Abstract

VRTANJE PEŠČENIH JEDER IZ ULITKOVROTATION OF BAKED CASTES FROM CASTINGS

Predmet izuma je tehnološki postopek čiščenja peščenih jeder iz različnih ulitkov, bodisi barvnih kovin in njihovih zlitin, bodisi železnih zlitin.The object of the invention is a technological process of cleaning sand cores from different castings, whether non-ferrous metals and their alloys, or ferrous alloys.

Izum omogoča čiščenje jeder iz vročih ulitkov, in sicer takoj po litju oz. zaključenem procesu strjevanja. Tega z dosedanjo tehnologijo ni mogoče narediti. Tehnologija omogoča čiščenje vseh vrst peščenih jeder: »Cold box«, »Hot box«, »Croning« in jeder z anorganskimi vezivi.
