Description
20 25 30 35 525 684 2 ökade krafter som uppstår då en klammer helt drivits in i arbetsstycket omedelbart innan diivaren reverseras. Nackdelen med denna anordning är att dämporganen kan var svåra att montera och därför lätt förslits varigenom de mister sin effekt vilket ökar motoms förslitning.
Problem Det föreligger sålunda ett behov av att åstadkomma en styming av drivmotom som är så anordnad att den omedelbart känner av de ökade belastningar som motorn utsätts för och i respons däremot styr strömtillförseln till motorn.
I de fall då motorn reverseras föreligger också ett behov av att i rätt ögonblick reversera motorn.
Problemlösning Föreliggande uppfinning tillhandahåller en styranordning som övervinner de ovan angivna problemen med en styranordning av inledningsvis angivet slag vilken kännetecknas av att styranordningen omfattar en sensor som känner av drivaxelns rotationshastighet och antal roterade varv från startpunkten och överför den avkända informationen till mikroprocessom vilken på känt sätt analyserar den inkomna informationen och avger en styrsignal som styr strömtillförseln till drivmotorn.
Enligt en utföringsform kännetecknas föreliggande uppfinning av att strömtillförseln sker över en helbrygga varigenom strömtillförseln styrs så att drivaxelns rotationsriktning och hastighet regleras.

Drivmotom 3 har en utgående axel 4 till vilken är anordnat ett kugghjul 5. Kugghjulet 5 driver över ett mellanliggande kugghjul 6 en kuggstång 7 till vilken är anordnat en bockdyna 8 vars funktion kommer att framgå nedan ur den fortsatta beskrivningen Den första drivmotom 2 har en drivaxel 9 till vilken är anordnat ett kugghjul 10 vilket över två mellanliggande kugghjul 11 och 12 driver en klammerdrivare 13. Häftapparaten 1 inrymmer även ett klammermagasin 14 i vilket är lagrat häftklarnrar 15 vilka frammatas av ett elastiskt organ 16. I häftapparaten är anbringat ett arbetsstycke 17 som skall häftas, vilket företrädesvis utgöres av en pappersbunt. Drivmotorerna 2 och 3 drivs från en spänningskälla 18 och strömmen förs genom ledningen 19 till drivmotom 3. En regulator 20 är placerad mellan spänningskällan 18 och drivmotom 3 och regulatorns funktion är att transforrnera strömmen till rätt spänning för drivmotom 3. Drivmotom 3 driver bockdynan i en upp och nedåtgående rörelse vilken markeras med dubbelpilen P. Drivmotorns 3 och bockdynans funktion är utan betydelse för uppfinningen varför de endast schematiskt kommer att beröras i den fortsatta beskrivningen.
Strömtillförseln till drivmotom 2 regleras av en styranordning 21 vilken omfattar en mikroprocessor 22 och en sensor 23. Mikroprocessorn står i förbindelse med sensorn 23 över ledningen 24 och sensorn 23 registrerar med ett avkänningsorgan 25 drivaxelns 9 rotationshastighet och antal tillryggalagda varv från en startpunkt. Mikroprocessorn 22 och sensorn 23 förses med ström från en regulator 26 vilken är kopplad till strömkällan 18.
Figur 3 visar i detalj styranordingens 21 uppbyggnad samt hur strömtillförseln till drivmotom är anordnad. Såsom framgår är drivmotom 2 ansluten i en helbrygga 27 vilken omfattar transistorswitchama 28, 29, 30 och 31. Sensom 23 är kopplad till drivmotoms 2 drivaxel 9 med ett avkänningsorgan 25 på för fackmannen känt sätt, vilket visas med en streckad linje i figur 1 och 2, och sensorn är över ledningen 24 i förbindelse med mikroprocessorn 22. Mikroprocessorn 22 står i förbindelse med transistorswitchama 28-3 1 . 10 15 20 25 30 35 523 684 4 Häftapparatens och styrorganets funktion skall härefter med hänvisning till figurerna 1-3 beskrivas. Då ett arbetstycke 17 skall häftas placeras detta i häftapparaten på sätt som visas i figur 1. Bockdynan 8 och klammerdrivaren 13 befinner sig då i sina startpositioner. Drivmotom 3 driver bockdynan 8 till den position som visas i figur 2 och i vilken position bockdynan anligger mot arbetstycket 17. Då bockdynan inte har relevans för föreliggande uppfinning kommer den häri inte att beskrivas ytterligare. Drivmotorn 2 matas med ström från spänningskällan 18 över transistorswitchen 28 och strömkretsen går genom transistorswitchen 28, drivmotom 2 och transistorswitchern 31 på känt sätt. Drivmotom 2 driver via kugghjulen 10, 11, 12 klammerdrivaren 13 uppåt i dubbelpilens P riktning, se figur 1 och 2, och en klammer 15 trycks in i arbetsstycket 17 , figur 2. Sensom 23 registrerar drivaxelns 9 rotationshastighet, vilken hastighet minskar i beroende av det motstånd som uppstår då klammem drivs in i arbetsstycket, samt antal roterade varv från startpunkten och överför erhållna värden till mikroprocessorn 22 över ledningen 24. Mikroprocessorn analyserar erhållna värden på känt sätt och avger styrsignal till transistorswitcharna 28 och 31 varigenom strömtillförseln till drivmotom 2 regleras och därigenom regleras även drivaxelns 9 rotationshastighet. Klammerdrivaren 13 driver klammem 15 in i arbetsstycket 17 och efter det att drivmotom roterat ett bestämt antal varv är klammem 15 helt indriven i arbetssycket 17, se figur 2. Sensorn 23 som räknat antal roterade varv avger denna information till mikroprocessom 22 som avger en styrsignal som tillser att motorn 2 matas med ström i en krets som går över transistorswitchen 29, drivmotom 2 och transistorswitchen 30 varigenom motorn 2 roteras i motsatt riktning och klammerdrivaren 13 därigenom förs ned i dubbelpilens P riktning till den position som visa i figur 1. Därefter återförs bockdynan 8 till ursprungsläget.
Genom att mikroprocessorn på för fackmannen känt sätt kan programeras med ett bestämt program och då sensorn känner av drivaxelns hastighet samt antal roterade varv kan drivmotom 2 mycket exakt styras så att dess hastighet saktas ner omedelbart innan klammerdrivaren når reverseringspunkten samtidigt som reverseringen kan utföras i en skarpt avgränsad punkt genom att reverseringen sker efter ett bestämt antal roterade varv. Härigenom vinns att drivmotom och i häftapparaten ingående mekaniska komponenter inte utsätts för onödig belastning.
Claims (1)
1. Styranordning ( 21 ) för att med en mikroprocessor ( 22 ) styra en elektrisk drivmotor ( 2 ) vilken ingår i en häftapparat( 1 ) och vars drivaxel ( 9 ) driver en häftklammerdrivare ( 13 ) i en fram och återgående rörelse vilken har en bestämd startpunkt och en bestämd reverseringspunkt och vilken under den framåtgående rörelsen driver in en häftklammer( 15 ) i ett arbetsstycke ( 17), företrädesvis en pappersbunt, K Ä N N E T E C K N A D A V A T T styranordningen (21 ) omfattar en sensor ( 23 ) som känner av drivaxelns ( 9 ) rotationshastighet och antal roterade varv från startpunkten och överför den avkända informationen till mikroprocessorn ( 22 ) vilken på känt sätt analyserar den erhållna informationen och avger en styrsignal som styr strömtillfórseln till drivmotom ( 2 ) varigenom drivaxelns rotationshastighet regleras. .sryranordningenngtkfav1KÄNNETECKNAD Av ATT strömtillfórseln sker över en he1brygga( 27) varigenom strömtillförseln styrs så att drivaxelns ( 9 ) rotationsriktning och hastighet regleras.
