Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к кожной пластике. Целью изобретени вл етс сокращение сроков лечени и предупреждение некротических осложнений со стороны лоскута. Цель реализуетс тем, что выкраивают лоскут с основанием у надбровной дуги, далее формируют подкожный канал к дефекту, декутируют среднюю часть лоскута по длине подкожного канала, провод т лоскут через канал, дистальную часть его ввод т наружу и закрывают дефект. Преимуществом способа вл етс сокращение этапов лечени , обеспечение кровоснабжени лоскута, за счет чего предупреждаютс некротические изменени в нем.The invention relates to medicine, namely to skin plastics. The aim of the invention is to reduce the treatment time and prevent necrotic complications from the flap. The goal is realized by cutting out the flap with the base at the superciliary arch, then forming the subcutaneous channel to the defect, decoupling the middle part of the flap along the length of the subcutaneous channel, passing the flap through the channel, introducing the distal part out and closing the defect. The advantage of this method is the reduction of the treatment steps, the provision of the blood supply to the flap, thereby preventing necrotic changes in it.
