Abstract

FIELD: precision instrumentation engineering; manufacture and operation of electrostatic gyroscopes with spherical rotor. SUBSTANCE: method consists in orientation of axis of rotation of gyroscope rotor in parallel with axis of rotation of Earth, discrete turns of housing in succession about its two equatorial axes parallel to sensitivity axes and measurement of signals of platform angle sensors and signals of gyroscope angle sensor. Disadvantage of method consists in low accuracy of calibration of angle sensor due to presence in results of measurements (calibration) of component of error determined (caused) by angular motion of rotor relative to housing. This motion (drift) is caused by effect of disturbing moment because of technological error, for example, axial unbalance of rotor, imperfect form of rotor, etc. which are always present in instruments manufactured really. Discrete turns of gyroscope housing are performed in this method during installation of electrostatic gyroscope on platform of two-axis gyrostabilizer and connection as sensitive element by furnishing standard signal in form of voltage changing in steps to input of amplifier-converter of respective follow-up system of gyrostabilizer; amplitude of each step is compared with amplitude of angle sensor during supply of each step; measurement of angular position of platform is performed at moment of equality of these amplitudes. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.

Изобретение относится к области прецизионного приборостроения и может быть использовано при производстве и эксплуатации электростатических гироскопов со сферическим ротором. Указанная цель достигается тем, что в известном способе калибровки электростатического гироскопа дискретные развороты корпуса гироскопа осуществляют при его установке на платформе двухосного гибростабилизатора и включении в качестве чувствительного элемента путем поочередной подачи на вход усилителя-преобразователя соответствующей следящей системы гиростабилизатора эталонного сигнала в виде ступенчатоизменяющегося напряжения, сравнивают во время подачи каждой ступеньки ее амплитуду с амплитудой сигнала датчика угла, а измерение углового положения платформы производят в момент достижения равенства этих амплитуд.The invention relates to the field of precision instrumentation and can be used in the manufacture and operation of electrostatic gyroscopes with a spherical rotor.
