Abstract
1The invention relates to a technique for drilling wells and improves the reliability of operation of the device and the efficiency of cleaning of the rock from the rock by reducing the hydrodynamic pressure on the bottom. For this, jet pumps with nozzles 5 and diffusers (D) 9 are installed inside the device case 1, and a sealing element is installed on the surface. The blades 12 are evenly placed around the circumference of the housing 1 between the D 9. The sealing element is made in the form of a metal disc 6 having a groove 7 on the side surface and solid pins 11 (L o O5: o from Fig. 1

The cavity of the groove 7 communicates with the cavity of the pumps through the holes 8 in the disk 6 of the crowds 10 in D 9, which are movable relative to the nozzles 5 in a vertical position. In the Dnepr process, the flushing fluid (RV) flows through channel 4 to the nozzles o, then into D 9 and into the space above the disk (i and at the same time it is removed from the zone of operation of the bit to the zone of operation of the blades 12. After that, after installing it into the well, it was installed on a stand, in which by moving the diffusers 9 upwards up or down the screw: on the bottom), you can get the minimum distance from his head to Diffusers D. 1 of this diameter. During drilling, a part of the washing liquid and from the BH -Tpeiniei half-to-3 device knocks to the ground in the zone of rock destruction. and part of the channel.m 4 - to the nozzles 5 and further di (|) fuzors 9, goes into the space A na .; G1; drodynamic cells.1 gate. At the same time the washing fluid is transported from the bit work zone (prostration B) to the work zone of lonaste 12 (space A). Lonasty 12 give the washing liquid a rotational upward movement from the bottom of the well, increasing its velocity from space B to space A, which is equal to reducing the dynamic pressure of 10 shadows to the hole 1. In this way, the flushing liquid is prevented from entering the work zone to / from the wellbore between the borehole wall and the device m.
When launching operations, apoiicTBO device does not create additional interference. since the liquid has the ability to freely flow from under the chisel into the zatrhbnoy p | iustra:; and vice versa through the channels inside the chisel and the device, as well as through the nozzles of the jet pumps.
The faster the flow rate of fluid from the nozzles of the jet pumps, the greater the ejection capacity. As a result, the liquid above the device tends to face down the annular gap between the borehole wall and the device, falling into the annular groove of the hydrodynamic gate. Due to ejecting ability
