Abstract

FIELD: alloying compositions. SUBSTANCE: alloy based on rhenium contains, per cent by mass: molybdenum 13.0-17.0; nickel 9.0-12.0; aluminium 0.4-5.0; rhenium being the balance. Alloy exhibits following properties: degree of output of rhenium into ingot while preparing alloying compositions amounts to 91.3-93.7%, degree of assimilation of rhenium while making heat-resistant nickel alloys is 100%. In this case strength of alloys increases 13-15%, ductility - 23-37% and long-term strength - 8%. EFFECT: enhanced operational characteristics of alloy. 2 tbl
