Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the oil industry and may find application in the development of bitumen deposits with a terrigenous type of reservoir using steam injection, as well as the use of production casing with distributed perforation in horizontal wellbores.
10.09.1996).A known method of developing a multilayer oil reservoir, including determining the permeability of the productive interval, the coefficient of hydrodynamic perfection, the radius of the well and the maximum density of perforation of the wells, the implementation of perforation, development and commissioning of the well into operation. In addition, the radius of the feed circuit is determined, the maximum perforation density is determined by the formation having the lowest permeability, and the permeability, hydrodynamic perfection coefficient and maximum perforation density are determined for each formation of the productive interval, while the perforation density for each formation is determined from the condition that the production duration of the individual layers. Additionally, when opening formations with a water-oil contact, perforation is carried out with different densities, varying from optimal on the roof to zero in the direction of the oil-water contact at a productive interval (RF patent No. 2066368 ЕВВ 43/16, publ. 10.09.1996).
The disadvantage of this method is that in the process of developing a bitumen deposit with steam injection, there is a quick breakthrough of steam to the producing well, which reduces the final oil recovery.
The closest in technical essence to the proposed method is a method of developing a reservoir of viscous oil or bitumen, including drilling and equipping at least one pair of horizontal wells for steam and gravity treatment with the location of the injection well parallel to the vertical plane above the production well, injecting steam into the injection well and selection of products through mining. The wells are configured according to the shape of the reservoir: ascending at the beginning of the formation, horizontal in the central part and falling at the end of the formation, with the angle of rise and fall of the producing well equal to the angle of incidence of the formation, and the angle of rise and fall of the injection well 1-2-2 times the angle formation fall, the minimum distance from the perforations of the producing well to the oil-water contact of the oil-and-gas complex is 2 m, the minimum distance between the trunks of the producing and horizontal wells at the location of the perforations is 3 m, the maximum distance between the horizontal sections of the shafts of the producing and injection wells is 10 m, the distribution of perforation density in the ascending and descending sections is determined by the formula: n x = n 0 + L x / A, where n x is the number of perforations in the ascending or descending section in distance X from the beginning of the barrel with perforation; n 0 - the minimum density of perforation in the area with the smallest distance between the producing and injection wells in the perforated parts of the trunks; L x - the length of the ascending or descending part of the perforated barrel at a distance X from its beginning with perforation; A = 30-60 m. After drilling and developing wells, the bottom-hole zone is heated for 1-6 months by injecting steam into the producing and injection wells at a pressure of 1-2 MPa, or by downhole heaters, after which the injection well is launched with constant steam injectivity of 75- 95 m 3 / day, and a producing well for production with a bottomhole pressure of 0.25-0.35 MPa (RF patent No. 2513484, CL ЕВВ 43/24, ЕВВ 7/04, publ. 04/20/2014 - prototype).
The known method does not take into account the fact that in each well the depression or repression on the formation along the horizontal well is unevenly distributed. In addition, the problem associated with the removal of sand is not resolved. As a result, oil recovery of bitumen deposits remains low.
In the proposed invention solves the problem of increasing oil recovery bitumen deposits.
The problem is solved in that in the method of developing a bitumen deposit by horizontal wells with distributed perforations, including drilling a steam injection horizontal well and parallel to the horizontal producing well, cementing the boreholes and re-opening the formations, injecting steam into the injection well and selecting products from the producing well, according to the invention, calculate the pressure change along the horizontal wellbores, horizontal wells are divided into intervals of 10-50 m, in the production and / or injection wells, the dimensions of the perforations and their density are performed so that in each interval the depression or, correspondingly, the repression on the formation differs by no more than 5%, a filter consisting of a pipe is lowered into the horizontal perforated wellbore of the producing well multiple slit-like holes located perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, and the width of the holes is 100-200 microns, the distance between the holes is 100-500 microns, and the length is 0.2-0.9 of the filter circumference.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The development of a bitumen deposit is characterized by underdevelopment of residual reserves, low reservoir coverage and low oil recovery due to the uneven distribution of depression in production wells and repression in injection wells. Existing technical solutions do not fully allow for the most complete production of oil from such deposits. In the proposed invention solves the problem of increasing oil recovery bitumen deposits. The problem is solved as follows.
The method is implemented as follows.
A horizontal injection well and, in parallel, a horizontal production well are drilled in a bitumen deposit with a terrigenous reservoir type. Horizontal wells are cased with production casing, cemented and re-opened. In the production and / or injection wells, the pressure change in the horizontal trunks from toe to heel is calculated. These horizontal shafts are divided into intervals of 10-50 m. The dimensions of the perforations in the horizontal shafts and their density are performed so that in each interval the depression (in the producing well) or the repression (in the injection well) of the formation differs by no more than 5%, compared with depression or, accordingly, repression in the neighboring interval.
According to studies, the pressure in the horizontal wellbore is unevenly distributed. The distributed perforation proposed in the method maximizes the alignment of both the steam injection front from the horizontal injection well and the inflow to the horizontal well of the producing well, which as a result increases the coverage of the formation and oil recovery. With an interval length of more than 50 m, the difference in depression or repression compared to the adjacent interval significantly affects the uniformity of the inflow or, correspondingly, the displacement front, which reduces oil recovery, while at less than 10 m the difference will not be significant. When depression or repression differs by more than 5% compared to the adjacent interval, the efficiency of reserves production decreases due to the uneven flow and / or displacement front.
A filter is lowered into a horizontal perforated wellbore of a producing well, which is a pipe with multiple slit-like openings located perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, the width of the holes being 100-200 μm, the distance between the holes being 100-500 μm, and the length 0.2-0. 9 from the circumference of the filter.
Studies have shown that this hole design prevents sand from entering the production wellbore. The size of sand particles for most collectors is 0.2-5 mm, rarely particles up to 0.14 mm are found. When the width of the holes is more than 200 μm, the finely dispersed part of the sand falls into the wellbore, which leads to a decrease in the overhaul period of the well, a decrease in the rate of oil extraction, and at less than 100 microns it makes no sense, because sand particles with a similar size are practically not found. Thus, filters with holes with a width of 150 microns are most often used.
When the distance between the holes is less than 100 microns, the structural strength of the filter decreases, and at more than 500 microns, the filter throughput and, accordingly, the flow rate of the well decrease.
The length of the holes 0.2-0.9 of the circumference of the filter is due to the thickness of the walls of these filters and the throughput of the holes. It is logical that these holes cannot be continuous along the entire circumference of the filter. With a large filter wall thickness, it is possible to use a hole length of 0.9 of the circumference of the filter, however, with more than 0.9, the structural strength of the filter decreases. With a small thickness of the filter wall, the use of hole lengths of 0.2 on the circumference of the filter is permissible, but with less than 0.2, the filter capacity and, accordingly, the flow rate of the well decrease.
Similar work is carried out in other parts of the reservoir. Development is carried out until the full economically viable development of deposits.
The result of the implementation of this method is to increase the oil recovery of bitumen deposits.
Examples of specific performance of the method.
Example 1. An oil deposit is represented by terrigenous deposits with bitumen oil. The average oil-saturated thickness is 10 m, the depth of the formation roof is 190 m, the viscosity of the oil in the reservoir is 18,000 mPa⋅s, and the initial reservoir temperature is 9 ° C.
A steam injection horizontal well and, below, a horizontal production well are drilled in the area of this deposit. The lengths of the horizontal wells of these wells are 300 m long. The horizontal wells are cased with production cores with a diameter of 146 mm, cemented and re-opened.
In production and injection wells, pressure changes along horizontal shafts are calculated. According to calculations, it was found that from the toe and heel to the central part of the horizontal trunk, depression decreases from 5 to 3 MPa. These horizontal shafts are divided into intervals with lengths of 10 to 50 m. The dimensions of the perforations in the horizontal shafts and their density are performed so that in each interval the depression (in the producing well) or repression (in the injection well) of the formation differs no more than by 5%, compared with depression or, accordingly, repression in the neighboring interval. To do this, depression and repression are calculated taking into account the coefficient of well perfection at opening.
е. 0,9⋅3,14⋅0,073=0,21 м.Next, a filter with a diameter of 73 mm is lowered into a horizontal perforated wellbore of a producing well, which is a pipe with a wall thickness of 6.5 mm, in which multiple slit-like extended holes are made, perpendicular to the axis of the pipe. The width of the holes is 100 μm, the distance between the holes is 100 μm. The length of the holes is 0.9 of the circumference of the filter, i.e. 0.9⋅3.14⋅0.073 = 0.21 m.
Similar work is carried out in other parts of the reservoir. Development is carried out until the full economically viable development of deposits.

Example 2. Perform as example 1. The reservoir is characterized by other geological and physical characteristics. The specified distribution of perforations is performed only in the production well.

е. 0,2⋅3,14⋅0,073=0,046 м.Example 3. Perform as example 1.
