Abstract

A METHOD FOR TREATING PARODONTOSIS by inserting an implant into a pathological pocket, characterized in that, in order to increase the regeneration of periodontal tissues, a serous membrane of the small intestine of pigs soaked in an antibiotic solution is introduced into the pathological pocket.

Description

111 Haoepeteiffle relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used in the treatment of periodontal disease. There is a known method of treating periodontal disease by inserting it into a pathological pocket of an implant. : This layout is a primordial lubricant with pronounced stimulating properties. This technique includes tissue and harmonic therapy. 1 However, the effect of the original smear is limited to a few hours and the degree of regeneration of the woven periodontal is small. The aim of the invention is to increase the regeneration of periodontal tissues. The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of treatment of periodontal disease by introducing a pathological implant pocket, a serous cover of a pig sapiensum impregnated with an antibiotic solution is inserted into the pathological pocket. The method is carried out as follows. Dental stones are removed from the affected teeth from pathological pockets, granulations are removed, and the pockets are treated with antiseptic solutions. Then, strips from the serous membrane of the pig snapper were pre-preserved in a 0.5% formalin solution and then treated with antibiotics selected according to indications, for example, rovetine, levomycetin, tetracycline, gentamicin and others, depending on the microbial sensitivity. from periodontal pockets to one or other antibiotics. The width of the strips is 0.5-0.6 mm, length 2-3 cm, thickness 20-30 km (the size of the strip is determined by the depth of the pocket and the diameter of the tooth). The serous membrane strips inserted into the pathological pocket are adjacent to the pocket walls and do not fall out. Films from the serous membrane of the delicate pischer are derived from the decorated collagen, dissolve within 10-12 days, and the deposited antibiotic gradually collapses into the surrounding tissues. The use of strips from the serous membrane of the small-scale intestine of pigs soaked in 10% alcoholic solution of chloramphenicol in the clinic for the treatment of 33 patients with a dastrophic-inflammatory form of periodontal disease 1-11, 11-111 degrees received a complete restoration of the pathological covering of the periodontal periodontal pocket, the rapid disappear hyperemia and swelling, bleeding, compaction of the gum tissue, and the gum itself tightly adhered to the teeth, the mobile teeth strengthened, the general condition of the patients improved.
