silver up to 0.2 microns and tin up to 1 microns. When the fastening elements 3 with electrodes 4 are applied to the piezoelectric element I with electrodes 2 and when ignited in vacuum, the bonding metal films are joined, forming a volume tightly insulated from the environment.
