The invention relates to systems for developing new skills through the formation of additional neural circuits. In particular, to the bracelet, which is part of such a system.

From the prior art, a training system is known that is made with the ability to set and control certain processes, in particular, the user's assimilation of educational material in the learning process, as well as adjusting this process depending on the individual characteristics determined from the control results (see RU 133645 U1, pub. October 20, 2013). The testing program is installed in the memory of the testing device and has feedback from the device (bracelet) attached to the user. At the same time, the bracelet is made with the possibility of influencing the user in case of an incorrect response with a discharge of electric current of such a strength that causes the user a feeling of discomfort. The bracelet that generates an electric discharge is made containing electrodes connected to the power supply, and the closing/opening of the contacts going to the electrodes from the power supply is performed under the control of the device with which the testing is carried out.

The disadvantages of the known system and, in particular, the used bracelet are a narrow functional focus, due to the use only for educational purposes, the presence of only an electrophysical effect on the user, the impossibility of forming new neural circuits for the development of target skills.

The objective of the invention is to eliminate the shortcomings of the existing prior art when performing the assignment.

The technical result consists in the formation of habits, which are the result of the formation of new neural circuits in a person using a bracelet of the proposed design, due to the extended functionality of the bracelet.

The technical result is achieved by a personal developmental bracelet containing a body with a module for shocking the user with an electric impulse fixed on a silicone strap, while, according to the invention, interconnected processor, Bluetooth modules, light and sound indication modules are located in the body under the cover, while the processor is configured to supply commands to the modules, in addition, the main battery and the electric discharge battery are located under the cover of the case, and two buttons are placed on the cover of the bracelet, one of which is configured to send a command to confirm the action to the processor, and the second - to cancel the action.

At the same time, the case of the bracelet can be made of shock-resistant plastic of the same color with a silicone strap and having a single monolithic design and Soft-touch coating.

In this case, the body can be made with a connector for charging the main battery and the electric discharge battery.

At the same time, the activation of the light, sound and shock module of the user by an electrical impulse is carried out by the control device with the installed software, by transmitting a signal to the Bluetooth module.

The invention is carried out as follows.

The proposed bracelet is necessary for the formation of useful habits in a person by constantly repeating the actions set by the owner. The bracelet reminds you to repeat the action that will form the desired habit. By setting certain tasks and systematically performing them, the owner forms the right habit.

The bracelet serves to form a new habit, as it stimulates the wearer to perform the necessary new actions that will form this new habit. Thanks to systematic work on the formation of new habits, personality education can become more controlled and simple.

The purpose of the bracelet is to create good habits for the wearer using the bracelet or get rid of existing bad habits by reminding at a certain time and motivating them to perform tasks regularly.

As a result of such influences, a person will form new neural circuits that create new habits. Any positive and negative influences from the device will allow this skill to be consolidated faster.

You can choose any goal for the formation of new habits or skills. Examples: Complimenting your wife, playing with the kids, cooking dinner, calling a potential client, writing in your diary, reading a book, etc.

Choosing to create a new habit as a goal, the owner of the bracelet acts, for example, according to the algorithm:

1. Goal setting: determine what new habit to form. For example: play with children every evening.

2. Using the task scheduler program built into the smartphone (type: Any.Do further PLANNER), set several timers for the necessary task, which after a certain period of time will remind the owner of it. For example, every day at 18.30, 18.45, 19.00 and send a reminder via Bluetooth to the bracelet.

3. At 18.30, the scheduler program sends a reminder to the owner of the device to perform the specified actions via Bluetooth. The owner can accept a reminder for action by pressing the "YES" button, which will reject further sending of reminders for the current time period (day). When you press the "YES" button, the device emits a positive sound and light signal, which is an additional positive motivation for performance.

If the bracelet owner selects the “NO” option, the bracelet will turn off and the next reminder will come at 18.45.

If the option “YES” is selected, the person will be obliged to perform the specified actions, otherwise he is deceiving himself, since he laid the whole algorithm for himself.

In the case when the owner canceled the task at 18.30, at 18.45 the phone receives a second reminder to perform the specified action, the bracelet vibrates and emits an annoying sound and light signal. If the owner cancels the task and presses the "NO" button, the signal will sound at 19.00. If a reminder to perform the specified actions is received by pressing the "YES" button, then everything goes according to the algorithm previously described in the paragraph above.

5. In case of canceling the two previous reminders, the scheduler sends the third reminder at 19.00, accompanied by a new sound and light signal and a weak electrical impulse. If the owner cancels the reminder and presses the "NO" button, then a new reminder will come at 18.30 the next day, but the person will remember it better, he was hit by an electric pulse, which is the beginning of habit formation. The repetitions will continue until the user presses button 4 "+" or button 5 "-".

To turn off the device, press the button 5 "-" and hold for at least 3 seconds.

If the user believes that he does not have enough creative qualities, then it is necessary to introduce reminders related to the development of creative abilities. For example: 1. You can come up with a large number of tasks and goals for personal development. The proposed design of the bracelet eliminates the shortcomings of the existing level of technology, allowing to achieve a technical result, which consists in the formation of habits, which are the result of the formation of new neural circuits in a person using a bracelet of the proposed design, due to the extended functionality of the bracelet.

A search through publicly available sources of information showed that the entire set of features of the bracelet is not known and does not explicitly follow from the prior art, and therefore the invention meets the conditions of patentability "novelty" and "inventive step".

The bracelet is made from materials standard for this field of technology on well-known equipment, that is, it can be used in industry, which is why the invention meets the patentability condition "industrial applicability".

It should be understood that after reviewing the above description with an exemplary embodiment of the proposed bracelet, other changes, modifications and embodiments of the invention will become apparent to the specialist.
