Description
This invention relates to medicine, namely biliary tract surgery.
1.Known drainage containing a T-shaped tube 1.
A disadvantage of the known drainage is the possibility of peritonitis and obstruction of the pancreatic duct.
Цель изобретени - предотвращение перитонита и обтурации панкреатического протока при лечении желчно-каменной болезни ..The purpose of the invention is the prevention of peritonitis and obstruction of the pancreatic duct in the treatment of cholelithiasis ..
The goal is achieved by the fact that the drainage containing the T-shaped tube is provided with an additional catheter installed in the lumen of the T-shaped tube.
The drawing shows the proposed drainage, General view.
Drainage contains a T-shaped tube 1. A plastic catheter 2 with a diameter of I-2 mm is led through the lumen of the longitudinal elbow of the tube 1, and 10-12 cm out through the transverse section. The outlet end of the catheter 2 is discharged through a separate puncture of the 3 walls of the tube at ORT 4. The device can be mounted directly on the operating table. During drainage, a catheter is inserted into the distal choledochus, which is conducted through the large duodenal nipple into the duodenum, while the catheter is well palpated through the wall of the duodenum. Subsequently, the distal transverse knee of the drainage is inserted into the duct, the proximal end of the transverse knee is installed last. The outlet section of the catheter with a longitudinal knee is led out onto the wall. In the postoperative period, the bile excreted by the drainage is collected in a sterile jar, diluted 1/3 with a saline solution (to reduce viscosity) and injected through a catheter at a rate of 40-70 drops per minute every day through the intravenous drip infusion system. the entire stay of the drainage in the choledochus.
Использование предлагаемого дренажа позвол ет своевременно возвращать желчь в кишечник и нормализовать функцию печени .The use of the proposed drainage allows for the timely return of bile into the intestine and normalize liver function.
