EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that using a card with a double authorization degree, as well as the possibility of transmitting data over a secure communication channel, protects the holder from forgery of documents, fraudulent actions when selling or exchanging an automobile.

Description

From the prior art, no similar automated methods have been identified, since in practice a written conclusion of contracts for the sale and exchange of vehicles is used.

However, the written conclusion of contracts may entail: illegal seizure of the vehicle and unhindered re-registration with further resale of the vehicle, according to an outdated, not unprotected and not justified from the above criminal actions, a written sales contract.

EDPTS is a unified information environment with a delimited level of access to reading and entering information without the possibility of editing it in order to avoid data compromise.

The card with the program recorded on it has a double degree of protection.

A secure access channel and the ability to enter information only on pre-added "blank" cards reduces the above risks to zero.

At the same time, the card, without automatic assignment of a PIN code and then a code word, does not provide access to information.

The card is one-time and after redemption is removed from circulation, reuse or change of information in the database is not possible.

The card has a degree of protection in the form of double authorization: having learned only the code word or automated PIN code, it is impossible to use the card.

The hardware and software complex consists of:

1. Maps with a program recorded on it;

2. Card reader;

3. A computer or other adapted device for working in a software environment.

The card contains an unchangeable identifier and has a serial number applied to obtain service information.

The reader allows you to read the card, as well as enter the PIN - code for authorization and obtaining information. The interface of the software environment, as well as the data recorded on the card, is visualized using a computer monitor or other adapted device.

A connection to the software environment is launched on the computer, and authorized. A blank card is added to the database for subsequent registration. At this stage, the initial authorization of the card in the system takes place (work without authorized cards is impossible), checking for duplicates and card status in order to avoid repeated work with existing cards and the occurrence of duplicates, as well as to assign a serial number to the card. The data of the vehicle owner is filled in (full name, passport data, contact information and vehicle data). If you try to write down the car owner's data without entering the PIN code, an error message will appear.

For example, if the card has already been inserted, a corresponding warning will appear in the system.

When working, you must attach the card to the reader, after which the fields for entering information will become available, and a code word will be generated, and it also becomes possible to enter the PIN code on the reader's keyboard to confirm it. By attaching the card to the reader, giving the code word to the representative of the state authorities performing the re-registration (hereinafter referred to as the representative) and entering the PIN code, access to information about the current owner of the vehicle is provided. Having verified the received data with the TCP and the data in the card, the representative decides on the possibility of re-registration and the legality of the transaction. If the data is entered correctly, the information fields will be filled in. After that, the card is ready for cancellation using the “redeem card” function. If you try to write down the data of the vehicle owner without entering the PIN, an error message will appear.

The status of the card in the software environment can be as follows:

1. The card is not entered in the system;

2. The card is clean - ready for filling;

3. The card is inserted and ready for cancellation;

4. The card has been redeemed.
