Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to devices for the long-term drainage of the esophagus during its burn injury. The device permits the preservation of esophageal peristalsis during the passage of food due to longitudinal incisions 2 in the area of physiological expansions. 1 il.
Description
The invention relates to medical technology, namely to esophageal endoprostheses.
The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the passage of food when it is taken.
The drawing shows a prosthetic tube for esophageal intubation, a general view.
The prosthetic tube for intubation of the esophagus has a conic expansion 1 in the proximal part and is made with longitudinal cuts 2 along its perimeter.
The prosthetic tube is used as follows.
Продольные разрезы 2, расположенные асимметрично, не позвол ют противоположным стенкам пищевода соприкасатьс .Taking into account the age of the patient, n0 is selected for the length of the tube and the places corresponding to the physiological constrictions in the diet are noted. Between these places, longitudinal cuts 2 along the entire thickness of the wall are located along the perimeter of the tube. Using a laryngoscope after anesthesia, water a prosthesis tube into the esophagus so that the conical expansion 1 is located below the pharyngeal ring. Food patients receive by natural means. With the passage of the food bolus, the esophageal pressure rises and, with the passage of the peristaltic wave at the site of the incisions 2, the tube expands in a bubble. Passing through the tube, the food lump creates alternately such extensions, which contributes to the rapid evacuation of food into the stomach. The longitudinal incisions 2, located asymmetrically, do not allow the opposing walls of the esophagus to come into contact.
The invention allows for good evacuation of food into the stomach, stable fixation in the esophagus, and good skeletal function.
