На оси закреплены втулки 6 с полосками 5, образующими с дисками трущиес  пары из материалов с различной диэлектрической проницаемостью. Рассто ние между полосками выбрано из услови  максимального стока зар да по игле. Устройство позвол ет одновременно с массажем осуществл ть воздействие электростатическим зар дом, величина которого пропорциональна скорости перемещени  устройства по кожному покрову пациента. 1 з. п ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to medical technology.
