Компьютерная система для проведения телефонной лотереи включает терминалы участников лотереи, серверы операторов телефонной связи, компьютерную систему управления проведением розыгрыша лотереи, и лототрон, задающий в результате розыгрыша выпавших шаров случайные цифровые комбинации.
