The invention relates to medical technology, namely to prosthetic artificial heart valves.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce trauma by reducing the contact surface of an artificial valve with the walls of the aorta.
FIG. 1 shows an artificial valve in the section of the ventricle of the heart and aorta; in fig. 2 different types of placement of stiffeners on a flat membrane; in fig. 3 the same, the ribs are made in the form of tubes; in fig. 4 types of proxies; | leg () of the end of the catheter.
2.The artificial heart valve consists of a locking element in the form of a ny membrane of 1 round shape fixed at its periphery to catheter 2 at a distance from the proximal end of the catheter equal to the height of the aortic sinus, while the free proximal end of the catheter is provided with a fixative that is adapted to the aortic sine, for example, in the form of a diamond hook 3 inflatable cavity 4 or tubes 5 (Fig. 4). L membrane 1 is equipped with ribs 6 stiffness (Fig. 2) or channels 7 (Fig. 3) connected by a hole 8 to the channel 9 of the catheter 2.

Каналы 7 и ребра 6 жесткости мембраны 1 выполнены так, что сохран етс меньша жесткость на изгиб у места креплени мембраны 1 к катетеру 2, причем ребра 6 жесткости мембрар1Ы 1 су цественно не преп тствуют складыванию мембраны, введению и выведению клапана по периферическим сосудам.sufficing its own valve of the heart, it rushes back into the ventricle 11, carries the membrane I with it and tightly presses it to the upper edges of the cusps 12 of the aortic valve and thereby blocks the reverse flow of blood. With significant insufficiency of the heart’s own valve, the membrane skeleton 1, made in the form of stiffening ribs 6 or channels 7, prevents membrane prolapse into the cavity of ventricle 11. During ventricular systole, membrane 1 under pressure of the ventricle 11 rises and blood flows to the aortic wall 10 catheter 2, blood flow In cases of valve use, the membrane of which has channels 7 and the proximal end of the catheter is cavity 4 or tube 5 (Fig. 4), before inserting the proximal end of the catheter into the aortic cavity on the inside, they are filled through channel 9 and hole 8 with liquid or gas to the desired degree of hardness. To expel such a valve from the body, in channels 7 of the membrane 1, cavity 4 and tubes 5 of the proximal end of the catheter 2, negative pressure is created, they lose their stiffness and are output through the peripheral vessel from the body. The channels 7 and the ribs 6 of the stiffness of the membrane 1 are made so that a lower bending stiffness is maintained at the point of attachment of the membrane 1 to the catheter 2, and the ribs 6 of the stiffness of the membrane 1 does not significantly prevent the folding of the membrane, the insertion and removal of the valve in the peripheral vessels.
