После этого зонд подключаетс к регистрирующему прибору, например , к электроилетизмографу (реографу).The invention relates to medical technology. Probes for electrolysmographic studies of the lungs are known, also containing annular electrodes and a conductor and an insulating sheath and a filler connected to one of them. However, they do not provide the ability to impart and retain the necessary shape of the working end of the probe when it is held in the electoral lobes of the lung. In addition, in the known devices there is no radiological control. The proposed probe of this designation differs from the known ones in that the conductor is made in the form of connected electrically flexible wires and a multicore spring wire of smaller cross section, the junction of which is covered by a ring of radiopaque material located on the insulating sheath, made flush with the outer surface of the rings and continuous along the length of the probe. The drawing shows the proposed probe in section. The probe contains a composite cylindrical conductor 1, placed in a PVC tube 2, the lumen of which is filled with elastic glue a, and ring electrodes 3- Their area and interelectrode distance is chosen in accordance with the size of the object of study and the design of the device to which the probe is connected. The outer diameter of the probe is constant and equal to 2 mm along its entire length. The central conductor 1 is made in the form of connected electrically flexible wires with a diameter of 1 lg., And the working end 4 of this conductor is made of twisted steel, for example, four, each of which has a diameter of 0.1 ln. The length of the working end is usually about 100 mm. The veins of the working end 4 are soldered to the central conductor 1. A radiopaque ring 5 is placed above the spa, which protects the mechanical spa (bends) of the spa and, being radiopaque, contributes to visual control of the probe insertion. The second conductor 6 is made of a thin insulated wire and is also replaced in tube 2. Before inserting the probe into the patient, working end 4 is given the necessary bend shape depending on which part of the lung the probe is to be inserted. The probe is injected under general or local anesthesia until the working end 4 is wedged in one of the small bronchi of the lung lobe under examination. After that, the probe is connected to a recording device, for example, to an electroylethysmograph (reograf).
X-ray monitoring of the position of the probe is carried out due to the presence of the central conductor U, metal (radiopaque) rings 5 and ring electrodes 3 SUBJECT OF THE INVENTION
