Description
Изобретение относитс к газоочистным аппаратам мокрого типа, очищающим промышленные газы от аэрозолей, и может быть использовано в различных отрасл х промышленности .The invention relates to wet-type gas cleaning apparatuses that purify industrial gases from aerosols, and can be used in various industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of gas purification from fine particles due to the induction charging of drops of the spray liquid in an electrostatic field.
1.Figure 1 shows the proposed scrubber; figure 2 - node I in figure 1.
The electrostatic scrubber for gas cleaning contains a grounded housing 1 with zones for charging aerosol particles 2, contacting 3 and separation 4, at least one high-voltage electrode 5 for charging aerosol particles installed in zone 2 for charging irrigation liquid mounted on the housing 1 and directed into the contact zone 3, high-voltage electrodes 7 for charging liquid droplets located along the axes of the nozzles 6, and the inlet 8 and outlet 9 of the dusty and purified gas.
1.The nozzles 6 are made with a hollow spray nozzle, and the high-voltage electrodes 7 are fixed to the drops of liquid placed opposite the nozzles 6 inside the housing 1.
The gas to be purified enters the housing 1 through the inlet nozzle 8 and passes through the corona discharge field created by the electrode

5, where the aerosol particles are charged with a negative charge.
The electrodes 7 have the same potential as the electrode 5 and, forming an electrostatic field with the housing 1, the liquid droplets are charged with a positive charge.
10.Then, the charged aerosol particles and drops of the irrigating liquid enter the contact zone 3, where the particles are captured by the action of electric and aerodynamic forces. Thereafter, the droplets are removed from the gas stream by the inertial drip catchers 10.
