Description

Devices for recording thermal radiation of internal organs are known, comprising a probe at the end of a flexible tube and a receiver located in the probe.

The proposed device is different or i. Known. In that it uses a receiver with a locking system connected to an AC amplifier. Such an embodiment of the device makes it possible to improve the diagnosis of heart diseases by registering fluctuations of thermal radiation in the esophagus at the time of diastole.

Pa figs. 1 is a schematic diagram of the device; in fig. 2 - probe in longitudinal section.

4.The device contains a probe 1 with a receiver 2 infrared radiation, an amplifier 3 AC and a recording device 4.

The probe is adapted to the shape and size of the test organ or organ located next to the test specimen in the iolina. A miniaturized radiation detector is mounted into the probe with a corresponding focusing system, which is protected by a window that is transparent to infrared rays and is not exposed to a tissue medium, such as a teflon film. The probe is fixed at the end of a flexible, shielded cable, which allows it to be inserted into the iolina of the organ and oriented with the receiving window towards the test site. The output from the radiation receiver is connected to the recording instrument via an AC amplifier. In this case, on the one hand, there is no need to stabilize the supply voltage and the ambient temperature, and on the other hand, it becomes possible to obtain a large increase in the small fluctuations of radiation, which are of most interest for the evaluation of the biological activity of functioning organs. This is due to the fact that when connected to a receiver, an AC amplifier passes and amplifies only the conceptual component that corresponds to the fluctuations of the radiation, and does not transmit the constant component that corresponds to the average absolute temperature of the test organ. There is thus a natural separation of heat radiation from heat due to heat and water of the tissues, since the heat-conducting properties of the tissues do not vary with time.

The probe comprises a housing 5, a brass base 6 in which a parabolic recess is machined, which serves as a focusing mirror for the radiation receiver 2. Receiving window

The plate is closed with a plate of 7 rock salt, which serves to protect the thermistor from air notes when organs are duplicated, and with a puppy 5 of Teflon. One of the terminals of the receiver is connected to the housing, the other through the contacts 9 is connected to the coaxial cable 10, fortified
