Description

The invention relates to surgery, in particular, is used for endoprosthesis benign and malignant stenoses of the esophagus and esophageal anastomoses.

The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of fixation of the prosthesis in the area of the narrowing of the esophagus while reducing the trauma of the surrounding tissue.

Figure 1 shows the device, a General view from the side; figure 2 is the same section; on fig.Z - the same, a section (at extraction) with the developed cuff.

3.A device for endoprosthesis replacement of esophageal stenoses contains an elastic tube 1 with attached lobes 2, which are connected to a fixing cuff 3.

A device for endoprosthesis replacement of esophageal stenosis is used as follows.

After achieving an effective expansion of the constriction area and determining the indications for incubating the esophagus, an endoprosthesis of the required diameter and length is selected. The surgeon takes the device by the tube 1 in the right hand, and the left one turns the petals 2 with the cuff 3 to the proximal part of the prosthesis, giving them a curved shape. In this case, the fixing cuff 3 increases the diameter of the endoprosthesis in its upper edge, which prevents the tube from moving below the narrowing area. The endoprosthesis on the buzzer with the guide is inserted into the esophagus and is positioned as follows. that the cuff 3 is above the constriction. When the endoprotea is removed, the diameter of its upper part decreases, as the cuff 3 moves and turns out relative to the tube 1 with the lobes 2, which reduces the revavisation of the esophagus and pharynx.
